On top of that, he even threw in a rug, which was such a generous surprise. When we realized the couch might not fit in our vehicle, the owner immediately offered to help us strap it to the top of our van if we had straps. That level of customer service is rare these days. Truly an awesome guy who clearly cares about his customers. Great prices, great people, and an overall stress-free experience. I will definitely be coming back. Yesterday during our visit at the checkout line, our checker, Gilvania is the name on the receipt, was not very kind to my mom when it took her a moment to move forward.. not okay! Her and I would have had words but that would have embarrassed my mom further. My mom's mobility issues are obvious, that was rude and embarrassing for an old sweet lady. I told him I was here for the VIP 8:30 AM event. He had no idea. He had to bring the manager to talk to me. She apologized and said that they're renovating and closed. Poor management for having construction during a VIP event. I was really upset because I got up early to shop to beat the hot weather. I noticed a few other customers showed up as well. The store didn't have any sign saying that they're doing construction during their VIP event. Shame on management. They need to read their emails from their corporate office.
