Great body shop, a place you can drop your car off and know with no doubt that it will come out looking and more importantly functioning better than it did before you brought it in. I dropped my car off in October of 2020 and told Alan what I would like done and we worked together on each step. The car is a 1999 Camaro Z28 that I bought at auction with front end damage. In January I was involved in a three car pile up, myself being the first car in front. All damage was to the rear bumper, tail gate and tail light. I was recommended to Alan at Dominguez Collusion Renewal. I was having trouble with my insurance representative that was taking care of my claim. I wasn't receiving phone calls or emails back after my statement was taken. I was waiting for a call back to make an appointment with an inspector, that call was never received! Alan wanted to get my truck in the shop and get started, I told him the situation and he took it out of my hands. He said he would handle the situation. The very next day, that representative contacted me after getting in contact with Alan. From the accident I had some whip lash, alan refereed me to lawyers that helped me get some therapy I needed to help the recovery. It was game on from there. Alan kept close contact with updates, photos, and unfortunately other problems from a previous accident. In order for my truck to go straight, the steering wheel had to be turned left, as if I was making a left. My front shocks were worn, my front control arms were bent and worn down.
