I did not live in this area all my life and when some friends wanted to order from here, I kept thinking that they did not know how to say Dominoes. When the food finally arrived, I saw the name on the box and realized that I was the one that was wrong. Anyway, the food is greasy and good, just the way people like their pizzas and subs. The price is okay, too, and there are always a bunch of specials. Most recently, I ordered the chicken parm sub with fries and a soda and I was not disappointed. Dominick's Pizza is the best fuel for when you and your buddy need to have 30 bikes built by 1:00 AM and it's already 9:00. This isn't getting five stars on purely objective standards. You can definitely get better pizza than Dominick's. You know what though? Most times I don't WANT better pizza. I'd rather have plain old delivery pizza. And their pizza would still rank pretty high on an objective scale anyway. It'd still get 4/5 stars standing up to the greats like Johnny Rad's, Joe's Squared and the like. Fresh toppings! Okay pizza. The guys at the restaurant are really nice. I called in and they were helpful with the specials(they always have so many specials running, I guess it's not even that special(?)). I walked in 15 minutes later and the pizza was already waiting for me! Love the quick service! I quickly drove home (5min away) because I wanted to try the pizza when it was real fresh and here is my take on it. The Great: They are generous on the toppings and the toppings are really fresh! I had sausage some mushrooms and green peppers on my pizza and they tasted like real food, if you know what I mean. That being said. The Okay: I was sort of disappointed on the crust/bread. Whether thick or thin, I love a slight crunch on my pizza. By the time I got to my second slice, it was very doughy and a lot of chewing was happening. The sauce they advertise as their in house made special meat sauce but I couldn't detect anything too popping from the sauce either. But over all it was a pleasant experience. 4/19/21 A staff working from home was kind enough to treat fellow coworkers for lunch at the Maryland School for the Blind. We order from Dominick's frequently and the food is always good. Today, the deliver driver was vas very rude! I guess we didn't receive texts that he had arrived and did not respond quickly enough. Ordered from here for the first time and was very impressed. We ordered wings and several pizzas. The wings were consistent in size and cooked perfectly. Our pizzas were surprisingly great. I loved Dominick's but I've noticed whenever I eat anything fried here my stomach gets upset. Pizza is good. Prices are great. The specials are worth it! Not many places you can buy one extra large pizza and get the second free. Not positive but you may have to call and ask for the buy one get one free deal or check out the specials online. I grew up in Bel Air, so I had many great choices for pizza. When I moved to Parkville six years ago, I tried just about every pizza and sub shop in the area. It seemed every pizza shop in the Parkville area were making sub par pizza. I ended up driving all the way back to Bel Air when I wanted a pizza. My wife heard good things about Dominick's and suggested we give it a try. I was very hesitant given the money we wasted on other "let's give it a try" experiments. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. The pizza was absolutely fantastic. Trust me, I drive my wife crazy being a pizza connoisseur. I know good pizza, and this was good pizza. I've always considered my favorite spot in Bel Air to have the best around, but Dominick's pizza topped them. It was that good. My wife got a cheese steak, and also agreed that the food was excellent. I definitely recommend Dominick's above any pizza shop in the Parkville area. read more

The service there is horrible. I waited an extra 15 minutes for my food in there little waiting area with no A/C. I got wrong order and the lady said I know gave me my fries and walked away. She could care less about customers and was giving attitude to other customers and employees while I was waiting. They charge you for ordering online, which actually saves them money but not needing someone to answer their phones. They were also out of several beverage options. Ive only ever had their pizza. Its not horrible, but, its far from quality. The dough was fair. The cheese was definitely on the cheap. The sauce was just there--nothing fresh tasting, nothing other than ordinary, imo. Its basically just a carry out place. Not much room for seating, and yeah the help is usually young kids who never learned common courtesies, which if I went there much, might bother me. Its a fastfood pizza joint. I've ordered twice so far through the EAT24 (Yelp) app. The first time I neglected to add my apartment number and phone number. EAT24 called the updated number stating the driver was outside and needed the apartment number. Instead of waiting to get that information the driver left!!! I had to call and find out where my food was. Today I ordered and had to wait over an hour for two extra large pizzas and a soda. I've never waited this long for pizza in my life. The food is delicious. They may have the best subs and pizza in town. Especially if you like new york style pizza. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars, is that there is one lady who works there who has a serious attitude, and she is almost always the one who answers when we call. The folks who answer the phone has always been incredibly rude but I guess the pizza was worth it plus I started ordering solely online. It has been too many times at this point I've gotten cold pizza, the wrong order or just not their normal quality. Delivery also seems to be getting slower and slower. Last weekend was the last straw for me, my order was taking over an hour so I called and again the woman was nasty and when I mentioned I was checking on an online order from over an hour ago she cut me off telling me it was on the way without me having given her any information on my order. Dominic's pizza have a very tangy and "fresh off the vine" sauce that most places don't use. I think they use Don Pepino... I make pizzas at home and sauce taste identical to theirs. What separates their pizza from the chains is their crust. The crust has a crispy crust but with a moist insides and it's chewy if that makes any sense. The best pizza in town and it's dirt cheap. The whole time I have been a customer there has been one girl that mainly answers the phone. She is SO nasty. I don't understand why she continues to work here because she clearly hates her job. This is THE pizza shop in the Parkville area. The pizza is so good that my I can even occasionally convince my girlfriend to cheat on our diets! That's saying something! As others have said, the pizza can be a little on the greasy side, but it's that good kind of greasy, LIKE PIZZA SHOULD BE! Most impressive are the toppings. I got a Groupon for Dominick's months ago and just used it this weekend. I'd passed by Dominick's probably thousands of times and never stopped. I'm from Chicago, had yet to find decent pizza here, and was seriously skeptical of any place. So glad that we were craving pizza and remembered the Groupon. We ordered 2 extra thin crust pizzas with various toppings. Pizza was delicious (for Maryland pizza) ... tasty pizza sauce. Staff was very helpful upon arrival. I have ordered here during lunch time, late afternoon, dinner and late evening - doesn't matter what time you order, the food will ALWAYS arrive an hour later. At LEAST an hour. It doesn't matter what you order, it will take an hour. So I seriously suggest not ordering anything fried, no fries, - basically the only safe thing you can order is pizza. Fried food and any type of fresh fry will get soggy because they stuff it in a Styrofoam box the second it's done, and because it's HOT food stuffed in a foam container, it will form condensation and become soggy. You would think they would be smart enough to poke a few holes in the containers so the fried food doesn't become soggy. I've even suggested this on the phone to them. They make zero apologies for the food constantly being cold and soggy and taking over an hour to deliver. They just say " well we're really busy right now " Any time you call. Here's a hint, hire more delivery drivers if you're "that busy" I have warned everyone on my neighborhood association page about how terrible this place is, so no one else will make the same mistake I did. They had to have paid for all these 4 star reviews because EVERYONE I have talked to said they had just as terrible of an experience as me! And here's the kicker - I'm a bartender, and I have been working in the food industry for YEARS. I am normally NEVER the type to complain. read more

Cost to quality ratio is quite good. Sufficient sauce in their pizza. If you're looking for cheap pizza, then I'd go ahead an settle for this. A major downside was the pepperoni and and other topping were overcooked/burnt. If you're like me and don't eat fast food frequently and only want something closer to or at top notch quality, then I'd look elsewhere.
