Haven't had Dominos in a long time This place was really delicious and their staff was really nice. It was the only place open at 11pm and they have a dining area and walk up windows to see their operations. Nothing to hide so I thought that was pretty cool. Yes I can tell they using processed tomato sauce and processed pizza dough but it was rather this or McDonald's at 11pm Better than starving, kinda pricey but I was happy after I came here I was visiting from Los Angeles and they don't have a dominos pizza here where you can dine inside. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. We ordered 3 different pizzas, and they get our whole order wrong. Then we spoke with the manager because the worker in the front didn't know how to handle it. So they make us a new order, while waiting on the tables with our KIDS for over 30 mins, we went to check if it was ready and it was just sitting on the counter and we were told "ohh, here's your pizza" while the whole time they knew we were in there. I dont want to be the one to ruin their rating so I'll give them 5 stars and a peice of my mind. These past few days I've been getting subpar food and messed up orders and I finally got to say some thing. First off, if you dont have the soda I requested and paid for, give me a call and I'll let you know what to substitue it to. Dont assume and just grab a soda. Second, my pizza had like zero sauce on it. It taste like bread and dry cheese. How hard is it to make sure there's a decent amount of sauce? 3 slices and only 1 bite tasted like it had sauce. If I wanted cheese bread I would of ordered cheese bread. Dont get me wrong, this is normally my go to domino's as the other one is completely worthless. But if you dont step your game up, your going to be on their level and I might as well invest in digornios. No joke. Sorry if you're over worked from the pandemic but $50 is $50. So, I moved to Hilo, HI from TX and am used to ordering Domino's pizza- as a teen, I used to work for them as MIT and Delivery Driver in Dallas... I gave this Hilo, HI store 3-chances (3-different orders/visits) and FAIL every time- on what ?... "SKIMPING on Toppings"- OMG, Like just 'the CHEESE alone'- after they put the base layer of sauce, they sprinkle shredded cheese on it next- and then add toppings... Well, at THIS Domono's store location- On 3 separate monthly visits April, May & June- you could visually see 'HALF' the pizza sauce- 'most' of the pizza color was RED Sauce- that's how little Cheese they put on it. So, I test them out- on Last visit I decide to order & pay for EXTRA Cheese and NO Difference! Same amount of Cheese as the prior visits- you can see red sauce on all parts of the pizza- they didn't cover the pizza sauce with enough cheese to even hide the red sauce... Then there's the actual Toppings- A slice has an average total of 3 toppings max- IE. 1 slice of olive, 1 pice of onion, 1 mushroom slice- very SAD... and Forget the meat- only 3 to 4 slices on the 'entire' pizza have 1 piece of meat. This is unbelievable- I left negative review with Domino's website and 'NO' Reply- they don't even care! I got ripped off 3-times- Strike 3, You're OUT!
