If you are wondering why someone would leave a review for Dominos pizza, one of the largest and well-known chains in the world, this is why. If you're like me, it's been a very long time (measured in years I think) since I've had Domino's Pizza. Tonight I wanted something fast and the battery of recent Domino's pizzas adds I had been ignoring flashed through my head. I went online where they are promoting a large family deal - too much food for just me. But the two items for $6.99 each (as of March 2024) would, if legit, get me a two topping medium pizza and boneles bits for $15. Time to give Dominos another try. I ordered on the website was choice, super easy, and it said it would be ready in about. And the total $15 (for pickup). Really? It was the real deal. For the record, I'm not a fan of delivery - not just because they charge more and I feel obligated to give a generous tip to the drivers who I assume don't earn much money, but I want my food, fast and hot and don't want to risk my order Sitting in someone's car if they have multiple drop offs. for this reason I prefer to pick up myself and this location was 10 minutes from my house. Was I really going to get a pizza and boneless spites less than 15 minutes for $15? Yes, I did! But how about the taste? The pizza was a medium size, and while I did it measure it, I think it would be tough to serve two people. I suppose with some self constraint I've could've limited myself to half of it, but as I said, it wasn't very big. I ordered ham and bacon, thin crust. It was cooked perfectly and great to me! As good as any other thin crust, pizza, which probably cost a lot more and takes longer. As for the chicken, that I wasn't thrilled about. I ordered the buffalo chicken and it appeared to be smothered, in cheese, which isn't my preference. They tasted OK not great- next time I will order plain and get a side of buffalo dipping sauce. If you haven't tried Domino's recently, give them a try. It may not be premium ingredients, but the pick up is quick, the taste, good, the price very affordable and the workers/owners friendly. read more

We ordered form here for a quick dinner and regretted it once we got our pizza. We ordered a pan pizza with pepperoni and bacon. There was hardly any cheese, and it was all over cooked and hard. The sauce had all dried up as well. On a positive note, the place was clean inside and the staff were friendly and wearing masks during the Pandemic. read more

I have been there three times, I place an order and they don't make the pizza I ordered, they make me another type of pizza and they don't prepare the one I ordered again so I have had to leave without the pizza because they don't prepare the pizza for me that I asked for. read more

Very disappointed ... pizza was made incorrectly (asked for no garlic butter crust & it was on the pizza) and pizza was burnt on top, but doughy bottom crust. Ordered 3 sodas, only 1 arrived. The jalapeno bacon cheese bread was stuffed with almost raw bacon that had to be picked out in order to eat the bread... which arrived without the ranch dipping sauce. I did call and the pizza was remade and the forgotten items delivered. I know it's a fast food chain pizza company, but when you spend almost $40 with a tip, you expect at least decent food. After i picked up the food when I got home I was missing the icing so I called them, & within a second without hesitation, the gentlemen immediately said "I can bring some icing out to you, what is your address?" I was floored the amount of the icing was probably way less than the gas it took him to come out. 10 minutes later he was here and apologized for the mistake, but what truly mattered to me was he had character and integrity to do that. I am very impressed by that work ethic and pride in their food and work it's nothing I have seen here so far in Naples. The amazing service and food is worth a try!Thank you for reading ! I was desperate for dinner last night and really don't like BurgerFi. This Dominos is new in the last week and right next to Burger Fi. The people working in this store are great. The service is simply outstanding. The pizza - not so much. I have to admit it's been at least a decade since I've been in a Dominos. I probably won't have another one for at least another decade. I had a pizza last week at D'Amico & Sons in Naples last week It was wonderful. I've also had pizza at Cafe Alfredo in the Shops at Vanderbilt. They also do a great job. I will have to say this Domino's Pizza place is by far always good. We have ordered from here for almost 4 years and I can only think of 1 time that the pizza went from 5 star rating to a 3 star. They are always on time within 20-30 mins after you order and for a local pizza place we give you this rating. Enjoyed the our Large pepperoni,beef,onion,black olives and bell pepper tonight along with a Large cheese and boy did they load up on the cheese. Kids loved it. read more

I tried to place an order for pickup so that I could pick it up on my way home. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. Then when I called back I was placed back on hold until I arrived at the restaurant. So I went inside and ordered ( keep in mind they only had 3 active orders). So I informed the guy at the register what happened, that way they could better serve the next guest and was told "that's okay". I understand that places get busy and I stated my experience in a polite way. I just think a sorry would have been the right thing to say. read more

It's great for a Dominos! These people work hard and are polite and the recipes should be familiar to you by now. I won't go to a different Domino's in Naples. This one isn't close enough to deliver to me but I still choose to drive to this location if I want Domino's pizza. And as a reminder - it is Domino's - so order what you know you like based on past experience. Aka: don't be a fool and order something like Chicken Picatta or a steak sandwich!Please. Just visited this new Dominos at Creekside Corners and it looked great. This new store has tables and Dominos has really stepped up on their recipes. We had a chicken bacon ranch pizza and it was delicious. Charles was very courteous and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this store. Great pizza and welcome to the neighborhood. read more

This is my favorite pizza place to deliver to my house. I always order on the website and it's perfectly easy to use. My mom and I always get the Hawaiian pizza and the 8 piece habanero chicken wings, soooo yummy and lasts for awhile. This time we tried the new garlic knots and DAMN theyre so perfect.
