Store has massive staffing issues. Has been closed for a while. When they were open it took very long to get food

Looks they are out of business. Packages piled up by the door and lights out. Online ordering is disabled.

I ordered online and when I walked in the lady making the sandwiches told me I have to wait is few minutes. I sat outside and came back in and my food was done so I picked it up, thanked her and left. When I got to my car I noticed some liquid had drained out of the container and into the paper bag. I just poured it out. While driving home I noticed it was leaking onto my car seat so I put a magazine under it . When I got home I realized the salad was SWIMMING in vinegar. So much so, I poured it out. And blotted some more with 3 paper towels. It was so bad that after trying to eat it I just threw out the rest. I just could not finish it. All I tasted was vinegar. The bowl in the pictures I provided is filled with what I was able to pour out. It is yellow cuz I asked for some mayo and spicy mustard as well. I didn't realize they just poured the sauces onto the salad. I watched videos of the salad on social media and they all had condiment containers filled with the sauces, so you can pour as much as you want. But this jersey mikes just didn't that. And the woman who made it poured like 4 ounces of vinegar onto my salad, and made it inedible. Go to another spot or make your own. I have had salads at subway before and it was never this bad. Skip the salads. They are awful!

We ordered the…read morehot Italian, steak & cheese, and a kids burger with mac and cheese--everything came out fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The hot Italian had just the right kick, the steak & cheese was hearty and satisfying, and the kids meal didn't feel like an afterthought (always a win). The mac and cheese was creamy and comforting--definitely worth adding on. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff truly stood out--friendly, attentive, and on top of everything without being overbearing. Easy spot to recommend for a casual, really solid lunch. Will definitely be back.

Stereotypical decor and menu, Grains and Grog stood painfully empty on a Saturday afternoon playing music nostalgic to anyone who graduated high school before 2010. I ordered a Manhattan. Hallway through, looking down at the bottom of the glass, I saw two tiny flies floating at the bottom. As disgusted as one can reasonably be, I asked for another one to be made (why I bothered, I can't say. Maybe it was because I had already drank half). I found another small fly in the second before the server left the table. Another fly in the third as well. We didn't finish our meals for obvious reasons. They brought us the check, discounted the manhattans and 50% the check, though I didn't feel I should have paid anything. After paying the check, they said it was a mistake. They brought us the wrong one and would void the sale. The "correct" check they brought us was the full meal sans the 3 botched manhattans. We won't be going back

Shrimp over risotto. Our thoughts: the shrimp needs a zip in flavor; and use bacon instead of prosciutto. Otherwise, perfect
