I'm a pretty open-minded person and always try to be kind, so I'll start by saying the food here isn't bad. The pizza was a bit greasier than I'd like, but it's pizza, so that wasn't entirely unexpected. The wait time was reasonable, around 10-20 minutes, which was fine. The staff didn't seem very welcoming, though I understand that everyone has off days. Overall, it's a decent spot if you're not too picky. The atmosphere could use some improvement, and the service was just okay. If you're in the area, it's not a terrible choice, but there's room for improvement. read more

Frequently find myself driving my service truck home to greenfield from Wilmington VT at around 10:00pm. NOTHING seems to be open. Even village pizza nowadays on a Friday night. Dominoes however, is always there. I don't even know if the food was good, I get so hungry. It is always what i ordered and ready when I get there. It's late, I don't want to cook anything and this stuff is edible and most of the time, pretty darn good. Last night after work we decided to grab some cheesy bread from Domino's after having passed on eating here for the past few months. The last few times we had ordered here the service was terrible and the quality of the food was even worse. We called over the phone since the last time we did that it was an epic fail. This time around, the employee picked up the phone quickly and the process was painless. When we arrived to grab the food, it was actually ready, unlike the last time where we had to wait for over 10 minutes after their online app said it was done. In the end, we enjoyed our cheesy bread (not burnt like the last time we visited) and we thought that the staff was great. The cashier was polite and she actually made conversation unlike other employees in the past. If this place stays consistent it will definetly return to being a 4 star Domino's in my eyes. read more

They constantly forget ingredients on ordered items. When addressed about the issue, the female manager gets defensive and refuses to make it right. Claims she needs the owner there to do so. Apparently you have to check everything you order for all the ingredients that should come on it. Even sauces. Dont waste your time or money on this place. The food is good. Not enough garlic on the garlic crust, and the customer service is bad. Delivery drivers are always on time, but even living in Greenfield Domino's still refuses to deliver to our address even though they have before because their app doesn't have our address as delivery. Went to pick up my order and saw the Domino's car not even 5 houses away. Very upset. The inside of the store is quiet. Mostly clean. I almost never review but i just had the worst interaction I have had with anyone in costumer service. I was confused as to why in the past Domino's had delivered here and she told me they couldn't. She then proceeded to yell about how they wouldn't deliver to this address I had to hang up before it got worse. I will never attempt to call or order from this one again. I ordered a pizza. Most of the time they arrive alright from this location. However, this time we received the wrong pizza... again. We were told that we were unable to receive a refund. In fact policy requires you to return the faulty pizza so that ostensibly they can throw it in the trash. Super cool, you guys; you screw it up and I have to deliver it back to you. This is the second time this has happened to us at this particular location. The staff and the delivery people are awesome and always friendly. The owner is a mendacious and onerous jerk who won't sacrifice $14 to maintain a client base. I forget his name but that's because it's boring, worthless and I can't be bothered with these jackomos. I strongly recommend against ordering pizza at this location! Order here, and don't expect to receive what you ordered. This store makes mistakes on about half of our pizzas and we have been ordering from them nearly once a week for close to 2 years. Usually they just forget to add our extra sauce, so we have put up with it. This time I ordered extra sauce, half olives on one side, and half peppers on the other. The pizza was dry, had heavy olives and peppers on one side, and light olives and peppers on the other. We were very disappointed with our dinner. This followed my first complaint call , which I made about a week ago, because I had finally had enough and wanted them to get their act together. The delivery driver decided to double the tip I gave him on my credit card turning a 14 dollar pizza into a 20 dollar pizza....... never again! They're awesome! Don't believe this other review, if you have a long complicated order, things are bound to get mixed up. My family has ordered from here for years, and they always remember our extra additions and requests. They're so accommodating and kind. Classic Domino's taste. I'm reviewing today because I ordered last night. I put "no garlic" in the delivery orders, hoping they'd see it (the one near my school has any instructions printed out in big stickers, so I assumed this would be the same). They didn't see the change until my order was done. Apparently, they remade our whole pizzas to make sure they had no garlic! It was so kind, and they really didn't have to do it, but they did it anyways. The pizza delivery man was so kind in explaining what I did wrong too. They'll never lose my service! Food comes really fast and has never been wrong. Be careful when ordering over the phone, if you don't point out their advertised deals they will charge you way too much! Honestly, if I could, I'd give them less than one star. My friends and I hadn't eaten all day and it was late. We called Dominos and a man answered. We continued to order and said that someone else would call in and give the dominos guy the credit card number and then he replied "Well than they need to call and reorder the food." And then hung up on us. Then we got the credit card number and they then said that they wouldn't deliver to us even though they apparently would've the first time! And we called one last time to clarify what had just happened because the man on the phone hung up AGAIN. So a different guy answered and was super nice, and continued to take our order when the other man stole the phone and said "Yeah, Hi. I just talked to you two minutes ago. WE DO NOT DELIVER THERE!" Then hung up for the very last time. I'm pretty sure it was the manager of the establishment, I'm not happy with how RUDE the first man was.
