The Bistro is located inside the Courtyard Marriott and for that reason we ended up going here several times for breakfast. In 2021, it had abbreviated hours due to the pandemic but in 2024 it is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, although there are breaks between meals when it is closed. The menu offers a lot of choices for each meal. There seem to be people eating here all the time so I guess it is a convenient and popular option for guests at the hotel (like us). This trip we had a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, and potatoes; bagel; pancake;, oatmeal; and assorted drinks (latte, tea, juice, hot chocolate). The food is genrally good, but it is a bit pricey. I suppose that is to be expected in Hawaii and in a hotel. A very modest breakfast for 2 with tax and tip usually exceeds $50. Service is friendly and the food comes out moderately quickly. You order at the cash register, they give you a number, and you find a table inside or outside and they bring your food. We like to sit outside and enjoy the weather so the ambience is pleasant. There are other restaurants in the area that are cheaper if you want to get in your car. Or, you can walk to the Polynesian cultural center where there are quite a number of food trucks and some of them serve breakfast. All trucks are open during lunch and dinner time. read more

Honestly our best meal on the island yet!! The ribs are incredible, like maybe some of the best ribs I've ever had in my whole life, and the salad was fresh and the fries were perfectly crunchy and seasoned. 10/10 experience- the girls at the counter were so sweet and helpful, I'm bummed we're leaving tomorrow to go back to Waikiki, because if we'd known this little restaurant in the Marriott hotel was this good, we'd have eaten here every day! read more

Their menu is not accurate or easily accessible. The food is mediocre; not very flavorful. They do not accommodate any special requests. If you access the menu via the QR code in the hotel room it is NOT the correct menu. They will not provide you with the correct menu even upon asking for one. read more

Great breakfast! Coffee tastes like normal sbux so no complaints there. Less options but it's enough for me. Breakfast sandwich was bomb, highly recommend. Didn't try lunch or dinner, but it smelled good when we walked by haha. They also had live music at least one night. The line/wait got a little long two mornings around 7-8, but hey what can you do - I know they were trying their best and always seemed pleasant. read more

I love everything about this hotel but this bistro was hit or miss. Sometimes we would have the best meal but other times they would run out of food. The grilled cheese and tomato soup is amazing and so is the French dip! It was super convenient to have a full restaurant in the hotel read more

Came here during Thanksgiving break and I have to give the crew running it during this week props for keeping up w/the crowds. A long wait on the actual holiday as expected but the food was worth the wait! I'll be back when I stay for sure! Everything improved from the last time I was here. So awesome! Keep it up! read more

This isn't actually an official Starbucks. It's a coffee place that provides their coffee and tea. The staff are friendly and quick to make drinks. Frequented this place several times during my visit to the North Shore. When back, I'll definitely return and visit them again for freshly made drinks without having to drive. There are several chairs and tables as well as lounge sofas available to relax and sip on your coffee or tea. My wife loves their macchiato tea. I've tried it and it's actually pretty good. Extremely disappointed. Decided to come check out the bistro. My husband and I live in Laie and wanted to give it a try. I have it 2 stars because the French dip, burger and ably sandwiches that we ordered were average. The worst thing was the Tot Cho's that we ordered. The menu description was lovely boasting cheese and bacon with green onions and delicious sauces. What was served was a handful of tater tots in a bowl with a tablespoon of cheese and 2 small bacon pieces. It has obviously been microwaved. And there was no sauce to be found until you tasted it and it was sweet. Almost like they put sweet chili sauce on it. It was atrocious. One of the worst things I've eaten. read more

The food is OK. I will say it's very close to an IHOP quality food. The staff are wonderful nice and very talkative. If the restaurants at the Polynesian cultural Center are closed this is your only alternative. read more

I ordered the kalua pork quesadilla and it wasn't fully cooked and it was soggy and my sister bite into it and it was cold. Spend $30 on two quesadillas and they didn't even offer a refund. All they said was they'd reheat it. Not worth it at all. read more

This location is not an actual Starbucks, but serves authentic Starbucks drinks on a limited menu and is the only place serving decent coffee on this side of Oahu that is open at 6 am. Easy Parking - Located in the lobby of the Marriott Courtyard in Laie, you can pull up front and park in the 15 minute loading zone. Fast and friendly service - The people behind the counter are friendly and bring you your drink while you sit at a number of open tables in the lobby area. Great drinks! I mainly order the Grande Mocha but it is spot-on every time. I understand that specialty creams, vegan milks etc are not available here. If you do not see your drink on the menu, ask! They can make some drinks off menu. Open early - They open at 6 - 6:30 am. (unable to verify) For 30 miles from Kaneohe to Kahuku, no other specialty coffee is available other than Pounder's Restaurant bakery counter (excellent! but doesn't open until 11 am!). I'm not saying this location is as good as a stand-alone Starbucks, but when you are in rural Oahu, driving along scenic beach roads and want a great cup of Joe, your options are very limited. This posting is to let others know that this place is a viable option. All the students at nearby BYU know this and frequent this location. read more

I hope the management comes up with a better menu because this is a great hotel (with the worst bistro ever). If I could give zero stars I would. This place can't get it right. Ordered a black coffee and a double short latte and after 20 min of not having the coffee and then waiting another 20 trying to get the card and tip refunded we were furious. I could not believe how bad the service and attitudes were at this location. First of all they only had tall paper cups, to which I over looked due to ordering errors or what have you. I ordered a green tea and she said they only had chai. When she was going to make my americano she asked if she could use cold / warm water so it doesn't melt the plastic cup. I asked her to just use two tall cups. They also didn't have pike they only had dark and light roast. When I asked her if this was typical she said were just a satellite Starbucks were not a real Starbucks!!! What!!! Then why are you using Starbucks cups . Starbucks is rebound for there awesome choices, flavors and above all else service. This location has got to be the worst coffee experiment I have ever had. It's ok if you want the basic SB menu, but don't stop if you're looking for coconut milk as an alternative to milk or soy. They don't have it here. They do have a pretty good bistro to go menu of heated foods. read more

North shore has minimal coffee places so was relieved to be recommended Starbucks coffee from a local. NOTE: the cafe simply serves Starbucks coffee and does not have the traditional Starbucks merchandise etc. When desperate for a familiar coffee.. Enjoy!! read more
