Several months ago we had a great thin crust Dominoes pizza...1 month ago had a burnt thin crust pizza...thought maybe that was just a fluke, BUT tonight tried again and burnt even more. Is it oven temp,cooking time, or just carelessness? Whatever the problem, I'm moving on to another pizza place. read more

I ordered a pizza and it was terrible, I emailed them and the lady manager called back to tell me she was sorry. She said they would put a 20 dollar credit on my account, but I would need to call the store to use it. A few weeks later I called the store and they informed me that there was nothing on account. I emailed the company again the lady manager called me to tell me yes it was on my account. I wanted her to explain why the gentleman I spoke with days before could not find it. She said I don't know what you want me to tell you it is there. I told her not to get an attitude and she reply okay by and hung up. They lost a client for life. Even the franchise has not email back. My grandson love pizza and I order for him about once a week. I will not be anymore. Beware of customer service. read more

Good pizza when they get your order right. We order our pizza without the garlic sauce. For some reason this is very hard to do. Half the time they get it wrong and we have to wait for them to recook a new one. read more

So I know it's a chain. It's still dominos pizza...this review is really for the staff. They are always fast friendly and accurate. I do feel like Domino's as a chain has gotten better over the last two years but honestly the staff here is great. If you like dominos I highly recommend this location. read more

Short version: Terrible customer service. They disrespect their brand, their customer, and their product. But hey, if you like cold pizza, long delivery times and partial orders delivered then this is your 'go to' place. For us, it is "STAY AWAY" place. Tonight, the delivery instructions entered on their app were not followed. 1 of 2 pizzas ordered was late and ice cold... 2nd pizza MIA? Called and spoke with very friendly, professional and apologetic manager who followed their advertised policy and said they would remake both pizza's and get them to us right away. Some time later, again not following delivery instructions, we received a call, "Your 2nd pizza is out front" That pizza was lukewarm at best so I thought the remade pizzas would be here any minute. Later, realizing there was still a problem I called the store again. This time, they were rude, defensive and in the end said "you got your full order what more to you want." I responded: "I want you to fulfill your guarantee and if there is a problem make it right" To which this second manager said: "Well that's not going to happen!" read more

There was a mistake on my credit card, I was charged extra by mistake. The delivery man, Chester, said he would take care of it. Not only did he fix it, he called to let me know it was taken care of. Excellent customer service! Good pizza, great price and it arrived nice and hot! read more

I have yet to be disappointed with my experience at this Domino's location! We probably order once a month or so - generally online - for delivery, and the product always comes out impeccable! The drivers are beyond friendly, and even though my house is a bit harder to find, they're always prompt and smiling! The couple of times I've had difficulty with the online ordering system and had to call in, their employees were very helpful and friendly on the phone as well. They have great deals, great food, great employees... just great all around! Definitely a long-term customer here! read more

This was absolutely the worse customer service I had received. It wasn't just one person it was multiple with straight bad attitude and no acknowledgement that we were even in the store. Every employee needs a really big attitude adjustment. Will not be returning to this loaction again. read more

Their pizzas are amazing. My favorite pizza is bacon barbecue chicken and they always make it perfectly. Also the employees are very nice and even though there was a little mixup, the spent the time to fix it unlike many other places. Dominos will always be my go to pizza place. read more

We order online all the time so we thought it was odd that our order said it was still being fired up 35 minutes after we ordered. We called the store and asked if the online app was not working and was told orders were taking 50 min to 1 hour. Justin from the store called back and apologized saying the pizzas would be ready in 10 minutes and out for delivery. We offered to come and pick them up, but Justin said no need they'd be there shortly and we would receive $20 credit on our account for the inconvenience. Thought it was strange we received our email confirmation 1 min after hanging up with Justin, which was 38 min after placing order. We waited another 35 min and still no pizza so we called again and was told that two pizzas were done and two were still in the oven. I asked why did Justin say 10 minutes when we called 35 minutes ago? Customers understand things happen but don't make up a time just to get someone off the phone, we even offered to put at the store. We finally received our pizzas at 7:45pm, one hour and 25 minutes after placing our order. I tipped my driver generous as I also do, but Dominos and Justin really let us down tonight. read more

I am pretty well disappointed in this place as of late. Tonight was the icing on the cake. I called at 10:38 and ordered my pizzas, I was told they had an issue with the internet but fixed the issue and that my pizza would be on its way in 20-30 minutes. Waited and hour and called back and they never made the pizza. Was then told they would make the pizzas and have them right out to me. It is now 12:35 and still no pizza. Maybe because we ordered online at Domino's but the whole order was ruined, failed last minute- furthermore had to be taken a loss on despite the fact we gave the pizza house in Hayden over 2 hours advance delivery notice. We'd ordered a some nicely priced pies, one a gluten free variety we wanted to try and some chicken wings that are very good in plain w/o sauce.The driver waited 'til he'd left with the pizzas to ask our location, did not contact the much closer Domino's house for us (its not the customers' job to do that for them) and when WE called the correct one in CdA that the pizzas should've originally been expedited from we could not reach anyone the hold time was so protracted. Worse, the Track your Order animation pane on Dominos.com site bing! so inconveniently disappeared right after the driver did. According to the timing (if its even non fiction to be believed) the driver may have had only five more minutes behind the wheel 'til he found our address, he'd left the facility just 18 minutes earlier. But they'd just had 2.5 hours to process and deliver. What a waste, and a disappointment. I won't try this again. read more

Placed online order twice this week. Both times the pizza arrived COLD!!! I live less than 5 minutes from the store. How can it take them soooo long to deliver that it gets to me COLD!!! Management did not offer any apologies or offer a comp for the COLD PIZZA!! Will not do business with this franchise read more

My grandson will not eat any other pizza. He loves the cheese on hand-tossed crust. I would prefer Pizza Hut's Super Supreme on thick crust but I can only eat one piece because it fills me up so ... he gets to say where it is from. lol read more
