Although I don't normally review chain style restaurants, I felt the need to on this one. My daughter was hungry on vacation late at night and a lot of the other places were closed. This dominos location was only 3 minutes from our location so we placed an online order to be picked up. Domino tracker app was updated to "in the oven" almost immediately after order, so I figured they just updated it on their end to keep their times down for corporate. I was mistaken and the pizza and wings were literally done and in my hands in 8 minutes. Keep this staff around because they are not messing around. As far as the food goes, it was better than I had remembered dominos as I haven't had it in quite some time. Wings have never been my favorite there and they are a little mushy. This place sucks if there was -0 stars I would give it. I ordered online and changed my pizza sauce from regular tomato sauce to marinara sauce. I pickup my pizza and get home and my pizza was made with no sauce at all. I called and the girl said. "Oh we don't have marinara sauce in the store did you order online?" I said yes I did... don't you think you should take that option off online if you have no marinara. Regardless why not Just call me to tell me we don't have marinara sauce we only have regular tomato I would have simply said that's fine! instead of make a pizza with zero sauce lol absolutely makes no sense. Then she says it said no sauce and I said it does not say no sauce because I have my receipt right here it says at the top marinara sauce and at the end no tomato regular sauce. They need to change there wording if employees don't have common sense and can't read and comprehend/understand correctly. She put me on hold and I hung up. I then open my salad and it's all discolored and old. I was offered no refund. So unprofessional and disgusting. If it was me I would have simply called the costumer and asked if they were okay with me switching to regular sauce not make a pizza without sauce that's stupid as fuck. Ordering pizzas online from Dominos works great. Easy handling and the online menu card is very clear. When picking up very friendly staff, information on the screen about the order status and the order was ready one minute after my arrival. GREAT. We were also very impressed by the quality of the pizzas. Very good and crispy dough, plenty and very well topped and they are pre-cut. The transport box is well insulated and the pizzas were still hot at home. Two pizzas and two soft drinks for $ 29.29 is on the upper limit and still OK. Thanks dominos. read more

For most of the Pandemic I've been really happy and encouraged by the attention to mask wearing and cleanliness. Sadly, the last 3 times ive been, the staff making the pizzas were not wearing masks, they had chin diapers, wearing the masks under their chin. The first two times I felt like maybe a fluke. Now, I think managment is slack, allowing laziness and creating an unsafe working and cooking environment. I won't be back. The two stars are for the pizza only, not the environment. Was slightly disappointed by the gluten free pizza, I was hoping for a fluffier, garlicky, more classic dominos crust. It was more of a crispy flat style crust. With that said, it was very yummy anyway. Timely and super friendly service! read more

They said 20-25 min when I placed the order. Took almost an hour. So I stood there and waited. Good thing they have a monitor to say when your order will be ready as well as it said my order was ready yet it took another 10 minutes or so to get it. People were friendly enough and working hard, but you think they would either staff it properly or close the doors as they don't know how to run a business. Oh and they have a 5 star rating plaque on the wall, that's a joke. The whole idea is to have your food fast not take twice as long or more. Well, the other reviews are correct. I couldn't believe that I could actually pick the type of crust I wanted, the type of sauce I wanted, cheese or no cheese, oregano or no or oregano, all the toppings and on and on and on. When I ordered online there was even a monitor that showed up on the Domino's website to show me the progress of my order. It was delivered so quickly, I don't know how they had time to make it. It was also delicious. I had thin crust with chicken,Black olives and spinach. Yum; also I specified no cheese and that's how it was made which is amazing. I ordered a pizza on 5/26 at 8pm and didn't get it until after 10pm. According to their tracker online it took over 30 min to put the pizza in the oven, 45 min it sat on the counter waiting to be delivered then it took 15 min since she left the store to get to my house 5 minutes away. Still had to pay full price for a completely cold pizza and not even an apology for the 2hr wait. I ordered online and if they were so busy it should be in bold red text that I will have to wait 2 hours. I've been a chef my whole life so I'm aware what it means to be busy. I used the app to order and the food came very quickly with an awesome delivery driver, Robert, who realized I had mistakenly ordered my pizza without cheese!
