For the price, Domino's pizza is the best - two medium two topping pizzas for $6 each? excellent!! - sure you can get better pizza at Round Table, but I just can't afford that all the time. They have moved to the corner of K and 10th West which I like because it's closer to my house - the parking directly in front of it is a bit tight, but if you go out behind the Jack-in-the-Box there's plenty! Why only 4-stars instead of 5? The only downfall I see is that they no longer give you packets of the parmesan cheese - you have to buy a small container of it if you want it. read more

Placed my order online at 7:29 for 2 large pizzas, 8piece wings, & bread twists-carry out. Arrived at the store at 8:28, didn't receive my order until 8:44. There were so many people there also waiting for their orders. Way too many employees just standing around doing absolutely NOTHING! Will definitely not be coming back. read more

Dominos pizza is great, but their delivery is horrible . I ordered a pizza the other night & they took over an hour to deliver my food so I called & cancelled the order. It's enough their delivery fee went up to almost $5 now you're taking too long? You guys should have more than one delivery person if there's short staffing. Busy store but great service! I had order two plain cheese pizzas and one was given to me with mushrooms(gross), but they made it right. They had 1 cheese pizza ready and gave me the one with mushrooms(for my wife), and the other was ready in 10 minutes! Fresh and delicious! Great job ladies and gents! read more

Literally the worst dominos. They never get my order right and take too long to deliver my food. I live less than a mile away and it takes almost an hour to receive my food. They always forget something or put no sauce or too much sauce. Never consistent. Will never order from them again. read more

I use to really love coming here until we went to go pick up our order last Wednesday and saw that none of the workers were wearing gloves! They were actually topping the pizzas with their bare hands, rubbing the cheese between their fingers to spread it evenly and I am totally disgusted! I don't care how well you wash your hands if the health department were to walk in and saw none of your workers were wearing gloves when touching the food I bet you would be in some trouble. Being next to a Chipotle I expected Dominos to set an example on how NOT to poison everyone with E. Coli! I just ordered food for delivery and .... this is the third time this has happened. I ask them to put the garlic butter on the crust of the pizzas. They said they do anyways. So I ask for a tad extra. Not only do they not put extra they don't put any at all. The crust is dry. This is the third time. So I called them just now and I tell the guy what happened. He says nothing really at all. So I say to him can you add notes to my profile in your system. He said yes. I then got off the phone. Not once did he say sorry at all. Or try and make the situation better since this is literally the third time in a row they have done this. I worked in the fast food industry a few years . I was a regional manager at 7 different pizza places. Rather not say where. I understand this isn't the end of the world. But three times in a row??? Really? SMH. It's not that hard. It's so much better with the garlic butter. I worked all week and I'm tired and lazy and I wanted a cheat day. So I ordered pizza. It's just annoying. And what I'm more Annoying about is the employee not apologizing about it. Like HE should have been the one to say " I'm sorry about that. What I can do is put a note on your file so next time we make sure this doesn't happen again" but no. I was the one to tell him what he should do basically. If they would have handled it better. At LEAST say sorry I wouldn't be as annoyed. I will give them one more chance. ONE. It will then be the 4th try. So we will see what happens. read more

Order pizza here online. The tracker said it was out for delivery at 4:57pm. Still hadn't gotten my order an hour later at 5:57pm. I live less than a mile away from this location and it took them over an hour to get to my apt. That unacceptable. I tried giving them another chance after one of their employees tacked on an extra $10 tip onto my credit card after already being tipped when he delivered my pizza on a previous order. The in professionalism from the manager and employees at this location is troubling and I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. Next time I'll just drive to another location and pick it in store like a Little Cesaers. read more

Placed this order at 6:53. Driver had left the store at 7:26. It is now 8:11 canceled the order. Manager Amanda was rude over the phone told me to just send the driver back. Very incompetent staff, only one person taking orders and 5-6 in the back trying to look busy. Lady spent 10 mins trying to find a pen for me to sign a receipt and took over 30 mins for a 15 min order. The staff was more concerned with delivery orders then carry out. ordered online took advantage of the 50% off promo I placed my order for pick up and time was 6pm mind you it was 445pm. So I showed up early at 555pm told my daughter to go pay and see if it was ready early if not we would sit in the car and wait because we had the baby and groceries. She came out said it would be 15 more mins so we sat and waited it was hot then I went in at 6 and asked again it wasnt ready, so I went back to the car, anyways it took a long time to get the pizza why would they offer a time option n then not meet it? I planned the trip so we wouldnt be out long with the baby and these people dont have orders straight I saw people walking in and out and I know I placed my order with enough time. We only got one large pizza with two toppings. do not order from these idiots i ordered a jalapeño pepperoni pizza with onions added waited for them to deliver my pizza it came these idiots put pineapple on my pizza instead of onions how do you get onions and pineapple mixed up. this incident happened last week. so today i gave them another chance. big mistake. smh ordered pizza, wings, fettuccine alfredo and a cesar salad to be delivered. these idiots sent me the wrong salad. i ordered a chicken cesar salad how do you confuse chicken cesar with a garden salad. i called and spoke to a rude team member possibly the one who made my pizza today she lied and stated she was a manager i knew she was not because she failed to give me her name and store number but i believe her name was lexi the rude team member that fucked up my order. i mentioned to her that i was pregnant and was allergic to carrots so i cant even eat it. she acted like she didnt give a flying fuck and hung up in my face then tells me way after the fact they were out of cesar salad. if you guys were out why wasnt i notified in advance. the delivery driver and team member failed to communicate. didnt even realize it was the wrong salad until i took it out the bag why even give me this i couldve just kept my money and wouldve been ok with everything else that was really some dumb shit i just paid for something i did not ask for! i need to speak with a real manager. this business is not only unorganized, the team members are about dumb as a rock. followed by bad customer service. very very poor communication skills as well. still in disbelief she even hung up in my face she needs to be fired immediately. this business is a real special ed disaster full of uneducated idiots that can't read or follow direction as far as making a meal. read more

I called in to pick an Order up around 5:430pm and I told the girl I would be there at 6 to pick it up I get here around 5:50 and told the guy I had an order to pick up and he said it wasn't ready I asked how long and he's like "I'm not sure maybe it's in the oven"um ok you were NO help! So I'm sitting here and around 6:15 I thought to myself okay this is a little crazy so I ask the girl how much longer my order was going to be and some other girl asks me my name so I tell her and she goes "oh it's been ready since 6" um okay that's amazing !! And the other girl brings me my pizza opens the box to show me it and I grab it and walk out, I go back in realize they gave me this old ass pizza that's been sitting there for 15 minutes and I say " um is this the pizza that's been sitting there" and the Hispanic girl turns her head with attitude "yes for 13 minutes" and turns her head.
