The reason I'm rating them so low is because of the manager, who not matter if I order pickup or delivery seems to not be able to follow directions. The number of times I've specifically asked for square cuts on my pizza and she completely ignores it is rediculous. So many times also she has messed up orders and given wrong toppings. The delivery has been horrible - I've had crushed boxes coming to me consistently because of their lack of care to the food being delivered. Stay away. Absolutely horrible service!! My girlfriend and I recently ordered for dinner and it was just awful service. We ended up waiting THREE hours for our pizza and breadsticks, and when they finally arrived the breadsticks were dripping in soggy grease. The pizza on the edges were burnt and the pizza was barely warm. My poor son was starving waiting for his dinner. We ordered around 6:30 and it didn't show till almost 10. The price too was ridiculous, for two medium pies and breadsticks was $45 plus tip & tax. The picture doesn't even do justice to how disgusting the breadsticks looked. This place straight up sucks. Where to begin? Glacial delivery. Rude staff that puts you on hold for an eternity. On three occasions I've had them ping the pizza tracker app that my food was delivered, which of course it wasn't. After calling (and being placed on hold for 15 minutes at least) and asking what's up, the person who picked up the phone says this practice is normal for them and that the pizza will arrive when it arrives. So basically they goose the app so they don't show how fucking slow and unreliable their delivery always is? Nice. Apparently this happens regularly based on other reviews. After a sea of shit reviews, this place should just do everyone a favor and shut down. Oh and by the way, I've never gotten a hot pizza from this place. Ever. Always lukewarm or cold. I wish I looked at these reviews prior to coming here. When I arrived, the two employees looked at me and then looked away and pretended I wasn't there for a good 2 minutes before acknowledging me. I get if you're busy but you could at least acknowledge and say you'll be right with me in a bit. Next, one of the employees (a guy with blue eyes) cutting the pizza dropped the pizza cutter wheel on the ground. He proceeded to pick it up and continued using it. Went to go pick up 2 pizzas today, came about a minute before it said the pizza should be done. Waited about 10 minutes and then when my pizzas were done it turned out undercooked and raw in the middle. She proceeded to make it again and tbh I wasn't upset, like ok it happens whatever. I waited another 15 minutes and then she started to make the other pizza in my order so that's when I was like huh?? Not sure what I've been waiting for all this time when it's said delivered for 30 whole minutes. Girlfriend got extra mushrooms on hers and there was a super miniscule portion of it, barely any tbh, and just lacking in general. Also there was literally only one person working there (the old lady) which is crazy!! Don't get me wrong, she was very nice and apologetic because she was doing so many things at once, I can't be upset because of the circumstances. But there were 3 delivery drivers that came and went in the store, only one of them was helping the other lady when he was there, the rest of the 2 did absolutely nothing to help other customers and just stood around. I made the mistake of giving dominos another chance. Yes I know. It's dominos. Not fine dining. But yet again it is over an hour after my order and I am still waiting. The tracker says it's been delivered (and has said that for 30 minutes now so the store will get credit from corporate for on-time deliveries) and the manager says too bad for me it's out for delivery and will get there when it gets there. Also she wouldn't complain in my situation because she knows places are busy and the tracker is "just an estimate". PS I live one mile from the store but the manager has no idea where the driver is or what route he randomly decided to take. I do not understand how this location is still in business. We placed an order at 630pm for an 815 delivery, giving the restaurant nearly two hours to make the order and get it to us. Of course it was late - arriving at 9pm. The app is useless because it said the order delivered at 830pm. We were calling our lobby and neighboring buildings to see if they got our order by accident. What a waste of time! Eventually the food arrived while we were still on hold with the store trying to get a hold of someone. They never pick up the phone and from what other reviews say, it's impossible to know if your food will ever arrive. I see all the horrible reviews but. This dominos never failed me. But I've only gotten the supreme Pan pizza, cinna sticks, and wings. Every time the pan pizza is awesome. Cinnasticks are great. And the wings SUCK. Only got it once and never again would I get wings from here. They were slight cold in some areas. The delivery time is a fail. 1 hr + delivery every time. That part really sucks. Never messed up an order or forgot any of the 5 extra sauce packets I order. I will continue to order from here. Just not the wings. read more

My family ordered online. Typical Domino's online experience. Surprisingly they came fast--about 40 min after I placed the order. All the food were pretty hot too. The food was what I expected for Domino's, although I've had better at other Domino's places. They didn't get me the right sauce I ordered with the cheese bread though. They just gave me marinara dipping sauce instead of the garlic butter. There really isn't anything special to say. All in all, it was a slightly less than average Domino's experience/food. I would only order from here again if no other pizza place was open for some reason and I really wanted to have some pizza. I guess the only pros for this place/any Domino's is cheap food, especially if you use coupons, which they seem to have all throughout the year. read more

First time I ordered they took over two hours for delivery which is ridiculous .. Then, today, I ordered through the app for carry out and they didn't have the order because the driver took it so they had to remake it. When i arrived i had to wait for about 5 minutes As the Naji continued to make pizza's/ I ordered extra red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese packets.
