Consistently, late. I have ordered a few times online. On the order summary it stated that delivery would take approximately 24-34 minutes. I called the Leonia store after about an hour and was greeted by a very rude employee who proceded to tell me that my food should arrive in about 3 hours. Really?!? Delivery is as timely as any other Domino's, the pizza has always been hot and the drivers always cool to deal with. No complaints.

I like their pizza and the drivers are very nice and polite. But the last two times that I've ordered and tracked their order, it mistakenly tells me that it has been delivered when it hasn't. It usually arrives about 10-15 minutes after it says that it's been delivered. I think they just do it to have a good record on file without actually being that timely on their deliveries. read more

Tonight I called to have a pizza delivered. It was during a rain storm, dominos said they were not making any deliveries because of the rain. Kind of ridiculous, but okay. I place my order and head out 3 towns away to pick up my pizza. As I'm pulling up to dominos I find the delivery guy walking back in with empty delivery bags, and picking up delivery orders to continue on delivering. When I asked "I thought you guys said no more deliveries?" The girl said "yeah no more deliveries" I said "well that's funny I just saw him walk in from delivering and now he's heading out with more deliveries". An acceptable explanation would have been the truth. Instead the girl flat out lied and said "well those are all orders left over from before the storm". The storm began 5 hours ago, and I called half hour ago. There is no way people have been waiting 5 hours for their pizza. I then said "wow those people must have been waiting hours for that pizza", she said "yeahhh". Dominos you did me wrong. I would rather pick up pizza from a local pizzeria now than go all the way over to dominos because your drivers are too lazy and lying about their current delivery status. read more

Just ordered a delivery and they said it would be 25-30 min, after an hour, i called and was told that it would be here very shortly. 15 min later, called again and they told me that it was not yet on the way, 2 hour from the initial order, the pizza is delivered. Made an order at 1:00 to get 80 wings delivered to me by 6:30. I waited until 8:30 and went to the building to find out what happened. The workers there apologized to me and made excuses about not having time. Bitch I gave you 7 hours. In 7 hours you couldn't find the opportunity to put wings in the god damn oven? My order number was 59 they were at 210. They literally skipped over my order to help the other customers. At first I would understand. You have 5 hours take care of other customers for now. But these assholes didn't even start my order. I kept my eyes on the tracker the whole time and all it said was "firing it up" for the whole time. Ordered 1:17pm Sunday. I called at 2:25pm asking where my food is. The reply was that the driver on his way, sorry. I live less than 10 minutes from their location. I call again at 3:06 pm asking where my food is and am told again it's on its way. 3:47pm food arrives lukewarm, if that makes sense. Driver says it's a busy day and only 2 drivers available. Smh, I ordered a handmade pan pizza with 2 toppings and they forget the tomato sauce. How do you forget tomato sauce. I might as well order cheesy bread sticks. I was half way through with it and noticed that it was oily af and thats when I knew they fucked up. They also for real put 3 pieces of chicken on my buffalo chicken sandwich. They acting like there was a famine and couldn't spare a few more pieces. When I do end up calling back this dominos, they know damn well I should get a free meal but they skeemed my ass by coming back to my place with a 5 dollar bill when they knew my shit was around 7 dollars. I rarely write reviews but the service at this location is horrible!! Every time I try to order online for delivery, it says that my address is outside of their delivery area (it's 1 mile away). The store says that is just an error but have not fixed it even though I've complained every time. I like to order online because of the coupons. They refuse to honor the coupons when I call over the phone and insist that I have to place the order online to redeem them.....so tonight I had to place a pick up order online and then call them to switch it to delivery so they would honor the coupon. I chose to be charged extra for extra sauces. When I called the store I reminded them to please not forget the extra sauces. Guess what they forgot? I called to complain and was told they would be right back with them. That took another half hour. I wouldn't normally make a big deal about sauce but they charge $1 per cup and plus a $2.50 delivery fee. At least get the order right and bring what I paid for. read more

Best thing about Dominos Pizza is.... 30 minutes or less!!! It's a typical fast food type place... So if you want a gourmet pizza experience I suggest you go to a gourmet pizza place... But if you want fast take out type food which I like from time to time... Go with Dominos... Also try their Spicy Wings!!!! They are great to have especially when you have company over!!!! read more

I haven't vented about a local merchant for a while but tonight's interaction with the Leonia Domino's Pizza needs to be shared: My daughter texted me on her way home from volleyball and asked me to please order a dinner-size portion of wings, plain, no sauce. To save time, I drove over and picked them up; my daughter was just walking in. Unfortunately, the wings weren't plain, but doused with their extra-spicy sauce, so I called them. After explaining what happened, I was told that they'll remake the wings, it'll take only 15-20 minutes and the driver will run them over. After waiting 30 minutes, I called and was told that they're out, it should be any minute. 15 minutes later, I called again. "We don't know where the driver is", I'm told, "Please hold, we'll call him". I am on hold 10 full minutes (trust me, I checked). Now here's the good part: "I'm sorry, but the driver put spicy sauce on the wings". I ask, "You allow your divers to handle food?" " Yes", I am told, "All our employees are trained to handle food". "You are allowing drivers who are touching money and dirty cars to put sauce on a closed box of wings?", I ask. Yes", I am told, "We need all the help we can get". " I think this a bunch of hooey" I tell her. "I think you all need some training in food handling and a visit from the Health Department". "Yes, ma'am, I'm terribly sorry. We'll give you a credit".
