Probably the worst pizza place in town. If you want to order cheap nasty pizza order here. Never had issues with the other pizzas places only this one. Time and time again this place always fails I can honestly say I've never once said "wow this is amazing" more so there's Always something wrong. Either this place needs to sweep the whole staff and start over brand fucking new or just shut it down. Dont understand why people work there if they're just gonna mess everything up. I haven't been here in over 3 years. Not much has changed. The pizza was was dry and didn't have much taste to it. One of the ladies working was barking orders rudely at the other employees in front of customers. The only reason I am giving them a 2 star is because the Parmesan bread bites are amazing. Ordered a large specialty pizza on the app. Within 30 minutes I received notification the order was delivered. I know sometimes the app is way off ( I have never had a correct delivery time using the app) so I waited 20 minutes and still nothing. I called the store and they said it was out for delivery and I should be getting it soon. An hour went by and nothing. I called again and this time they said it was on its way. The first time I called I had been given wrong information. My pizza hadn't even been baked yet. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them another chance. Well over an hour later and still nothing. So I called and they said they weren't sure what happened and my order had disappeared in the "ether" and wanted to know if I wanted to wait another 1 to 1 1/2 hours for my delivery. Consistently takes at least an hour despite the tracker outright fabricating its progress. Never get an apology when we inquire about its status. On more than one occasion we have been asked to hold, then left on hold for 5+ minutes until we hang up, call again, and finally have someone speak to us. One hour for two medium pizzas on a Monday night. Ridiculous. 47 minutes after the tracker said the driver had left the store with my order I received pizza that is barely warm. I order from dominos a lot and stopped years ago for this very reason but it seems it's gone back to its old ways. So I really didn't want to write a review. I go back and forth between Dominos and Round Table in town, usually due to the price on the day I am wanting some pizza. We ordered pizza on March 30th, for a Philly cheese steak with mushrooms on half only, and a pineapple and ham pizza. When we got the pizza the Philly Cheese Steak had a quarter of the pizza with no ingredients on it. It was just puffed up bread and the Hawaiian pizza wasn't cooked through enough, still very doughy. We called to let them know about the issues and they offered to send replacement right away which we declined. They very graciously offered to add notes for our next delivery. So tonight, April 8th, we decided to order the same exact choices and wanted to add cinnasticks to the order, which we wanted to pay for. They sent everything within 40 minutes, Great timing, and the drivers are always great, always tip them, today we tipped $20, and they didn't charge us for anything. Well the Pizza is cooked great, however they again had mistakes with our order. We even recorded our voices on the order to make sure we didn't make a mistake, Last weeks order was done online through our account. They forgot to put any mushrooms on the pizza at all, which they did last week as well, when we asked for it to be on half the pizza. Second thing was the cinnasticks were not cinnasticks. They gave us garlic Bread sticks. I don't know if they have new person working, or if they pushed the wrong button by mistake, but I have NEVER ordered garlic bread sticks from them and almost ALWAYS order cinnasticks, a Hawaiian pizza and Chicken (when I don't get a second pizza). Either something has changed with them over the past year, they just don't care about their order accuracy or what. I see newer reviews that have similar issues with pizza accuracy, forgetting sides, and etc. The customer service isn't bad and they did attempt to fix the situation, but they just made more mistakes while trying to fix a past mistake. Hopefully next time we order, probably not for a while at this point, they will have these issues fixed. I am giving two stars (should be a 1) because while the pizza still taste good to eat and the drivers are always great, and the pizza is almost always on time, attempting to fix a mistake with more mistakes is just a failure. Really annoying that their credit card machines don't work. Ordered my pizza over the phone and once I get there I can't pay with my card. I guess I should carry cash more often smh. Even happier with the ability to order online or with the app, because when I arrived, I noticed the employee at the phones having difficulty understanding the person on the other end of that phone call. (Loud music?) This location has tables and chairs, something I had yet to see at any Dominos. Are they "evolving" into providing dine in service now too? Ummmmm alrighty then! I ordered from two pizzas a few weeks back. I am dangerously allergic to cheese my throats shuts and I have to use an epi-pen. We received two pizzas and and they had cheese. We called in and we got transferred about 5 times. Not only did they mess up they wanted to charge us to bring us the correct pizza. They told us it was the app but all the info on the receipt stated highly allergic to cheese and if it was the app how come dominos wants us to use it?! We got things situated after about an hour of transfers and talking. So I decided hey if we don't use app call in they should be fine. Ordered pan pizza, ABSOLUTELY NO CHEESE, extra sauce, and sausage. We get our pizza is thin crust . We call to have it replaced. Then we get our pizza I look at it it looks good so I take a bite. The CHEESE was disguised on side and small bits underwear pepperoni. We called again was transfered 3 times and the "manager" supposedly this night on 1/20/2018 said they will try and make it and have it out when they can call while she is trying not to laugh. The chuckle behind her voice infuriates me because its a life that can be effected. Worst experience at a pizza place I have ever had my 19 years of life. First off, I had ordered a Medium pepperoni and a Medium pizza that was half cheese and half pepperoni. The half cheese and half pepperoni had half pepperoni and the other half was sauce and crust. I waited more than an hour for a replacement, I even heard side conversations of other customers, complaining about messed up orders. My home is 4 mins by google maps drive from this Domino's location. 40 minutes after my order was said to be out the door with delivery driver Joshua (whom I had pre-tipped 20% on a $64 order) I called and inquired only to be put on hold for another ten minutes. Joshua still had not arrived with my order even though there were 4 of us standing outside with the lights on waiting for him. I then cancelled my order with the lady I was speaking with and I will not be purchasing anything from them in the future. However, one ray of light, the lady I spoke to handled my "Karen" attitude (YES I admit it I was being a Karen, I'm sorry) with grace and skill. It was at 7:40pm Saturday 2/27/2021. She deserves a raise. I am sorry for my tone and irritation. I know it was not her fault and she skillfully deescalated the situation. So I understand our local dominos has it rough, their sister location (one I worked at for 2 years) was moved onto the Air Force base because that is where they got 90% of their customers... that said if I order during peak hours on the weekend, it should not take at the least 2 hours for my food to arrive. I say at the least because that was when I called in to cancel my order & it sounded as if it had not even left the store. At the one hour mark I called in asking for an update and they said it was on its way and out for delivery which turns out must have been an out right lie. Also when I called in to cancel the employee who canceled my order hung up on me as soon as it was done, no apologies, he'll he could not even spend 5 minutes to let me vent. So now it's the next day and im still bitter, bitter enough to download yelp and leave a scathing review. If you are in town visiting or on business there's alot better pizza places than dominos. Mi amore, Wild West, even papa johns have all managed to get my food to me at a reasonable time. I contacted the Lompoc California store on H street to get my replacement order. The girl stated that she couldn't find it, then was saying in the background how she didn't care what anyone did, that the whole team was falling apart, wait times were over 2 hours and asked me not to place my replacement order tonight. I was furious! How could you deny me my order that was promised to me? When I told her I talked to the manager in the morning about my two pizza and soda replacement after it never showed after 1 1/2 hours, she became so nice and just said "I'm sorry, people call in for free food all the time and my hands are tied". I told her this was promised to me, she still couldn't find it and then said to an employee " I can't find his previous f*** order" came back and said she can't do anything. I'm really disappointed with this location. I was looking forward to dominos tonight so thanks for nothing. Seems even though all the reviews I've read pretty much stating Domino's is rated rather low, nothing has improved up to date. I also had the experience so many have shared hoping it would be different. Perhaps we need to go national to the HQ to make a difference. Perhaps if we just boycotted Domino's for a spell, that would get their attention. There are plenty other pizza delivery services that would welcome more business.
