I have to say that I've visited this Domino's twice and this is the best location that I've come to hands down. First time I was in the area and grabbed a pizza but this time I came from LA to this location and I'd do it again! Compared to other locations who kind of throw your pizza together or have poor customer service they are so much better here. I will say that this visit they needed to cut the pizza slices more --I don't know if their cutter wheel was dull and needs sharpening or if they just lightly cut it because I had a hard time breaking apart some of the slices. Also, this was not just on them but me too: I didn't get my drink. I was given the pizza and not the drink. I spoke with Ben and I'll be able to get it anytime I go back to visit --mistakes happen but even if I didn't catch it they should have. No matter, I'll continue to come to this location because this is the best one around and I stand by that. The pizza travels well, fresh ingredients you can taste and it's sooo good! read more

That same day, the Franchise Owner, David reached out to me via Yelp PM and left a VM on my cell asking if I call him back so he could have the opportunity to apologize and let me know I am a valued customer. In speaking with David, he held to his commitment and offered a food credit. The level of customer care that David exhibited was above and beyond. I was amazed at how prompt at response he was, how poignant in his emotional awareness, quick to resolve an issue, and turn an unhappy customer into a happy one.
