I should've left this review ages ago because this pizza spot deserves all the love. I've been coming here for years, and the quality became even better about two years back. Nick the manager is always on top of things, and the new owner has turned the place into a super comfortable, game watching destination -- World Cup, Dodgers, and football. It is a perfect restaurant near the Belmont Pier and Rosie's Dog Beach. Really makes it a perfect stop after a beach day. We got a flyer indicating that there are new owners with a bunch of coupons, so we decided to give Round Table another try. The inside has had a facelift, but it still appears to be a work in progress. There is a beer station with eight beers on draft, but only four were available at the time of our visit. We were told that they are planning to offer more beers as they settle in. Food was definitely an improvement since our last visit. The pizza was good, our kids liked it and they are very picky about their pizzas. We tried the wings, were were also good. The "Hot Buffalo" is pretty hot, so go with mild for a more traditional flavor. They have salads, but they only have a "Family" option. There is a pinball machine. Hopefully they'll add some more arcade items to make it more kid friendly. There are also TV's and we got to watch some Olympics. Overall, a big improvement. We'll plan on coming back. read more

This round table has come a really long way. Previous management ran it into the ground, dropped the quality and upped the prices. New management took over early last year (I think), and I feel like an idiot for not giving them another chance. We ordered a pizza for pickup tonight, chicken pepperoni and peppers. It was phenomenal. Service was quick, courteous, and prompt. The pizza was amazing, crust was crispy and glazed with garlic butter. WE LOVE ROUND TABLE!! We live in Belmont shore and always pass this place on our way home. We recently received a flyer with some deals along with the info that Round table is under new management. These are two separate orders from different days and different deals. The first one is from Wing Wednesday where we got 24 wings for $26.99. We weren't able to do it on the website so we called the place. The person on the phone (Shayar-new management) answered and helped us out. We were able to get the deal and split the flavors. He was very kind and helpful which made the experience more enjoyable. The wings were pretty good my favorite being buffalo. The second order was from Friday and we decided to get the Family Deal. It includes 1 large topping (we picked pepperoni) pizza, 6 boneless wings (buffalo) AND 3 cinnamon churros for a (drumroll please) $24.99. This was such a great deal. We ordered online and it was ready in 10 minutes. We decided to walk over that day and enjoy the food out on the patio of Round Table. We were greeted by the owner again. We are definitely big fans and this is our new go to pizza place. While we were eating outside another one of their team members came and checked on us which was nice because most places don't really do that. We appreciate the hospitality and the great food. We stopped by for a quick lunch on Saturday afternoon. We had our pup with us so we ordered inside and sat in the patio. We got the meat lovers, veggie gourmet (my personal fav), pepperoni and some wings. It took a while for the food to come out but it was worth the wait. Round Table Pizza has always been far superior pizza than competitors in the area like Dominos and Fat Tomato (both horrible). Though they are pricier, I have usually received very friendly service, and nice drivers and short wait times but the last few orders are making we re-think this as there are been some major issues and a bit of "shadiness' I don't appreciate. It is used to be simple to order pizza online to this location but the rewards points stopped working both on the website and app. Thus I have no way of checking. So with so much ordering, last time I ordered I was told I had nearly 160 rewards points. So I'd thought I use them for a personal pizza on Mother's Day (note only to be told points are wrong and some points now expire). With paying nearly 10 dollars more per order with Round Table .. I didn't mind when they honored their reward points because it would average out. But this new business of not being able to see rewards points on app or website (also after talking to manager for this location and the one near my Mom's in Huntington) saying they would fix it. And then erasing .. or points vanishings when you order sometimes twice a week.... feels shady. Especially the 11th the employee I talked too said oh yes you will have rewards for pizza . when I mentioned I would be ordering food for a gathering on Mother's Day. A matter of honor/integrity for me. So f*** it. They lost my business on Mother's Day when I was planning to order food for a party of 10. What I have seen--- (a) the kid drivers are super sweet and friendly but one of the male managers seems to not honor points. I talked with 2 other neighbors in the area that went through the same issue. Not the best business practice. Again website ALWAYS buggy when trying to order (a) doesnt show rewards points, sometimes transaction didn't go through and had to call, etc. App always crashes both on android and apple. I'm not a huge pizza person but sometimes it just fits. Like that one time on Monday evening when the boyfriend & I decided to go here for something a little different. We always knew about this place but what always turned me off was it's a bit expensive. Not sure why but the interior of this place grows on me. I think for me it has a small town feel (I'm originally from WY) & seeing the 90's sticker machines & the arcade games brings back memories. We didn't call in to order, we just ordered when we got there & with pizza you can't expect really speedy service so we were prepared to wait. The pizza was really good! It was probably the prettiest pizza I've ever seen - they definitely weren't shy on the toppings & the pizza was not cold or burnt. It didn't take too long for them to make it either. The bread sticks came out first & they were so damn good. I'd definitely eat here again but I'm not sure if I would have it delivered?
