Disappointing that Domino's continues to raise their "minimum delivery amount." At first, I think it was $12, something around there. Now it is a whopping $19.99 (which really means $20 or more, as all of their items are priced high). So Domino's runs a promo, with many pizzas half off. But wait - you can't just order one pizza and take advantage of this awesome deal, because you need to order $20 of food - otherwise, they can't deliver. And this is after tacking on a $5 delivery fee and tax, making my would-be $8 pizza $16. I miss the old days, when you could call up, order a large cheese pizza for delivery, and any pizza place would do it. As if Domino's can't afford to pay their delivery drivers if you don't spend $20 or more... please. Never mind. read more

Me and my husband come in here 3 to 4 times a week and it's always a stellar experience. Always leave with a smile on our face! They are so polite and make THE BEST pizza, especially the dinner crew. We personally will go out of our way to get pizza from this location over any other. Keep up the good work! read more

I love Domino's Pizza, but not this location. Don't believe the tracker or their monitor in the restaurant that says your order is ready NOW, it really isn't. The first time it happened to me, I let it slide... it was like off by 5 minutes. The 2nd time, nope.... it was a 20 minute wait from when the tracker & monitor said my pizza was ready. And the workers there just ignore you until you turn into the damn Hulk, then they get offended that your mad. read more

The pizza itself has only been a problem one time. They brought the wrong pizzas to my apartment and when we called we had to wait another hour and a half before they brought the right ones. The biggest issue I have with this place is that we always, and I mean ALWAYS, have to call them to get them to bring the pizzas to us. I've never had a problem like this with any Domino's. They say it'll be ready in 30-40 minutes, but it never gets here until at least an hour later and when we call we always get the same response of "Oh. The driver just left and there was no apartment listed on the bill so that's probably why he's so late." Except that you can clearly see the apartment is listed in the online ordering... Doesn't make sense to me. I really wish they would step up their game to be at least half as good as the Domino's in Tacoma. read more

We've had good experiences, but the bad are so bad they outweigh the good. Ordered pizza online at 1pm on a Tuesday afternoon. I ordered the pizza at approximately 1:00pm. Pizza was "quality checked" at 1:20pm. After not receiving order, no phone call, and no "tracker" update after a hour, I call the store. I was told pizza was just now out for delivery. When I inquire about delay issue, I'm told that it's been very busy over last two hours, and they are short staffed. I ask why the tracker isn't updated, the response was, "we don't know how to update it. It's that way in the store also". Delivery arrives. Employee apologizes about all the extra deliveries happening today. I've heard this same story from this store in the past. I've also had quality control issues in the past. Our pizzas arrive. They are both in the danger zone for temperatures, according to the WA State Health Department. The pizzas were barely warm. They'd been sitting out, waiting for delivery. They were finished cooking at 1:20pm, and they arrive at 3:00pm. For my forty bucks, it's obvious there's something to be learned here... read more

I have been impressed with the improved quality of Dominos pizza, but I can't believe the horrible customer service from the Milton store. I placed my order at 716pm, saw that it had left the store at 8pm I called at 830, seeing as we live 6 minutes away. The manager on duty said they would resend it, no charge and would be here within 30 minutes, if not, to call. So I called....by now am RAGING pissed, and get put on hold for 9 minutes. When "the manager" picks up, it sounds like they're having quite the party and someone says, just change the address. I'm told to hold again, and when a different voice comes on the line, they tell me it went to the wrong address. Funny, my address has been in their system for a year and they've not screwed up once. So here it is, 936pm and my children, who had been looking forward to pizza night, just had scrambled eggs and cheese and went to bed disappointed. Walked in and placed an order for 2 medium pizzas and 3 orders of wings. Swiped my card without even thinking and was told it would take 12 minutes. While I was waiting I noticed that they had charged my card $45.36 even though all 5 of my items were supposed to be $5.99. I thought maybe he punched in more wings or an extra pizza or something, if he did I was just going to take whatever and I was okay with that. Then my food was ready, and I got the 2 pizzas and 3 8 piece wings. I asked the guy who took my order how the total came to $46 when I only had 5 items at $5.99 each. He told me the total was right and he double checked it. I sat in my car, opened up the domino's app and punched in my exact order. The total came to $32, so I went back in and asked him to explain how my total was $46 again. After I showed him the app, he immediately abandoned explaining anything and just asked for my card to refund my money. Never coming back here again. read more

Ordered online as carry out . Said pick up in 15 minutes. Went to pick up and when I arrived was told another 30 minutes. Waited a total of an hour and 40 minutes. They offered a 2 liter soda... Horrible service. Will go across street to Pizza Hut. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. The customer service was just terrible. My wife and I ordered a pizza, wings and a lava cake from a nearby motel, just after 5. The site said it was quality checked just after 5:30. An hour and a half later, our food still had not been delivered. My wife phoned them and after a great deal of difficulty in even getting through to someone, we were dealing with inept customer service. They were not even at first willing to check on our order. They blamed the delay on it being "football season" (even though it was only pre season season) and we were told that everyone's deliveries were delayed. They were not even able to tell us where our order was, except that it was not in the restaurant. The fact that they can not even properly track orders is ridiculous. We still gave them a chance to bring our order to us, but an hour later, after waiting for nearly three hours, we had enough. I phoned them again, and was given the same excuses. Again, no ETA could be given and our order could not be tracked. We were told that they could make our order over again and it would be given to us for free. It would be another hour, though. Needless to say, we were not willing to wait any longer, even for a free meal. Who knows when that delivery would have arrived. Never go to this Dominoes!! I have dealt with many other Dominoes that were very good, so this is not an indictment on Dominoes, but this Dominoes was just terrible. I highly doubt all the other orders were as delayed as ours, as if this were the case, they would not have a restaurant. This place needs to be shut down!!!! read more

I ordered the pizza online. The order took a little longer than I expected. That was not much of a problem. The quality of the pizza was disgusting. I ordered a large three topping. There was one piece of sausage and one pepperoni per slice. Some slices did not even have that much. It was supposed to have extra cheese but it came with less cheese than most places provide. Calling a 14 inch pizza a large is a laugh. I will admit the crust was good. It has been years since I have had a Domino's pizza. I do not see myself having another in the future. Don't call or order from here. Really rude and unhelpful employees. Tonight my husband came home with a pizza that was suppose to have chicken on it, BUT there was NO chicken to be found and only cheese, bell pepper and mushroom. I called the store back to let them know about my order, but the employee, who answered the phone, seem confused and after speaking with him for 5 mintues I suddenly hear people yelling and cursing at each other in the background really loud. If I could give this place a ZERO, I would! About a year ago we ordered pizza that had bubbles that were 4 inches in diameter! All of the cheese and toppings had slid off, leaving a burnt bread bubble. It happened again, a month later. We were so disappointed, and we didn't order from them for a long time. We decided to give them another try and we got RAW pizza dough in the middle! Since it was delivery, the manager said that I would have to drive back to the Domino's to get new pizza or a refund. But, they did not even give us a refund! They give us a credit towards two more pizzas, leaving us with nothing to eat for dinner that night! I was unable to drive due to surgery and they refused to send a driver out to get the pizzas! Last night was our final attempt at Dominos. We received two undercooked raw pizzas. I drove back to return them and when they asked me if I wanted replacement pizzas I said, " No, I am done!!" The manager jad the audacity to say that is how the pan pizzas are supposed to be! Umm, NO. When they went to refund my debit card she said it would be 3 to 6 days to get credit for it, because they run it as CREDIT card. So, then we had no pizza, nor tbe money used to pay for it!! I visited the Dominos in Milton on February 15th, 2014. Upon entering I was greeted and asked if I had a call in. I gave my name and the gentleman told me my order was already up. He proceeded to continue what he was doing and engaging in talk with the other employees about how a young girl needed to be fired. All of the employees were very loud talking about this and then there was a young lady screaming Drama in the back. Myself and another lady stood quietly waiting for someone to help us, as we continued to be ignored. It was very uncomfortable. Finally a young man who was already off work asked someone to finally help us. The gentleman had attitude when he finally did come to help us. This establishment really needs to work on their customer service!! If I could reach the corporate office I do believe this branch needs some retraining! Ordered a pizza on a Thursday night as we were staying at a hotel nearby and didn't feel like eating out. When we ordered our pizza it said it was going to take 51-60 minutes. I watched dominos tracker as my pizza was made right away, but then something odd happened. We waited, and waited, and waited, but our pizza was not showing as out for delivery. We finally called after our pizza had now been done for 40 minutes and it had now been an hour and a half since we ordered. We were put on hold as the employee went to check on our order, 10 minutes later we were still on hold. We finally hung up and called again only to try to be put on hold again! When we protested this the lady working there finally told us they did not have enough drivers and our pizza was ready, but it was going to be another TWO hours before it would be delivered!!! We did not want pizza that had been sitting under a heat lamp for 3 hours and we had now had several drinks while waiting for the pizza so we couldn't even drive to pick it up. We cancelled our order and we weren't even offered an apology. When a pizza says it will be delivered within an hour I expect it to be, not delivered after 3 hours! I have placed three orders at this place in the last few weeks. All delivery and all after 10pm. Pizza gets here as promised, i tend to prefer Pizza Hut's think crust but this orer the chicken was great(pineapple and jalapeno).. Its pizza after 10PM and frankly the hired help has been fine. Polite, friendly, definitely a younger crowd. hand them a tip and accept the pizza. Some places are better at getting an order all right though I've had no problems on my pizza and toppings. If you walked in the industries shoes you might see the typical problems a business can have when it's swamped. It's managements job to hire enough people for the rush but don't blame the employees if they say pizzas are falling out of the oven. Anyone ever work a rush? That said I guess i'm lucky no problems :) Easy to order off the web. Got a pizza coming tonight and a polite calm driver has already called me to check on my building number as apparently the online site didn't accept my updated address. // Update pizza got here and its good. With the chicken side. i did have some problems a few years ago when i ordered and said 'call before delivery' but i got my buzzer code now and they are coming through. don't be afraid of these one star reviews if you're a late night ordered and want a calm driver to show up quickly. read more
