Decent pizza when you're craving quick and easy fast food. I order them once a month or so and they are routinely average, never anything great but just gets the job done. They do need to cook the dough a little more, most of my pan pizza pies are a little doughy. They are very fast in making the pies and are ready when you come to pick it up. read more

Sushil is awesome. We get him as our driver 98% of the time, he always has a goody for our daughter when he drops off, and she's always excited when we order Dominos for dinner, and waits for Sushil to arrive. It never takes more than 25 minutes for pizza to arrive, and it's always hot. Love this location for quick, cheap pizza. read more

I went to this location to pick up my food last weekend. I was notified that my order was ready. I went in the store and it wasn't even ready. The workers were scrambling around trying to see where my order was. While I was waiting, I noticed at least 3 of the people working were either NOT wearing a masks or had one on but it was around their neck or not fully covering their faces. So I am questioning what is all the hype about "contactless" delivery and everything else if they are not even wearing masks and having conversations over customers' food? read more

I have ordered from this dominos location at least ten times and have always had a good experience with the food and the delivery drivers. Sometimes the staff answering the phones can be unpleasant but it's not a personality contest. Tonight we received our pizza with the wrong topping and the wrong sauces. I'm assuming they were out of the sauces I ordered so they just sent different ones. Does anyone actually dip pizza into blu cheese? I'm giving 4 stars because this is the only time I have had a problem. I would have appreciated it if they had called me to tell me that they were out of the sauce, that they still charged me for, and asked what sauce I would like to replace it with. read more

The order is always delivered quickly and the food is always good. I or should I say my two little girls love the Dominos Tracker. Probably a reason I ordered more from them then anyone else. Placed an order for a pie. Got home & whoever cut the pie did not cut all the way thru. I don't have a sharp knife, so trying to separate slices, they start to fall apart. Called store & Manager was rude when I asked for a replacement. Says that he made a 1,000 pies that day & I am only complaint. Also said I would complain about the soda. Sarcasm not appreciated. Said he did not know franchise owner name & that store manager, Victor, was not there. Said he would not deliver a new pie because of "gas and car wear & tear". Really now? I actually live 1.5 miles straight down Franklin & a block up. When I said I could not go back, stated that then I would not get a new pie. Also, said don't even bother to buy from their location. Terrible customer service, especially from a manager. I do not recommend this location to anyone that values quality service. read more

Pizza is always made well. Delivery guys are amazing. My two brothers absolutely love getting pizza from this particular Dominos. And my brothers....they have a strong bond, you dont want to know about here. But I'll tell you one thing, they love Nutley Dominos. Its just dominos...its just...my two brothers. This is our local Domino's and I have to say...when it comes to speed of delivery and accuracy of orders this Domino's has all the other local pizza chains beat. We usually place our delivery orders via the Domino's app (which makes ordering pizza way too easy) and in way less than a half hour its at our door. The delivery guys are super friendly. They are so patient with my little girls who love to wave and say good bye to them a million times as they leave. The food is always hot upon delivery. Our family favorites are a bacon/pepperoni thin crust and cheesy bread. Almost always on a Friday night. Love this place. read more

This has to be the dumbest place ever. After placing an order for delivery in them charging my card they call me back to tell me that they cannot send me food because I could not find my address. I literally live 11 blocks from them but for some reason cording to them my address does not exist. After they called to tell me that they couldn't deliver me food I asked speak with your manager they said he wasn't there but at the store owner was there so I asked to speak with the store owner and that jerk off wouldn't even get on the phone. Im very disappointed at this dominos i hate it when you put an order gets home or in your car then finds out its the wrong order. This has happened several times already i ordered crunchy thin crust yet when i open my pizza ITS NOT!! Goes back in and they have all the excuses and wouldn't exchange it or refund. Bad experience with this location. Placed the order online at 10:00pm. After waiting over an hour, I call the location and the guy who answered the phone told me that I placed a carry-out order. I was told that I should check what I did online, so in other words, if I hadn't called, they would have never called me to let me know something must be wrong. Then I asked if they would deliver it. I was told that the driver "refuses" to deliver it because it's "out of range" (I just googled it and it says it's 1.6 miles away) and that I need to call the Belleville location to place a new order. Really? The dinner is sitting there ready and they won't drive it a mile away? I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that he'll take my info and I'll get a call tomorrow. When I asked for names, he told me he didn't have to give me everyone's names and that I can come there if I wanted to tomorrow. No thanks, refund please. We won't be patronizing this location again. The sad part is that my little brother delivered pizzas in college and we always tip the drivers big! Their loss. read more
