This used to be mine my wife's favorite local store to order pizza, pasta and sandwiches. Lately the service has become dreadful... our orders keep being wrong when they get here, drivers argue with us on the phone saying we gave them the wrong gate code and making us drive up to prove to them they were not fully pushing the buttons in. Can't believe the service at this place, I ordered a pizza over the phone and selected it for carry out. They tell me it will be ready in 15 minutes I wait an extra 10 before I leave the house so they have any extra time if needed (I stay 10 minutes away) I get to the Dominos on West Colonial and they tell me my pizza haven't even been made. Ordered pizza at 5:35. Was out of the oven at 5:53. At 6:15 we called to ask what the status was and we're told it would be at least 20 mins until the driver showed up. Before choosing where to order pizza today, I compared prices, specials, and coupons between a few different restaurants; for what I was choosing to order Domino's was cheaper by about $5.00. Another bonus with ordering from Domino's was that I was able to choose bbq sauce as the sauce for my pizzas. This was perfect as I ordered bbq, chicken, and bacon pizzas, YUM! My order arrived within minutes of the interactive online program stating that the delivery driver, Alan, had left with my pizzas. When I met him in the lobby he was very polite and personable. This is a great quality to have in a delivery driver, especially when he is delivering orders in the rain. We all enjoyed the pizzas, they were made exactly to order, and the fantastic smell filled the office. Awesome experience! My fiancé and I ordered a pizza and chicken poppers with a 2 liter of soda. The driver forgot the 2 liter so we called the store and spoke with Mike the manager who was quick to rectify the situation. Not only did they reimburse us for our order for the trouble but the manager Mike re-delivered a 2 liter himself! What a surprise! Exceptional customer service is a dying trade and Mike certainly possesses these qualities. I don't expect great customer service skills when ordering something as simple as a pizza but it is greatly appreciated and doesn't go unrecognized. Highly recommended! read more

This location is very clean and the inside seating and cooking area is modern and updated. Staff has always been friendly and every time I go they have been adequately staffed to handle customer demand (i.e peak times have a lot of employees and normal times have 3-5). This means there's no annoying understaffed wait times I've experienced like at other joints. Love the digital menu as it's easy to read and see new items. Also props to the monitor that displays your order status and timer real time. I go to dominos all over TX and FL, and this is by far the most consistently well run and well kept. read more

I'm not a huge fan of "fast food" pizza chains such as Dominos and Pizza Hut etc..but the family wanted to give Dominos a go because of their new marketing, so we did. I can't speak for any other Dominos locations but this one surprised me! It was good. Ordering online was fun because they have a system which allows you to track your order from start to finish (for those of you who are starving and need to know that status of your food every step of the way lol). I remember in the early 80's when getting Dominos was a huge deal and the pizza was good. That all went downhill in the years that followed. Their pizza tasted like cardboard with pizza sauce. This Dominoes sucks. The app barely worked and was extremely slow, I was mis quoted on the time of my pizza/ paid online. Didn't get confirmation if pizza went through had to call. Asked for sauce for my breadsticks the girl rudely asks didn't you order online? Tried to pay for the sauce which is ridiculous they do not give you any for breadsticks.
