Also I hope you're cool with flies sitting on your pizza dough for hours before it's cooked because that's what they do. Dominos pizza is ok for a chain but this specific store is terrible and when you speak with the manager (Jim) he doesn't care he just wants you to go away so he can get back to not managing. Out here obviously Dominos is not the best pizza you can get, but on a late night sometimes it's the only thing open. Unfortunately this location will close early. In my experience we watched the employee leave with our pizza and jump into a car and peel out while we tried to wave her down. When we called to speak with the manager Jim the next day he defended the employee blaming covid. I would suggest just going to the Wendy's drive thru next door and avoid eating average pizza with terrible service. Maybe under new management it would be an ok experience but definitely not worth trying to order from location after 9pm. Ok I order over the phone pan pizza pepperoni sausage and jalapeño bacon cheesy bread with extra garlic powder the lady told me it's not extra what's extra is if you get chicken steak or bacon because that's going to be double the price they charge you can't get garlic dipping sauce with your cheesy bread that will be extra charge so we go and pick up our pizza that we didn't even get our pan pizza in the black box or jalapeño cheesy bread The manager knows who took my order and was very rude about it and all his suggestion was is next time order online really I recommend going somewhere else customer service is a palling food mediocre and very embarrassing nobody asked for a price if they want it they pay for it yet you don't get what you pay for or what you want that's what they want to giveYou maybe it reflects the manager not the employees I would like a follow up from headquarters well I'm gonna post this on social media so everyone knows this is not right and I feel I am not being treated in a Satisfactory manner read more

Very upset with my local Domino's, I am a loyal customer to them and have never had an issue with them until tonight. I had to cancel my order due to a personal reason and one of the staff got on the phone and started yelling at me and kept asking me why I needed to cancel and I told him that it was none of his business. Needless to say he hung up the phone on me while I was still talking so, my husband had to call back and that phone call didn't go over too well because he was yelling at my husband over the phone. I understand, it's a weekend it was possibly busy so you're understand but, you must keep your composure I've retail and jobs where you have to bite your tongue and just smile and shrug it off. Unfortunately, this guy didn't get the memo on what customer service is all about. I wish I could give 0 stars because it was extremely unprofessional and it takes a lot for my husband to get angry at all but, for him to feel compelled to call back and make sure we got the refund and the order cancelled was an unnecessary step taken if the gentleman didn't yell and argue with me in the first place. I have never been so pissed off with any restaurant or fast food facility in my life. I ordered three pizzas from this dominos online and I ordered one large spinach and feta one medium ham and triple pineapple and one medium pepperoni and green pepper. And when I got these pizzas I was appalled when I grabbed the box cause it was covered in grease. I opened the first medium pizza which was suppose to ham and triple pineapple but it was ham and triple pepperoni..? Like come on! Who in their right mind would order triple pepperoni lol. And the spinach and feta might as well been spinach and feta cheese soup. THEY WERE NOT EDIBLE. So I called them up telling them there was a mistake in my order that I didn't order ham and triple pineapple and not triple pepperoni. And the man on the phone told me they had that same mistake yesterday.. So when he goes to tell the manager/pizza maker and in the background I could hear him say "fuck that! That's what she ordered. I'm not doing shit about it." I could hear exactly what he was saying.. They absolutely refused to help me with my order. They also couldn't give two shits about my spinach and feta soup they sent me either. When I asked what was the mans name dropping the "f bombs" at me he refused to tell me then hung up on me. WTF.. Now I have a formal complaint into corporate cause that's totally unacceptable. Sucks cause I live in such a rural area that's the only dominos that delivers to my area.. Worst place ever.. They literally forget stuff all the time, anytime you call them about your order they give an enormous amount of attitude, the delivery driver literally threw his cigarette butt onto our driveway and when I asked him to pick it up he refused. No respect whatsoever this establishment needs to throw the entire staff out and replace it with new people. Once called to check on an order because they were checking it for about 30 minutes was told my tracker wasn't working and it was on it's way I waited over an hour and I checked the tracker it said was on her way a few minutes after I called to ask where my order was.. Horrible customer service. I ordered online, showed up when the tracker said my order was finished and that was not the case. I waited 15 mins before they told me that they had to make my order. I finally left the store 30 mins later and the pizza wasn't even fully cooked. We ended up putting it in our oven to thorougly cook it. I do not recommend this location. read more

I recently ordered cheesy bread WITH marinara sauce ... Chicken bites with EXTRA ranch sauce and a medium thin crust pizza ... Not only did it take them an hour and a half to deliver it but by the time it got to us everything was cold DIDNT GET MARINARA OR RANCH but instead got hot sauce!? Call them back they said it was "past their store hours" (it was 7p.m?) and that we could get it all for free the next day. About 5 weeks ago I got a deep dish pizza with diced tomatoes, marinara, Mozzarella, and shred parm/asiago. It was perfect. Tonight I ordered the same and was given a regular crust pizza with those toppings. When I called to tell them the order was wrong, the kid insisted that it was not. Because it was in a black box and he had cut and boxed it himself. I explained that I knew it was wrong because they'd done it right in the past, but he wouldn't admit the mistake. I don't think he knows the difference. He was self righteous and condescending in his tone. When I was picking up, and asked for some oregano to sprinkle, he first told me they didn't have any, then he went and got some. I've never met such an unhelpful food service worker. I have 20 years experience in the business myself, 4 of them in pizza making. This store is losing a customer, and I doubt I 'm the first. Someone needs to educate the employees on the menu and what a deep dish pan pizza is, because this guy didn't know What happened to "customer is always right" ? This was terrible service, and it was really disappointing because after my first excellent order, I thought it would be good. No consistency, no willingness to fix a problem or mistake.
