I really don't like eating low.. so let me start with the positive: the waitress we had had a very sweet personality and she was very willing to find out which items were fresh and which frozen... so although she said it was very good and popular, the seafood and onion rings are all frozen. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan with gluten free pasta and I actually liked it enough to bring my leftovers with me (If something isn't great I tend to leave leftovers). Eggplant was thinly sliced and crispy. My father ordered a baked stuffed quahog, and a Greek salad. He wasn't happy with either & thought the salad dressing came straight from a bottle. He did have New England clam chowder (not homemade, Snows) which he did like. Mom ordered an eggplant grinder that was good, but needed more sauce. The atmosphere was a family run Italian restaurant kind of vibe. There was a dessert counter with desserts that looked bakery made. Based on the delicious smell of the place, my guess is that the pizza and grinders are probably very good too. I think perhaps my father just ordered the wrong things? I'm not willing to rate this place less than 3 because the eggplant parm and the service were so good. I bet if we gave them another try and stuck w Italian entrees we would have been a lot happier. read more

Where do I begin? The pizza was greasy. The clam cakes were overdone. This restaurant was recommended to my girlfriend and me but we were sadly disappointed in the food. It is unfortunate that this is one of the only restaurants in the area. As a local I have gone numerous times hoping that things would get better but sadly they only get worse. Whether is be an extremely greasy sandwich or pizza that are near inedible, or a mistake in a simple order, the mistakes have become unforgivable. Don't even get me started on the fries - I ask for them to be well done and they come out so soggy that I'm not even sure if they are safe to eat. My family and I stopped in for dinner on a Saturday night as we were passing through Richmond. My kids split a small cheese pizza and my husband and I shared a Rustico pizza and a town salad. We all really enjoyed our food and the service was great. The Rustico pizza had delicious roasted garlic on it and I would highly recommend! Charlene is my favorite but all the staff is a smiling delight! I read some reviews complaining about how prices have gone up. I've got news for ya, everything has gotten expensive. Go to the Golden Arches next door and see how expensive they have gotten for food that is terrible. I'd rather support a local business with great food (and service) than ride around looking for a bargain pizza. Recently, I walked into a new establishment down the street to see what the menu was like. I stood there for ten minutes while a half dozen employees (with a miserable look on their face) never even acknowledged me. I walked out and will never go back in. This is a tough one. I've been getting takeout here since they opened. Great wings, great subs, good pizza. Tonight I got chowder and clam cakes to go. A bowl of white chowder and 4 clam cakes. This restaurant is an inexpensive date location (small pizza, small calzone and fries for only 23$) for college kids looking to eat away from the university of Rhode Island. If this place weren't the only delivery place in town, it would shut down for being so bad. When I moved to the area, the food was okay and it was nice because I could order online. Soon after moving here, they made it so that I could no longer order online which I preferred due to convenience. I have reached out half a dozen times and they never fixed it. I ordered several times a week and left a $10 tip for drivers EVERY TIME. Then the food became skimpy and is now overpriced. Clearly, you don't want/need my business, so I will take it elsewhere. Traveling through we found this listing just 30 minutes before closing. We we're famished and didn't know what to expect. I called to ask if it was too late to order and was told not at all. So i ordered. When i went in to pay and pick it up they were so busy trying to get bills paid, customers thanked and out the door, and you know, all the end of day stuff. Once inside I realized that i had missed all the treats by ordering over the phone! I asked to have cannolis added and again, with a smile she said "yes, I'll just need to get some filled for you." Despite the waitstaff being so busy, their attitudes were cheerful and customer service was still on point! Our food was excellent! It was hot and fresh despite being the end of the day. Good location just off I 95 exit 3 in RI. Sorry I didn't try the pizzas and salads as they appeared to be the most popular among diners, including take out and delivery. Unfortunately we tried the hamburger which wasn't good . The vegetarian calzone was fine not great .. ratio was off .. too many raw green peppers and onions. Server was pleasant. Service was prompt. Times must be hard! The hamburger use to come with french fries but now it's an extra charge. The menu has a lot of items blacked out items. Probably the items that came with the meals. I can't believe it was $1.50 for a slice a cheese on the hamburger. The milk for the cheese must come from a rare cow. We also had the greek pizza and steak with cheese sandwich. I've had better greek pizza, the spinach was from frozen making the pizza soggy. It was an extra $0.75 for green peppers on the steak and cheese sandwich. First thing to note when my group of 4 walked in: we were only given 2 menus, and when I got a menu (which was after the group member next to me was finished with it), the waitress came by shortly after and asked, "Are you guys ready to order yet?" And I thought, "...You serious?" But aside from that small flaw (which I made a bigger deal out of than I should have), the food was delicious. I ordered the fried fish sandwich, and although the fish seemed a bit big for a sandwich, it was very good, along with some cheese pizza that was, also, very good.
