HI! If you've noticed a decrease in quality over the last few years, its because the owner, fired his supervisor/gm, the one that made our dominos one of the top in the country. Crazy! There are suspicions he did it because a manager, (who the owner may or may not have been in a relationship with), wanted the position. And also, this manager was going to be fired for reasons including poor food quality! What a weird serious of events. It seems like a Hut has been working hard on their quality recently though. Service and food terrible. Burnt and dry! Insulting customers isn't Kool. To blacklist people because the lack of common sense and willingness to do job correctly. To waste 50 dollars in food and not let us pay is a waste and not cost effective for your store. Surprised it is moderately liked by locals. I reside dozens of miles away, and our Pizza Hut got closed. The only reason it brought in some revenue last few years before that was because we had one and only food place in town that offered delivery so it was not always eatable and delivery attempts often failed and yet there was a place close to home that delivered some nourishment. This Domino's Pizza was just like any other decently maintained franchise so it was very pleasant to be able to order and to grab precisely what was ordered. A friendly lady at the counter even helped me to load my order into a vehicle. I prefer to get it myself if I drove to Pocatello it already means I drove for a while and would have to keep on driving before getting home. So everything tasted exactly how I remember pizza should taste and our order was fulfilled in a timely manner. read more

Ordered a sausage mushroom pizza. When we opened the box the sausage and mushrooms were barely existent. It was mostly crust and sauce. NEVER AGAIN. For the amount of money you pay you think they would cover pizza in ingredients. Somebody is making a buck off what they don't give you. I wonder why they are still in business. read more

I'm making a review for the fast delivery service I received on a Saturday afternoon! I made an online delivery order and it was at my door in less that 20 minutes which is so nice, especially with the rain and a two year old asking where the pizza was every few minutes!! The delivery driver was so happy, the food was hot, and we were given a free medium cheese pizza with the order! Literally a great experience for us. read more

I ordered 5 pizza's online at 10:30 am, for pick up at 12:00. I went to the store at 11:57 am and was told my order was not ready and it would take 20 minutes. I could not switch my order to delivery because it would take even longer to get my order. So disappointed in their service read more

These guys pizza insurance claim is total BS. They don't care if you are happy with their product. The other night my wife and I ordered small pizzas for her and I and my mother in law. Mine was thin crust with 3 toppings and both of theirs were both gluten free crust with 3 toppings. We ordered online for in store pick up and the website said 15 minutes. They went down to get the pizzas and were told it would be 5 more minutes. 20 minutes later they asked where the pizzas were and the moron at the counter after a 5 minute search found the pizzas sitting on a shelf. They were all cold and when my wife said so the guy touched the box and said nah they're still warm and walked away. At no time did anyone step up to make it right or handle the complaint. And when I made a complaint on their website I got no response. read more

Ordered via the smartphone app, order sat at "out of oven" for 34 minutes until I called the store, and was given the customary "we're short staffed" excuse....... finally received my order and shockingly it was cold..... next time I'll just drive to the Chubbuck location, better service over there! read more

Takeout pizza is what it is...Dominos is my favorite--not greasy and fresher ingredients than most--what makes this place stand out is service; the order is always right, delivered when promised, and the kids who deliver are great...I've never gotten a cold pizza from this store. read more

Bob/David and his Crew make and deliver the BEST Pizza and Wings in Pocatello, My wife's and I's favorite is the Cali-Chicken Bacon Ranch... Ordered this pizza at 649. At 709 according to Dominos tracker they are still prepping it.. At 722 still shows being prepped. .. Wonder how accurate this Dominos Pizza tracker is.. At 724 the tracker shows it is now baking. So it took half an hour to get the pizza in the oven if the tracker is correct. At 0731 shows quality check being done. I was told the pizza would be delivered in 45-57 minutes. At 739 shows out for delivery. 749 still no pizza. 754 no pizza. 0809 pizza arrives showing I owe more than I do. I had the sweet young man call his manager who assured me the amount was correct. Not so sure. I still gave the poor kid a tip as he wasnt sure what was going on. The pizza btw is wonderful. So I shall order again and bless John the delivery drivers heart..... read more
