I haven't had take out from D's in years, so no idea if this is Domino's latest attempt at a good sauce or something, or if they just accidentally salted the pizza I can't say! It seemed more like the cheese or some other topping accident (pepperoni plus Philly beefsteak), than the sauce, tbh. I've had enough Domino's at work to be surprised by this flavor tonight. It has been about a year since we ordered from this Domino's, and the quality of the food a year ago was acceptable. I do want to say that the customer service was outstanding however the quality of the food was awful! First we attempted to order through the app and the app said they did not deliver to our address, we have ordered a bare minimum of a dozen times from this dominoes, all delivery. When I first called to question this the person who answered the phone said they did not deliver to us, but approximately two minutes later somebody called back and said there was a mistake and they definitely deliver to where we are, really appreciated the attentiveness to serve us. The food always arrives warm to hot, and the salads we ordered were always good. Tonight the first part of our order arrived and we ordered two gluten-free pizzas and a salad, unfortunately one of the pizzas was not gluten-free but we recognized it, we called and the customer service was great and they made sure to get another pizza out to us right away. In the meantime we went to the other pizza, it was cold, had to be reheated in a pan. While waiting for the other pizza we checked the salad and it was either kept at too cold of a temperature, previously frozen, or exposed to high heat, the lettuce was disgusting, almost gelatinized. We had to throw the whole thing out. The remake pizza was nice and warm when it arrived and much better made than the first one. I could go on but you get the point. Not sure if this Domino's has changed Management or what, but this is not what we expect from them, normally things are better. However looking at other reviews it seems as though this dominos has gone down the drain! read more

This is the only dominoes pizza where the deactivated the ability to apply for delivery insurance. Poorly managed and operated and honestly they make sure your pizza is never delivered on the app cuz they will mess up your order and you can't give the feedback data to corporate making their restaurant look like it never makes mistakes. Very disappointed in this place. Ordered 2 one topping pizzas and 2 cheese steaks with extra meat. Got home and found that the sandwiches had hardly any meat on them. Where to start. The two pizzas for $6.99 each translates to $30 delivered (before tip) so there's that. Worst thing is the website lets you order but the store always claims that they didn't get the word when it comes to customizing the pizza. My wife can't have dairy. Gonna give this place a 3 mainly because of the App. On multiple occasions I've had issues with it. The first time being the app saying the store was closed at all hours of the day, and just now online saying they close at 12 yet I tried to order pizza 15 minutes ago (10:45) and the app says "sorry this place is currently closed". I live in the apartments right behind them and the app is getting old. They need to fix it. Other than that customer service from the delivery people is usually pretty good. Honestly I'm a bit of a pizza snob. I'm particular about my pie. This Domino's is by far the best pizza Port Orchard has to offer! Consistently good, excellent sauce, addictive crust that's fluffy but not too thick nor thin, and fresh toppings keep me coming back for more. We normally order delivery which is always freaky fast, however tonight (Monday about 9pm) I ordered carry out and was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the place and received excellent customer service! Oh my gosh!!!!! I totally forgot to update my review last time I had food from here! A couple months ago, my husband and u ordered food here online. I think maybe some bread bites and a med pizza and some wings. Waited almost an hour and then finally called the store to see what was taking so long (we lived about half a mile down the road). The delivery drivers car broke down. Ok, no big deal, we ask for an eta, they say they don't know. I ask if we could have a credit on our account if it takes too long and our food gets cold. I get screamed and cussed out at by the manager. "How dare you say the food would be cold? Why the fuck would the food be cold? I'm not giving you shit bitch, don't ever fucking call my store again!". I look online and it says my food was delivered, but it never was. Had a charge in my credit card for this good I never got, someone other than anyone in my home signed for it. I had to dispute it with my bank. I did their online survey to never have any contact at all by anyone working for Dominos. Literally it's been like 3 months and nothing, not even confirmation that my survey was sent to corporate. I wanted to dock a star because I think Domino's wings aren't that great, but hey, they make pizza. The star came back because THIS particular Domino's always has a great staff. They're really friendly and have given us extras if something was wrong with our food (which has only happened about twice, and we order here a lot). They're also really polite! It's taken me a while to write my review because throughout my time in Port Orchard, I had really bad postpartum depression. Thus, the importance of this pizza place right by my apartment. EVEN IN A SNOW storm with the parking lot covered in snow, the staff was STILL able to deliver pizza that got to my door HOT AND FRESH! I once saw the employees out there shoveling snow THEMSELVES! I've never had a big corporation eatery outshine tremendously ANY OTHER locations ever. And if this doesn't convince you how this pizza place has set such a high standard for pizza delivery-- when I moved back to California and my husband (in the military) stayed behind, I called the pizza place and asked them to write a special message in the pizza box and coordinate a surprise. The employees happily helped even though I could hear how busy it was. The surprise worked out without a hitch. Like I said, it's been a little while since I've lived in the area and ordered, but my husband and I still talk about the quality of the pizza and customer service. HORRIBLE customer service. A co-worker tried to order over the phone and was told she needed to order via the website to get the coupon deal. There were no other helpful instructions letting the customer know you had to go to another area during ordering, not just click on the advertisement. Once it was discovered the coupon was not applied, the co-worker called the store and once again talked to the same person. They would not honor the coupon. The person was the MANAGER. I like this pizzeria since I know them to help out local nonprofits and the community when asked. In fact, they are known to be very accommodating. And, they're proud of it. It had been years since I last had a Dominos pizza. I went for the carryout 2-topping large pizza that was advertised on t.v. This is a carryout location so I had to sit on a bench and wait for the pizza to be made. I see that they have many different types of pizza now, even artisans pizza. The pizza taste has vastly improved since the days when it tasted like cardboard. The workers were nice and there was a lot of them as well. The location is behind the Arco gas station, which makes it a little harder to find. There was a parking lot, so parking was not a problem. I like it as a place for a cheap priced pizza, but there are a lot of good places to find a cheap pizza in Port Orchard. read more

We use to go to the Port Orchard location for a long time, and than a couple of years ago there quality, and overall service when down the toilet. However during the past year especially now at there new location this place rocks!!!! We normally order 4 mediums a week, we are VERY happy to say we have NEVER had a bad pizza. When you go in there store, you are greeted with a howdy, there service is very quick without sacrificing quality. I received a coupon for free Dominos pizza from my apartments when I moved in. To be honest, I wasn't even going to use it. Where I've previously lived, the pizza was always delivered burnt and with way too much sauce on it to the point where it was nearly inedible. You could've probably paid me and I still wouldn't eat that stuff. Well, I eventually decided to ring these guys up and get my pizza. To my surprise, it was delivered within 30 minutes, perfectly hot (not burnt!!!), and tasted as good as any non-homemade pizza can taste. The delivery guy was very polite and prompt. And everyone agreed that the pizza was made surprisingly well. Have to give these guys 5 stars. Great customer service and will definitely consider ordering from again. read more

Always super perfectly cooked pizza, warm and fresh when it comes to my door, very friendly and professional staff in store and when delivery occurs. Their store is always spotless and they always make sure they go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy even when the customer is wrong. I've never personally been an upset customer when it comes to this location. A few times a dipping sauce has been forgotten, I'll live lol. The only reason I know that they go out of their way for upset customers is because I watched firsthand in the store. When I walked in to do a carry out pizza. A customer was using a very aggressive tone because the team forgot one topping of his pizza. Being in customer service, I totally felt for this stores team. On their behalf I stepped in and told upset customer "come on man, don't be THAT customer, take the free pizza, think of the free leftovers" The customer instantly agreed with me and even the staff said thank you. Let me start by saying I have ordered from this location multiple times and this was by far my worst experience. First, when I got there the noise level was really loud because the employees were spending more joking around then working. The person that took my order was apparently pretty new and struggled to hear what I trying to order, fumbled around, and appeared confused (should have a clue that the order was going to be missed up). I ordered a spinach and feta and added sausage. When I got my order I got I regular pizza with spinach, feta, and sausage, which of course I red sauce etc... Ok, I get it they are literal at this location, or maybe not that informed about their menu. Now, let me tell you that I have ordered this same pizza before at this same place. So, when brought the pizza back to inform them of the error, the person that apparently made my pizza told me she was confused. When attempted to explain what my order was she just walked away. So I did what many people would do, I asked for a refund. In comes the assistant manager, who appeared equally confused. I explained what the deal was. I told him I ordered a spinach and feta (which is on the menu) adding sausage, and his response was, did you ask for a specialty pizza. Which I guess is a fair question. So, let me ask you this, if I just order the spinach and feta without the addition of the sausage, what would I have gotten, the specialty or a regular pizza with spinach and feta? Remember it's their menu. At that point I refused to kill any more brain cells and took my refund receipt and quickly exited yhe store. To be quite blunt, I will not be going back to this location. We primarily order online, love the pizza tracker. Pizza has always arrived on time and accurate. Driver tonight was extremely friendly and patient as I had to corral a barking dog. When we have gone into the store for carry out staff have always been friendly. greeted quickly and warmly. New location just a few doors down from where they used to be. They have a TV on the wall so you can see where you are as far as wait times are concerned. Likewise they have a plexi glass next to the prep area so you can watch your pie as its being made... my kids love that. Its Dominos pizza, I prefer it over any other 'fast food' pizza.
