Ordered a spinach and feta & meatzza pizzas before heading out of town. Once I opened up my spinach & feta it was red sauce... weird, no problem. When I went to see what happened she seemed confused at a "spinach & feta (no onion) add chicken. She informed me that it was ordered wrong...? even though that is what it is called on the specialty menu. She was willing to remake it. I double checked that it was spinach feta, no onion add chicken twice, when received the remade pizza, it was with onion. For the second time returned said pizza informed her that it had onions, and she claimed to have not heard me. I told her I don't need it remade but i guess I just won't eat today. Really dissatisfied with lack of clarification & communication with staff. Mistakes get made & that's understandable but correct it and make right, or ask questions for clarity. read more

We've had pretty good luck with this location. We can be fussy about our pies. One thing we can't stand is a floppy pizza. We always ask for extra bake time to ensure crust is crisp. They've done a good job. Toppings are decent and when they run good deals you can't complain. The only disappointing issue was the $7 delivery fee!!!! Then your expected to tip too..REALLY? Sarah the manager, hung up on me twice. After I called about my uncooked cheese pizza. Sarah proceeded to be rude. And then told me I had to drive to the store for assistance. I did in fact drive to the store, Sarah then came from outside didn't wash her hands and proceeded to remake my son's pizza. I asked for refund because Sarah decided to be on her cell phone while making my pizza, big hygiene issue sis. Customer service is top notch here , folks feel like family , they make an effort to remember names and even your car to bring that ultimate hospitality soon as you walk in the door . We called this place, was transferred to a "call center". We wanted 2 medium 3 topping pizza, 6 piece boneless wings and 3 ranch. They guy said it was 94$$$!!!!! Absolutely the best Domino's I've ever ordered from! Always the friendliest employees and order quickness! Always plenty of parking spots when I go to pick up my orders. I received an email from the store after lodging a complaint and asking for my money back that stated it's my fault for not checking my order before I left the store. This is what we have become? You can sell the garbage pictured and it's ok? It's the customers fault? How about training your staff that this is not what a sellable, edible pizza looks like. I ordered online two pizzas and Specialty Chicken-Spicy Jalapeno-Pineapple. I choose the 2 minutes option for the pickup at the car. But they stopped my timer 34 seconds before 2 minutes, and no one gets pizza to the car. I went inside the store. They start saying they are about to go out and then gave me an empty Specialty Chicken box. When I complain, it's empty; they said yes, food is still cooking. Domino's manager was angry because I caught his trick about the timer and saved money for the local owner franchise. Finally, when my Specialty Chicken is ready, they throw the box toward me over the table like I am begging for free food. When I complain about it, He said I am the manager here. If you want, I will throw it in the trash can, and he did without refunding. I called the Dominos complaint center, they will notify me of the case, and no one reaches me yet. Disrespect. read more

Went to pick up a pizza this evening, was communicated that it be 15 minutes. Arrived in store, watched the tracker screen go back and forth between 9 and 15 minutes on my pizza, 25 minutes later when it says ready, I go to the counter to pick it up and was informed that it would be another 10 minutes. If the pizza tracker isn't accurate. Don't use it. Waited in line along with 3 other people without being helped for 5-7 minutes. This would be a zero star review if it could be. I normally love Domino's, but there's a reason why this location has horrible ratings: their management treats customers like crap. Tonight, on Saturday, Sep 24, 2022 (franchise and/or corporate owner take note), my daughter-in-law had placed a carry-out order with curbside delivery (because she had her two small children with her) and was told that they did provide curbside service. When she arrived at the store, nobody delivered her pizza to her. She finally reached an employee on the phone, told him she had called in a curbside order since she was struggling with her two small children. The employee initially denied that they provided such service, but a few minutes later, brought the pizza to her and took her $20 but refused to provide change when she requested it. He then ripped the pizza out of her hands, and threw the bill back through the window, all while verbally assaulting her. Not wanting to do business with an establishment that had treated her so horribly, she drove away. When she called later to file a complaint with the manager, it turned out that HE WAS the manager. I recommend nobody do business with this Domino's until the management (at least this particular manager) is replaced. read more

My go to pizza place (when I want fast pizza).. 5 dollar carry outs are what I'm all about. I never get it delivered, way to close for me to pay for that. Can't really give you more of a review, it's Dominos you get what you pay for. I do have to say I like all the changes they did to the crust and sauces. It's a delivery and take out, with the option now off sit down and dine in. Really like how clean the place feels. The old building was super sketchy. read more

Called in to order a pizza for carry out. Poor customer service on the phone and at the counter when I came in to get my pizza. On the phone I asked if I can make substitutions and was informed I could. When the order was totalled I was told it cost extra for substituting toppings, would've been nice to know initially. The person on the phone sounded like I was bothering him. At the counter the employee was not friendly and after following the screen prompts for debit payment he told me "you need to follow the instructions" blaming me for his computer crashing. The pizza was ok, but not worth it for the poor customer service. Right across the street is Pizza Time, a locally owned place that has excellent customer service and awesome pizza. I ordered a Medium, BBQ sauce, Onion, Jalapeno, Banana Peppers, Pineapple, Chicken, Bacon. 2. a 10 minute drive took almost 30 and the driver "Dave" didn't call us after we saw him take the wrong turn so he took another 5 minutes. 3. as "Dave" get's out of his car he proceeds to almost give me the entire pizza warmer bag. 4. Need to find a new pizza place because this dominos keeps disappointing again and again. Every time I place a timed order i give them at least an hour notice. I've placed 3 pizza orders here in the past 2 months. Last time I called was a few days ago I asked for a small gluten free and a large pineapple mushroom and pepperoni. I called at 5 and asked for it to be ready no later than 6:45 pm! I think I will give them one more shot or take my business elsewhere because when I walked in my pizza hadn't even been made yet!!!! Ridiculous. Spoke with the manager who could've at least given me a coupon or comped a soda or something, she in return only made excuses for timed orders. Mind you they messed it up too. They made it with sausage so the lady told me they had to remake it because my order is a weird order and not usually placed . So what would be a normal order then? Pros: Employees are welcoming, nicely seasoned crust, meats and veggies taste fresh and a nice seating (but the place could be bigger). Cons: It takes a little while to get my pizza, the slices are uneven, toppings are usually missing on slices or not enough toppings on it, mostly greasy and the cheese and everything on it falls off of your not taking careful bites. read more

They said I ordered for in store pick up and it was safety hazard to bring me the pizza so I not only did I have to cancel my order after driving all the way there, the rude girl on the phone actually hung up on me! While the delivery drivers are friendly, and the food is usually timely, I NEVER get all the sauces I order. Not only is this me paying for product I don't receive, we order certain items that we only want with the sauce. So now another product I paid for is not what my family wants. I've called and I believe I talked them into a free cheesy bread once, but I can't order it unless I call to order instead of use the app. The drivers don't have anything to say about it. Placed an order for delivery and left note to driver to leave pizza on porch, as we have done many times before. Received call from Angel (manager) stating someone had to be present to sign for order. Came home to receive order and sign for it so they would not ring doorbell and wake up sleeping baby and boyfriend inside. Waited outside for 30 minutes to call store and find out driver had "arrived but no one answered". Never received another call from the store, or driver and was still charged for order. Called store and manager "Angel" stated the only compensation we could receive was a refund for the pizza we were charged for and never received. APPARRENTLY she is ONLY manager at this location and that was all they could do because the store had been closed for 10 minutes. We will seee. read more

The worst customer service EVER! I order online to get the 7.99 price for three topping. They made me a red sauce cheese pizza. I went back in and asked where the pepperoni, mushrooms, and onions were. She said that didn't come across the online order. I then asked why would I order the 3 topping special if I didn't want 3 toppings. She went and asked her manager what to do. The manager just said too bad. I then reminded her that if I dropped the pizza they have a guarantee to remake the pizza...so I just couldn't understand why she was reluctant to do a new pizza and add the topping I ordered.
