I've been giving this Domino's location several chances, which at this point feels a little optimistic on my part, because they somehow miss the simplest things every time. I always do carryout, and they've never once brought the order out -- apparently that's optional here. The pizzas are also never fully cut; the slices are more like "suggestions," so I always end up finishing the job at home. And tonight, even after asking for the regular garlic crust seasoning, I came home to a completely plain crust, as if the request evaporated the moment I placed it. Nothing is disastrous, just consistently off, and I'm really hoping this gentle-but-obvious nudge gets things back on track. read more

Out of town and ordered a large pizza and garlic knots to be delivered to my hotel. It gave a window of 60-76 minutes. After 80 minutes l called in and was told it just went into the oven. The man said he throw in a soda and l said no, throw in a dessert, and he agreed. 2 hours after ordering, my stone cold pizza and undercooked garlic knots arrived, and no dessert. $50 for unedible food. After replying to their email survey l was offered 20% off my next order... like there was some chance I'd be stupid enough to waste my money again! read more

There are frozen pizzas out there that are better than yours, so $6.50 for a delivery charge. I feel sorry for your drivers. people are just gonna take it out on them and give them smaller tips. Your food isn't worth it. read more

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. My wife and I purchased pizza and two orders of wings for a family dinner. My son bit into a wing and pulled a long black hair out of his mouth. Needless to say, he couldn't eat the rest of his dinner. I immediately called Domino's and spoke to the manager. I informed him of our discovery and he apologized and told me that he would give us a $10.00 credit that was good on our next purchase. Fast forward to the next attempted purchase. The manager told me that he had no record of the incident or any means of applying the credit. This restaurant will never receive orders from my family ever again. It's not the money that frosted me, but more the principle of doing what is right. Buyer beware! read more

Horrible experience, using a Christmas gift card for the South Salem Dominos off Commercial. Order didn't leave the store for delivery, until I called 40 minutes after ordering. They said not to worry, that pizzas could stay warm for 2 hours after being baked. As expected, the pizzas were barely lukewarm when arriving 35 minutes after the quality check. Two new pizzas arrived to replace the first, by 7:45pm- after initial order at 6pm. They didn't bring my salads or Coke, charged the full amount, and made no attempts to resolve. The Dominos on Silverton rd in Salem is the worst I have been there a few times thier drivers are rude I come in to park for my carryout and one the driver came out and was yelling n at me so I roll my window down and supposedly I came in the wrong way off the street and parked a little crooked in between the lines ..So he was birching about that .so I went to the store to make complaint about.him nieg rude to me and very unprofessional and they were not nice to me me they didn't apologize it's like they took his side so never going there again and besides thier food sucks they never get it right and they over charge !!! Came in here for a special they were doing for a $5 pizza. Service was quick and the pizza was piping hot. The ladies working there were very friendly and helpful and it was interesting to watch them make my pizza right in front of me. Had my pizza in about 10 minutes and was able to watch it go from dough to box. read more

It really REALLY irks me that the people they have making pizza at a place like this don't have the ability to look at the pizza before it goes out the door and say "nope redo it" Half cooked pizza is just plain gross. It should be cooked through all the way top and bottom. Left and right side. I think these conveyor belt ovens they use are ridiculous. Your food fresh from the conveyor belt toaster! It means the first half of your pizza slides out to cool off as the rest of it crawls along the last part of the conveyor. read more

Food is always Fast, Fresh, and Prompt. I adore the take out deal as it's my son's go to food as one of his faves. Also you can tell the manager puts a lot of love into the facility as well as the staff because it's always consistently above and beyond amazing. read more

Glad this location is here. I've used it a few times especially since I live nearby. Whether it's carry out or delivery I haven't had any problems with my orders, today however, I had excellent service. I received an email coupon for a free medium two topping pizza. It was very specific.. had to be same email, delivery only type of promotion. Once everything was entered and of course I added an extra topping (and pay the difference), this particular store had a $10 minimum order. I didn't realize this from previous deliveries since it's always been a dollar or so over $10, not including the "delivery fee." I was at the Safeway when I had the error so I figured why not just stop by and ask for assistance. A gentlemen helped me immediately once entering the store (person shall remain nameless:)) I explained the situation and he said "sure no problem" before I knew he was taking my pizza order and name. Problem solved. I know this probably would have been shrugged off by some people or others may have just met the minimum $10, but for me... I didn't want $10 worth of food. Whatever you do don't order a pasta bread bowl from this place! The pasta itself was okay, but the bread bowl was COMPLETELY RAW! Like I went to pull it apart and it was still stretching raw. It was very slightly cooked on the outside but that's it. They offered to send another bread bowl after my boyfriend left a review which we quickly declined, so they offered to send a $3 off coupon in the mail... I've missed 3 days of work now because of how sick I've been because dominos can't even be bothered to cook their dough thoroughly. We've been loyal dominos patrons for quite some time, but we'll definitely be taking our business elsewhere from now on. read more
