The crazy thing is this is not actually even based on the food. I live in a neighborhood not even 4 MI away and because they have to get on the highway, which is not even a highway, they won't deliver here. I was told to order in summertime because they don't have enough people but if you look at the time I ordered they are not busy. I'm disabled otherwise I would go get my own freaking food. I can't even use all of the points I accrued previously because I just moved into a brand new house here. Not only do they outsource their phone calls to a different country, but you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to even talk to someone at the actual store for an issue. I am now going to spend an extra $20 at a mom and pop shop because of this. Booooo domino's. Your food isn't even authentic and you're still trying to charge more. read more

Went in tonight after walking the beach and ordered two Philly Steak and Cheeses...the young man waiting on us was super. We ordered one with no peppers and onions the other no peppers and both with extra meat. Got home, opened both and could see the bread through the steak...saw one mushroom on each and no onions! I been ordering from this place since they opened but the first 5-6 years it was really decent pizza and fast and they took pride in what their customers ate but then after it's been hit or Miss with them. Sometimes you don't get your delivery at all I've had that happen twice, then you'll order and it's not good or I always have to get half pepperoni half cheese and expect it to be cut evenly for three kids but nope it looks like a 5 year old cut it. So fighting for 10 minutes over who gets the big ones then it's I ordered the hand tossed and get super thin and meats dried up old tasting. You just never really know which you'll get with that being said I think it depends on who's cooking that night. I'm reluctant to even give the pizza a one star! This is the worst pizza I've ever experienced. I paid for extra cheese, sausage and mushrooms. There were several small pea sized sausage bits, each slice had one or two bits of mushrooms - and the dough was barely cooked. There was about 1/2 the amount of cheese for any normal pizza - and I paid for extra cheese on this one. A frozen pizza from the market would be substantially better! read more

We received 1 hour and 45 minutes later. if you don't have enough staff then close. the least you could do is tell people if how long it will be before taking their money. So, we were in Holden Beach for New Years, and decided to stay in. We ordered pizza from this location as our normal go to pizza Patronies was closed. BIG mistake. We ordered large pizza with green peppers, sausage, pepperoni and extra cheese. Last hurrah for the year before the annual dieting. Pizza had some green peppers on a couple of pieces in the middle of pie, one slice had one piece of sausage, the rest of pie had limited toppings and no extra cheese that we could ascertain. Can I give no stars???? After ordering 100$ of food on app to be delivered for 6pm to our dismay by 630 no food had arrived. That was after calling to confirm they had our order and all was good at 5pm. After a lengthy set of phone calls we finally got our order in which we were of course advised we must now come pick up versus having delivered previously. After arriving I was told when I asked about my order that I should look on the screen. My order was not on the screen. Then after asking again I was told my order was not ready. I asked whether it would be 5-10 minutes and I was ignored. I went to my car and came back ten minutes later. At this point I had to wait for four other customers. I was then told again I should check the screen even though I had already talked to the same person. When I again reminded the person that they had cancelled my order a person from the back yelled. That was done twenty minutes ago. I love dominos and order at least once a week. This is literally the worst dominoes location I have ever visited in my entire life. Highly recommend avoiding it at all costs even if it means driving significantly out of your way. Take me back to my dominoes and give this 0 stars. Disappointed. read more

This place has really gone downhill. The management staff is rude to customers and staff and unwilling to help make wrong orders correct. The attitudes of some of the staff are less than acceptable. So he said that somehow no another they didn't put any toppings on my sandwich all I got was a bun and eight pieces of chicken and a 20 oz orange drink, and it was $20.34 I gave a dollar to St Jude hospital,and I gave a $2 tip for him which made it $22.35 . That I gave him so I call the manager asked him was he going to send me my sandwich and he said no, he was not going to send me my sandwich because on the internet it said, that there was no topping supposed to be on the sandwich.! Please tell me how stupid would it be to order a sandwich without any toppings on it and pay 699 plus tax for a bun for a sandwich minus the toppings!!! My family orders out from Domino's at least one time a week , mostly week-ends when the girls have sleep overs with their friends. We order via phone sometimes online; tell the worker how much we want an item cooked; such as a pizza, we all love our pizza well done with the top browned, in fact we tell the worker every little detail of how we want our order and after 50 plus orders "EVERY ORDER" HAS BEEN SUPER GOOD with excellent service!!!! To get good service all one has to do is "EXPLAIN IN DETAIL" what and how you want an item prepared and when wanting extra's let that be the last item you request , then have the worker repeat the order to you!!!
