This is my local Domino's. The problem with it was never there until I believe the last few years. In my most recent orders, I've always had a problem with my order. I believe that the quality of this place was improving growing up, but now I have never seen the employee that I always grew up knowing. It bums me to find out that my last three orders with this place will be my very last. I'm not gonna lie. There's no good pizza spots in Union City anymore. That's the only reason why this place probably still stands. But above all they can't even make a pizza correct. It doesn't seem to matter if you're right or wrong. If you call them, they're just gonna tell you that the store is very busy and hang up. Even though you were just inside, and there were four employees all relaxing hanging out. I think in the end this Domino's is cooked. And I don't want to support this store no longer. read more

I wanted to see what the hype was with the new stuff crust pizza. Placing an order online was very easy. It's fun watching the tracker to see the progress of your order. Found some coupons online so pricing wasn't too bad. Order was ready in 15 minutes. Pizza was hot and fresh but toppings were very sparse. One of our pizza barely had any cheese, sauce, or toppings on two slices. The stuff crust was pretty good but the main crust on the bottom was super thin and wasn't flavorful. Overall it's cheap pizza and with inflation everywhere we're going to pay more for less. read more

They messed up my delivery order (received at approx 10pm paid $6.49 delivery fee & $4.15 tip), and then requested I bring it back to pick up my bread twists. They couldn't refund my bread twists from the current order and tried to give me a credit for next time that I didn't want. Have they lost their minds??? Why would I have ordered delivery if I could pick it up? And why do I have to spend my time/gas to fix their mistake???? I'm lactose intolerant and can only eat the bread twists but they sent Parmesan bread bites. Don't know why the staff inside stated they stop passing out cheese and chilli to customer who want to add to the pizza, I don't know how this make sense. The Two Star rating that this Domino's has is well warranted. The iOS app is great. It's easy to use and to create an order. It also updates you with the progress of your order which is cool. The order was correct and ready in a very prompt time. The reason for the low star rating is because of the employees. The cashier was nice and helpful, but my main gripe is with a larger White gentleman who wasn't wearing his mask. On top of that, he's loudly talking to another employee how he doesn't believe masks do anything. Great, here's a guy preparing food for the general public who thinks Covid-19 is fake. The pizza is doughy in the middle had to put it in the oven to cook it more and the wings I ordered are soggy. I could have gotten better wings from the frozen food section at Safeway. I would LOVE to give them a 0 star. This is my local dominos and we have been ordering from them for many any years. In the recent years they have been consistently going down hill. Order; 1 pep & sausage - got pep and chicken and RAW DOUGH. 2nd pizza I asked for extra sauce got extra cheese and RAW DOUGH. Now toppings I could deal with, which we HAVE many times as we were hungry and didn't want to bother with getting new pizzas. I'm not sure why this place has such low reviews and rating. I've ordered online for pick up about 4-5 times and the experience was hassle-free. Online ordering is seamless; there's always some coupon that I've been eligible for that significantly reduces the price; the pizzas have always been baked to order and perfectly well, always on time and hot.
