Placed my order online after 25 mins the app said it was ready I go inside the screen also says it's ready. I'm waiting and waiting I hear them in the back saying we need a large thin pepperoni a mistake happened. So instead of telling me or offering something for my wait or apologizing they had me stand there for another 20 mins rushed my pizza out of the oven and threw it in the box. I'm finally tired of seeing nastiness at restaurants. I placed an order went to pick it up. The person who checked me out was also making pizza. They came over checked me out then went right back to making food without washing their hands. I thought to myself "did they do the same for my food". This person did have gloves on but they also whipped there hands on their appron. So I ask what good was it to have gloves on if you are going to whipp them on a dirty appron then make someones food. read more

It's hard to find a good steak and cheese sub. I've ordered twice from the Walkertown Domino's once it was very good the second time the sandwich was left in the oven too long... I had ordered twice in the past two weeks and had food delivered from this particular Domino's location without incident. However, on the third attempt, they canceled my order without warning and I reached out to the store they say they are not supposed to deliver to my complex, even though they had just done it the day before and earlier in the week. I certainly hope this is not Domino policy as for me it's smack of racism. Either the manager on duty was a racist or the delivery driver was racist and refused to deliver to me. Irregardless, neither is acceptable. I will not be ordering from this Domino's nor any other Domino's. The only thing they have worth eating and my opinion or a few of their oven baked sandwiches as the pizza crust taste to me one step away from cardboard. read more

Having lived in Walkertown going on 30 years it's only to be expected that we have ordered from Dominos many times. In fact, I'm pretty sure it was the first restaurant in Walkertown to offer delivery and the only one for several years! The menu there hasn't changed much over the years except to add new items from time to time that the other pizza places don't have or that are prepared differently from the other places. Speaking of which our little town has about all the chains now, I think. Papa John's, Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, and Elizabeth's Pizza. It's a lot of choices for such a small area. They always seem busy if we pick up an order, but the staff are always smiling and friendly and some recognize us when we come in. Most of the time we order on the website for a delivery and as I mentioned the menu has grown over the years, so we need a few minutes to decide. I love the pan pizza and making my own pasta dish and maybe with a salad. Sometimes we just order a couple of sandwiches and hot wings or a chocolate chip cookie. The boneless chicken varieties are something the other chains don't offer, and they're always seasoned just right. If you love cheesy bread, Dominos walks the dog all over the other places! I love mine with bacon and the garlic butter sauce! Ooowee! It's so good! I'm making myself hungry for pizza and it's only 8:00 in the morning! On the few occasions that there has been a problem with an order, they bend over backward to make it right. During the COVID months they've done everything they can to get us our food, hot, fresh, delicious, and safe! You just can't do much better! read more

I've been eating from here for years and I have to give my first 5 stars out to YES This Domino's Pizza. I love their Philly cheese steak subs. I've recently started adding extra meat on mine, makes it even better. My other favorites are the Pasta's in the Tin's and their hot wings. Love the Lava cakes. My mother in-law orders their Pizza. She lives next door so we love the Pizza nights. When I call for delivery my dogs go crazy because they get to be petted and know something delicious has just been handed over in the boxes . And the food is always hot. There's not many restaurants here in Walkertown And three of them are Pizza Chains and I choose this one because the service and food is always good and if you ever do happen to run into a problem the owner Brad will definitely look into it And make it right for you. We ordered 2 medium special 2 topping pizzas from here yesterday for delivery. It's been a while since we have ordered anything from Dominos, we usually go somewhere such as Elizabeth's or Mellow Mushroom. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Never had an issue with Domino's but we are don't make special requests. Order pizza, pick up pizza, eat pizza. Food is always good, and ready within a timely manner. All the workers are always very friendly and professional. We will continue to order from there. read more

Oo la la! Dominos is the best large chain pizza place in the triad. The staff is always great, and so are the deliverers. Richard at the Walkertown location is very helpful and has done special requests for me like singing happy birthday to my dad and writing a kind message inside the box to my friend. Food wise, you can't beat Dominos. The pizza is delicious. The cheese is always gooey and warm, and it just makes you want to keep on eating. The crust, my my its great. It's got this buttery-garlicy sauce on it, and it just makes me crave another bite. I can't even describe how good it is, or why! The chicken is great and I love the fudge cakes. The service is very quick and so is the delivery! You can order online and track your order until it gets to your house! Then you can let the feast begin! read more

After trying to order online and I kept getting multiples of what I was trying to get, I just called the store and placed my order for the $5.99 each special. The special said 2 items @ $5.99 each and one was a pan pizza the other was a pasta bowl. When I went to pick up the order they had applied an additional charge for the pan pizza. When I asked why it was so much they said there's an additional charge for the pan pizza. After showing them the add they said they didn't have anything to do with the advertising on the website... Basically it was a take it or leave it situation... Needless to say I left it... Will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.... Those people are the rudest people ever.. read more

I am very unhappy. I order delivery from dominos and although they were very prompt not a single thing in my order was correct. I had ordered pasta and they completely got the order wrong, i asked for marinara sauce and they gave me Alfredo sauce. I also order a sandwich and i asked for onions on the sandwich and when a received it the only thing on my sandwich was chicken and hot sauce, nothing else. The pizza is your normal dominos pizza but they forget our extra sauce every time. I even tell them in the delivery note, don't forget the extra sauce, they still forget it. Don't get delivery from here. Carry out is fine. read more
