This is one of my favorite spots to visit whenever I'm in Orlando area. I had a work trip down that way so I decided to stop in. Per usual, they didn't disappoint! I wanted to get something different but it's hard to go wrong with the DOMU wings. They are exceptional every time! The ramen bowls are good as well but it's so difficult to say no to the wings. I had an old fashioned to go with my meal it was good as well.
The restaurant wasn't too crowded and the staff were great. I love how this location is decorated and its flow to the restaurant. I had the lychee boba-mosa and it was really good. The boba balls were a fun addition. To each I had the regular creamy miso which was delicious. It still was a little spicy to me but I didn't mind it. Id definitely come back and get both again.
Everything was delicious. We got there at 5pm right when they opened up and sat at the bar. The bar is first come, open seat Ordered the Chicken wings, Richie rich, and Tonkotsu Happy hour drinks are available Warning, the size of the bowl is smaller than a normal ramen place or from what I am use too. Broth was very rich, noodles were delicious, and meat was tender.
This is probably the hardest review I've ever written because I've been a fan of DOMU since their original Winter Park location. I've followed Chef Sean "Sonny" Nguyen from the beginning, and I honestly believe they serve some of the best ramen in Florida. I've recommended DOMU to countless friends over the years. Unfortunately, this isn't a review about the food. It's about how customers are treated. This past Friday, my wife, my two daughters, and I drove almost an hour to Dr. Phillips. We arrived at exactly 9:32 PM, almost 90 minutes before the posted 11:00 PM closing time, only to be greeted with a sign saying they were no longer accepting tables due to an extended waitlist. This wasn't the first time. It wasn't even the second or third. This is now the 4th or 5th time we've driven all the way there only to be turned away. What makes it even more frustrating is that the restaurant didn't appear to be overflowing with people. There were multiple empty tables visible inside, yet we were told they couldn't seat anyone else. At some point, this stops being bad luck and becomes a management problem. If demand is consistently exceeding capacity, then implement a reservation system or another predictable process. Customers shouldn't have to gamble on driving an hour with their family only to be told they can't eat. To be honest, it almost feels like maintaining an artificially long waitlist has become part of the restaurant's image. Whether that's true or not, that's certainly how it comes across after experiencing this repeatedly. Michelin recognition and great food can only take a restaurant so far. Hospitality is equally important, and repeatedly turning away loyal customers well before closing time is simply not acceptable. I sincerely hope Chef Sonny Nguyen sees this because I've supported DOMU for years and genuinely want them to succeed. But after being turned away for the fourth or fifth time, I can no longer recommend making a long drive unless you're willing to risk leaving hungry. Great food deserves great customer service. Right now, the customer experience isn't living up to the quality of the kitchen.
Started my birthday weekend out with dinner at Domu. Loved the seating & atmosphere - the lighting was perfect for a dinner date, although a bit loud. Having water on the tables is a nice touch and you never have a wait to refill. We got there at opening, so no wait. We were seated and brought glasses of water immediately. To view the menu we were asked to scan a QR code - I'm not a fan since I usually have issues connecting. I asked for and was brought a paper menu. Our server was great, very attentive and since it was our first time, she happily explained every question. She even offer my husband suggestions since he's not really into ramen. A few coworkers had already recommended the Domu wings, so I knew I had to try them. I absolutely love ramen and decided on the Ritchie Rich. My husband got the Crabby Patty with save on the side since he isn't a fan of overly spicy meals. The wings came out first and they were so good. Definitely get them! The ramen soup was fabulous! I highly recommend. My husband loved his fried crab and even admitted he would go back (that's a win). Very nice dinner. If you get the chance, don't pass on Domu!!
Came around 8:30 pm on a Sunday night and there were still 6 parties ahead of us. But we got seated at 9 pm so not that bad of a wait. Must get the wings. Soooo yummy. The noodles are also freshly made and the texture was good. Just not sure if the green curry tasted like green curry and the uni mazemen could use a little more cream and uni.
This was my first time at the Dr. Phillips location. If you know DOMU, you know they don't take reservations. The other location is always swamped. I went on a Monday night, and got seated immediately, which was amazing. We started off with the original wings, which were just as good as the other location! If you've never had the wings here, you absolutely must get them. They are the best wings I have ever had. They are so crunchy and the sauce in the sweet, salty, umami sauce. These would be my last meal. For dinner, I got the dipping Ramen. This comes out with cold noodles that you dip into a warm thick broth. It was so flavorful and exactly what I needed for a chilly night. In terms of ambience, the decor is cute. It has a very different vibe from the other location, but I still love it. If you've never tried, Domu, you are seriously missing out. This is an Orlando staple.
We used to really love this place, but our visit this weekend was just ok. First, they still do not take reservations so we got there about 10 mins before opening and were the first in the door (a good line formed after us). Although we were first in and first sat, we were probably 5th to have a server come to us, which really made no sense at all. We ordered the Domu wings, which are always good, but they seem to no longer give the wet towels, which was missed. In the past I'm pretty sure I was able to get the vegan broth in the Tokyo ramen (I don't eat pork and just wanted something different) but was told they do no substitutions. To be honest, my ramen was just ok. It was saltier than I remembered and I just didn't love it like I used to. My partner did enjoy his curry ramen though, and the bottomless brunch mimosas. I also ordered a small Thai tea, which was tasty and the perfect size.
I came here for dinner a few weeks ago. It's the exact menu as the one in East End Market. The only difference is the atmosphere. This location is prettier! The wooden interior and seating gives a more upscale atmosphere, and it feels less cramped together. We came for appetizers. We got the shishito peppers, crabby patty and Cheezus. The shishito peppers are always a crowd pleaser! The crabby patty was nice! The toasted bun and fried soft shell crab went well together. The cheesus was the odd one out. It was tasty, but I wasn't expecting a pot of cheese with core. I thought it was more of an Elote style, still tasty. The server was nice, but man did he try to push the extra bread for the cheesus!
DOMU absolutely lives up to the hype best wings in Orlando and that is 10000% true. With indoor and outdoor seating! I can't believe this is my first time writing a review after coming here so many times Sometimes I literally come just for the wings and leave. The Wagyu Bolognese is TOP TIER. As a certified Wagyu girlie, I ordered it immediately and it did not disappoint. It has a little kick, but pro tip: take it home and eat it the next day the flavors are even better. My friend loved the Richie ramen, the kimchi was a bit on the spicy side, and the service is always quick. Everything here is just great
Holy forkin shitballs is this place the bees knees! My friends and neighbors took me here and I am so glad they did! They knew what to do - we were there (with about 20 other people) waiting for the doors to open as the restaurant fills almost immediately. The vibe in there is super cool. Love the modern pink decor and overall aesthetic of the place. The food...sheeeeeesh! The ramen and the wings are just to die for. I've never had such insane wings! Will absolutely go back.
Yes, the Michelin Guide is accurate! I personally love their food and my favorite is the chicken wings! Don't miss it when going here! The ramen is good too! The place is always busy so if you're not early, expect a waiting time and line outside! I had a rum and coke by the bar, looks like they doing double shot! TLDR: CHICKEN WINGS WERE THE BEST!
Wow wow wow! 2026 is the year for good food. This place definitely lived up to the hype. We waited outside for about 20min to make sure we could get a seat. The restaurant doesn't accept reservations and fills up SO fast. I ordered the miso spicy with bok choy added in. This was the BEST bowl of ramen I have had in a LONG time. The noodles were cooked perfectly and every single add on in the bowl actually made sense and tasted well together. Our server was an angel she did such a good job in getting us everything quickly. We also ordered the wings and they were crispy hot and sauced to perfection. The restaurant is decorated so well and the staff were extremely nice. I will definitely be back to this location specifically!

Can say hands down the Domu Wings are the best wings I've ever had. Visited Orlando for a conference and went to Domu twice during my stay because they were so yummy. Exceptionally crispy with the perfect spice level. The fingerling Bravas were also a great dish. The sesame oil and the crispy quinoa elevate the dish in a great way. It's safe to say any time I'm in Orlando I will need to stop here and have a bite. Both times I had the same server and she was genuine and knowledgeable. read more
All I can say is - yum! With so many ramen and Asian restaurants in Orlando, Domu really stands out! After a night out at Universal on Saturday we wanted to try out Keke's Breakfast Cafe for brunch before heading home. The wait was just too long so we saw Domu was around the corner and decided to try it out. We were hangry! After being seated quickly (there was no wait at around 11:45am) and scanned the QR code for the menu. The ambience and decor has a "90s Florida" aesthetic. But don't let the Instagram-friendly vibe fool you. The quality & presentation of the food makes this spot a true gem. We ordered the Spam Egg & Cheese Sando from the brunch menu. The egg was perfectly cooked and the spam was crispy & salty. The potato bread was soft and buttery. The banana ketchup made it unique and tasty. I tried the Black Ramen and it was delicious! It was an explosion of flavor along with perfectly textured noodles. The huge chashu pieces were delectable and oh-so-tender. My husband had the New Japan Mazemen (no broth) and he loved it. The flavors of the black garlic oil & shio base with mushrooms and the fixings brought it to a level of umami that one could only dream of. You can taste the difference that house-made noodles make. I love this location! The energy and service is great. We had the DOMU WINGS and it was my absolutely favorite. I can have it as my meal. Crispy in all the right spots abs super flavorful. He had the Curry Medium and absolutely loved it! I had the Richie Rich and very much enjoyed it. I couldn't finish it because the portion was very gracious. Over all this place is fantastic. Sad to find out after I left that they had a mocktail menu that sounded amazing but for sure next time I will be getting one. read more
Tiny venue, but huge delivery. I came here on the recommendation of a friend while visiting the Orlando area. We had no reservations and could only take bar seats at the moment, but boy am I glad we stuck it out to try this place because this is a true gem that I'll try to make an effort to come to. Atmosphere: A bit of a modern style restaurant with a Japanese influence, nice little decor can be spotted throughout the place. Food: The ramen and wings here are divine. I highly recommend the Domu wings which are a kimchi butter sauce (yum) dipped wings, but the big appeal to me was the texture and size of the wings, delectable with a satisfying crunch. Ramen is an another key star in this, paitan style ramen meaning you're going to get a much creamier style broth so everything is very rich in flavor and thick. Service: Friendly service as much as they could be, the staff seemed slammed when my friend and I came around a prime dinner time, but by no means did that disrupt the experience. My one feedback for Domu is the small venue not being able to take in many people, however this is just a reflection of how good the restaurant is due to it's popularity. With that said, make reservations or get here early, you won't want to miss out a chance on trying out Domu, especially if your party is more than 2 people. I cannot wait for another trip back to Orlando to try some of their other dishes. read more
My first experience at Domu was at a Yelp event. This immediately made me want to visit their larger location in Dr. Phillips. They don't take reservations and we had about a 40 minute wait going on Friday around 7p. I had the Domu wings and the Tokyo Ramen without egg and mushrooms. This was my first time having ramen and it did not disappoint. Very flavorful and filling. The wings are amazing. Rafael was our server and he was so patient with me explaining the menu especially especially with my allergies and what I was looking for. This definitely will be added to some of my favorite restaurants in Orlando. read more

Where to start?..... the place was fantastic! It was our first time and we asked about what to order. The staff was very sweet and sat us next to the kitchen so we could talk to the kitchen staff and watch them work. The noodles and chicken wings were out of this world good! The cook staff were interactive and fun. we will be going back while we are in Orlando for vacation! read more
This is this second time my boyfriend has brought me to Domu because he SWEARS by their wings! This time we came on a weeknight around 8:30pm and sat at the bar. The staff was friendly and attentive and took our order promptly because we already knew what we came for lol The wings are the tastiest, crunchiest blend of sweet and spicy wings you'll find! So good! The vibe is overall relaxed and parking is a breeze as it's within a shopping complex. We will definitely be back :) read more
DOMU is definitely a good option for delicious Ramen and soup type dishes! The flavors in their broths are great and there are so many choices to customize to add/remove items as you prefer! I've experimented with selecting my own toppings/options but ultimately I tend to prefer their menu items! One of my favorite is Tokyo Ramen and it's absolutely delicious! Also I like that the portions are just the right size which are satisfying but not overfilling! Domu does have some odd policies such as no takeout which does not make sense! I don't have an issue with this but just seems odd! A paying customer should be able to enjoy their meal as they wish! Overall a lively place with good food options! read more

This location is my favorite... I've visited the winter park location before but this one is much nicer. It's much more spacious, the menu has more options & overall great Got my vegan ramen it was delicious!!!! I'm late to the Domu party, but better late than never! My wife and I came for a first time experience and we've learned what the buzz was about this establishment! We started with the Domu wings as they are award winning, and it made all of the sense in the world why! Each bite was crisp, with a juicy and tender interior. (So good that I didn't get pics). We also tried the Tako, and I expected more from the dish as it had more of a burnt taste, and was dry. The Richie Rich ramen bowl had so much amazing flavor in the pork broth, and the pork belly along with the egg added to an already great bowl. My wife ordered the Chashu Don, and raved about how fresh it tasted and loved the veggies mixed in. We will return for more wings and to try the rest of the menu! read more
Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because my boyfriend moaned with every bite of his Richie Rich Ramen. He couldn't stop saying, "This is some GOOD ramen!" The broth was very flavorful and the ramen noodles are good too - thin and long. My ramen was the Tonkotsu - spicy. I got the pork on the side and added fried tofu. Wouldn't recommend this ramen. Not much flavor except for spicy. We also got the wings, and although they were very crunchy (on another level) and had a nice sweet and spicy sauce, I wouldn't say they were the BEST (they were awarded Orlando's best wings 2023 though). The place is cute and has a modern bar vibe. Service was fine - our server answered our questions of what some menu items were. Would go back for the Richie rich ramen. read more
We tried some of their most popular items. The wings were a hit the crunchy sweet and flavorful wings had a unique flavor and crunch. We really enjoyed them. We also tried the peppers which were delightful as well. We didn't care for the street corn with bread, we thought it would be better with tortilla chips or lime flavored tortilla chips. Our server Frankie let us try the Taro flavored Ice-cream for dessert that was stunning. The ambiance was nice the restaurant was full so be prepared to be on a wait list and they don't do to go orders. We can't wait to come back and try more items. read more
Amazing food, amazing service, in a very comfortable environment. Winners, "Drop the Mic" dishes were the crispy wings, Szechuan cucumber and the "Richie Rich" Ramen. Food was really really completely outstanding. Our server was awesome and very helpful throughout the entire dinner and the bottom line is I will be going back again tonight! This is our first visit to the "new" (for us) location. The food NEVER disappoints. I had the Richie Rich ramen, my wife had the Curry Ramen (mild). My 10 year old loved the Richie Rich ramen, the wings are amazing! Our server was Dana (amazing) she was quick and efficient. After a day in the park this was much welcomed. The hot towels for your hands is great. The ambiance is "hipster" but welcoming for all ramen lovers. Whether you eat here or the original location you can't miss. read more
I had been wanting to try DOMU for a long time and finally got around to it recently. All of the food and drinks we tried were amazing and the service was very attentive and helpful. We did sit at the bar, which was open seating. We started off with the fingerling bravas, which were really tasty, and the DOMU wings, which were delicious. We also had the Curry Ramen, which was very flavorful and appetizing. For drinks, we tried the DOMU Daiquiri (on Happy Hour) and a Thai Tea (non-alcoholic), both of which tasted really good. They do seasonal offerings as well, so I'm excited to go back another time to try different things. read more

Ramen is top shelf and so far we have had only the soup and wings. The wings were double fried and super crunchy and tasty. Can't wait to go back and try more dishes. The Tako octopus and spicy cucumber is next on our hit list. read more
10/10 for Domu! I've been meaning to visit the Dr. Phillips location after an incredible experience at Domu's East End location and I can confirm it did not disappoint! We chose Bar seating to avoid a 50 minute wait for a booth and it was just as pleasant. Our Bartender was kind, gave great recommendations and prepared our drinks immediately. Ambiance-wise this location is a lot brighter. The setting at East End Market is much dinner and almost romantic bar-side. The Dr. Phillips location gives more friends and family vibes. It almost comes across as a modern parlor in design. The food and drinks were delicious and as consistent in presentation and preparation as East End. Our items this evening were the Richie Rich ramen bowl, fingerling bravas, kimchi and Lychee Martinis! The Richie Rich ramen bowl is incredible. The pork bone broth is one of one. Highly recommend adding an extra Ajitama (seasoned soft boiled egg) and Japanese Beech Mushrooms to the bowl. The Fingerling Bravas are a must order. The crispy quinoa on top packs a punch of flavor and every other ingredient marries together creating a must-taste experience. The kimchi was tasty and not too spicy. It paired nicely with the Fingerling Bravas to provide some heat. We were so full but our bartender gave us a sample of the Vietnamese coffee ice cream to try and tempt us with dessert. Although we were full, we did enjoy the samples and it was almost like having frozen espresso martinis just without the alcohol. The little chocolate chips were a perfect topper. There are many other items to taste so I'll certainly be back. If you haven't been to Domu yet, go tonight. You won't be disappointed. read more

In Orlando for work travel and swung by on recommendation from my local foodie friend. DOMU has excellent ramen and fantastic staff. I believe the owners also run Tori Tori, from which, interior-wise, definitely takes influence. The two have similar layouts (lounge areas, central bar, etc.) and consistently great food. For COVID safety purposes, some staff wear masks. As a walk-in on a weekday, I was seated after maybe a 20-minute wait. Totally packed with large groups and couples. The staff are attentive and kind-- my server, Malia, was lovely and gave wonderful recommendations, patient enough to answer my many questions. Admittedly, my order of 3 items took quite some time to arrive (maybe 45 min?)-- not horrible, but definitely worth considering if you're in a larger party. CORN CHEESE: I love the display with the tiny cast iron. Comes with a small loaf of fresh-baked bread. Baking + adding lime totally elevates corn cheese, albeit a little Americanized. TOKYO RAMEN: Fresh-made noodles are always a win in my book. Onsen egg was decently made, chicken was tender and flavorful. The light, refreshing soup tied everything together well. My only gripe was that the bundle of Chinese chives were a little tough and were nearly inedible bc of how fibrous and pungent they were. CHICKEN WINGS: I ordered these to-go (highly recommended by my friend) as a late-night snack, and have to say, these were the star of the show. Thicccc pieces with mouthwatering, lightly sweet sauce. Def reminds me of Korean Fried Chicken. One of the few lots open later at night on this plaza. I enjoyed the sleek, modern ambiance with classic + modern Japanese flavors infused together. read more

This was a great visit and the Google/Yelp reviews were helpful in preparing. We expected a longer wait and was told it would be about 50 mins (a Thursday around 8:30p). We were lucky to cancel our name on the waitlist and grab open seats at the bar for quicker service. We were tended to immediately and the appetizer came very quickly. The Domu Wings DID live up to the hype. The sauce was delicious and I love a good double crunch! They were also hot so I'm sure immediately served fresh. I ordered the the Richie Rich Ramen + Thai Chili Paste for some heat and my bf got the Wagyu Sichuan Mazemen + fried chicken. I was happy he found something since he is not big on eating ramen in general. The noodles immediately reminded me of my trip to Japan, as they were fresh and the texture is not easily imitated at other restaurants. The flavor was just ok, but I'm afraid I have a specific ramen taste that I may be looking for (aka in Japan lol). The Ajitama Brulee was so delicious! Overall my bowl was a 7/10. The fried chicken added to the side was not coated in the same way as the wings, but more of a seared type chicken. Still reported as delicious per the bf. Additionally we ordered the Kyoto Mule from the bar and it was beautifully presented and tasted yummy! I'm not big on ginger beer but this drink had the perfect amount. Also one drink went a long way, if you get me? I was surprised by the music choice in a good way. Such a great vibe along with the atmosphere. Clean facility and friendly bar staff. The bar has hooks for your purse, which it's always the little things. We chose this location because of the reviews for being seated quicker and having ample parking. I would return and probably try a different ramen next time, plus two servings of the Domu wings! read more

Domu truly lives up to its name, "a dream come true". Their ramen bowl are so exceptional that it feels like a dream come true indeed! This explains why they have a Michelin star. When the spicy tonkotsu bowl was presented to me, I was surprised how minimalistic it appeared. I guess I was accustomed to bowls that were dressed with so many ingredients, potentially masking what lies beneath. The aroma however was heavenly! As I tasted the tonkotsu broth and the house made noodles, I was blown away! Simply Amazing! This ramen sits proudly as one of the top 3 bowls I have ever had. The alcoholic beverages and the plush thick napkins was enough to give me a hint that the food and service was going to be exceptional! I cannot wait to make the 1hr+ trek to try other items on the menu. read more
Domu is a favorite for my ramen cravings. Their ramen is rich in flavor, especially with added spice bombs. My favorite is the Richie Rich and Black Tonkotsu w/ a spice bomb. Don't forget the delicious, in-house-made Thai tea. It's cheaper to buy a sizeable Thai tea as opposed to getting smalls, so indulge. The customer service is unmatched. Attentive and helpful, always. At Dr. Philips, there is always a wait, but there is a bar for hanging by to wait--never too long. Ice cream changes weekly. When horchata is the flavor--MAX out, it is rich and delicious. 10 out of 10. read more

Good service, good food, great atmosphere can't ask for anything else. We went for Saturday brunch, the brunch menu is limited compared to their everyday menu. But it still has plenty of delicious options. We ordered the wings as a starter. I don't know how they do it but the wings are cooked to perfection and delicious. They are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, well seasoned and completely coated in their house sauce. Definitely a must try is you come here. I ordered the Black Tonkotsu and my husband ordered the Yuzu Chicken he added corn, bean sprouts and made it spicy. Both dishes were delicious and filling. I shouldn't see anything less than 4 stars or more on any of these reviews. I would give them 6 stars if I could. The food here is exceptional! I have been here a few times and they never disappoint. The Domu wings are the best chicken wings I ever tasted. I dream of those wings. The Richie rich ramen is the only ramen I've tried and it is phenomenal. Literally the best ramen I've ever had! It lives true to its name. Rich and flavorful. No other ramen spot I've been to can even compare. Wish Domu was closer, i'd practically live there! read more

Heard a lot about this place and I can see why. Went in to get seated as a walk in. There was some wait but it went by quickly. As we got paged and sat down you can tell this place is pretty modern and minimalistic. Once we sat done we ordered the wings which were the best wings in my life. Then I got pork ramen which was amazing. Smooth and creamy yet light and filling. Recommend the place if you really good ramen. read more

First of all, I am no expert in Ramen (other than the kind you make for a cheap meal) but I was blown away! My friends and I went for "girls night" and I'll be honest when I say I was nervous. I can be a bit of a picky eater and I always research and ask people about dishes before ever getting to the location. Our server was excellent and very helpful, which made deciding and ordering much less stressful for me. All three of us got our own ramen, cocktail and split the wings which turned out to be way more food then we could handle. For my cocktail I got the Dumu Daquiri which was light, fresh and delicious (AND on happy hour!). We loved the wings! The sauce was good and the wings were so nice and crispy. Now my Ramen... I was blown away! I got the Spicy Tonkotsu (Shio Pork bone broth, Menma, Scallions, Chashu, House made spicy bomb and komi oil with no Ahutama) which for me was quite unusual as I wasn't familiar with multiple ingredients and that isn't something I tend to do. I did get mine without the egg as I am weird about eggs, but with how good it was I think next time I may try it. The broth was so flavorful, the noodles were the perfect bite and the pork... the pork blew me away! I was only able to eat about half and the staff packed up our leftovers so nicely (broth in one container and solids seperately) which made leftovers so simple. I can not recommend this place enough. I came in with semi high expectations, and came out just amazed. I knew coming into the restaurant that Domu had a Michelin star and after ordering their dishes, it was well worth the star. We ordered the fried chicken and a bowl of ramen. The ramen was so rich with flavor and umami. You can also have the option to order kaedama, which we did but slot regret because we were getting full. The noodles were so darn chewy as well. But the star of the show would have to be the chicken. I highly recommend if you have at least an hour during your trip at DisneyWorld to stop by here and order the wings. They are by far the BEST wings I've ever had. read more

Do they have outside seating?
Some! It is limited tho, so if it's needed I would get there before prime times. They don't take reservations or call ins either so it's all just to if they're busy or not!
Do they do reservations?
No they do not take reservations, it's first come first serve. But trust me, it's worth it. Wait by the bar and grab a cocktail during happy hour. The old fashioned is my favorite. ENJOY!!
Do they have a childrens menu?
Hi Monica, we do not have a children's menu but can make a small side side of our Tokyo broth and noodles, or buttered noodles for the little ones! Hope this helps.
