This place has great breakfast burritos especially the chorizo burrito, they're huge!! I've tried most of the menu items and I'm happy to say they have a great selection and everything tasters fabulous! Very nice service, and the place was clean and well stocked! Their frozen horchata is a delicious treat that I haven't found anywhere else, but my favorite thing to order is their Don Chuy burrito or their Abodabo burrito. I've been frequenting this place for about four month every Saturday. I'm a big fan of their rolled tacos (comparable to other taco shops in quality and price). The biggest difference is that they put most all drinks out for free refills: cinnamon horchata, coconut horchata, strawberry horchata, pina, jicama, and of course a pepsi product soda machine. The staff here are fairly friendly and usually are smiling. The price is fair, but be warned they are really packed during lunch and dinner, so best time is before or in between. read more

If you can get past how dirty and gross the dining area is, then the food is decent. The staff was fine, but they sure could've made better use of their down time by cleaning up the trashed dining area instead of talking and laughing in the kitchen/food prep area. As my husband was ordering I noticed a cook back just behind the ordering counter standing there eating chips. Doesn't sound like good food handlers guidelines. There was a girl who came out to the dining room and sort of scooted the garbage on the floor over a little with a broom, then she got a sick rag and dipped it in some sort of gross cleaning bucket and attempted to "clean" some salsa someone spilled, but she left before the rest of the job was done. It was so nasty. Once the food came, it was fresh and warm. I just wondered what their cleanliness standards are in the kitchen. So yeah, not a fan. read more

I told them they should let the customers know it's going to be a very long wait to give them the option to wait. The kid behind the counter just shrugged and asked someone else to me the refund. This place is awesome! I ordered a burrito. (Checked my receipt: burrito) But when I got to where I was going, I opened up my food, and instead of a burrito, they gave me steak and shrimp, rice, beans, a ton of guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes and fresh homemade biggest tortillas I've ever seen!!! It all tasted great. I'm guessing the car behind me got my burrito. suckers. I'm definitely coming back and ordering the burrito again. read more

My first impression was not a good one. We ate there as a family and it was a slow night for them. Not a soul dinning in except us. I felt like the place was a little dirty. I grabbed a child seat for my daughter and it was visibly dirty and sticky. Cringe moment. And my food was served barely warm and it did seem kind of old too. Yuck. Just not impressed whatsoever. A solid Mexican food option. I found this place after trying to find another Mexican restaurant (it had gone out of business). The atmosphere is fast food. They have a limited salsa bar and a free refill soda fountain. One of their combo dinners runs about eight bucks and is enough food for two. I ordered the Steak Ranchero's with the fried eggs on top. The meat was over cooked, and the onions/peppers under it were super greasy. The eggs were over cooked as well. As a desert we ordered the caramel Churro. Should have realised that they just take a frozen churro and deep fried it. The service was also rather slow at 8pm, even though there were only 3 small parties in the restaurant. Not worth going back for their food or lack of cleanliness in the place. read more

Neither my husband or I liked the food that we had here. He ordered a burrito and I orders soft flour tacos. They were both very dry and rather flavorless. My tacos came with 2 rather tough corn/flour type tacos with beef that was quite dry. lettuce and a small smattering of cheese. There were no other toppings; no sour cream, tomatoes, or anything else to add flavor. I ended up throwing most of it away. My husbands burrito had no beans and he wasn't crazy about the flavor or lack of with it. It was quite dry and he didn't enjoy it at all. We had downloaded the app while we were at the restaurant, but when we got home, we deleted it, as we won't be going back. Perhaps this was not the usual occurrence, but we sure wouldn't recommend this. read more

Don Chuys was every bit or even better than some of the more expensive sit down mexican restaurants in the Provo area. The dining room was basic but clean.
