Order was incomplete. We took the food to go and when we got home, we were missing items and one of the items was incorrect.

I haven't been here since the remodel and the inside is stunning. It's very clean and updated. They have wonderful food. I really like their quesabirria tacos. If you want a side with it you have to order it separately. The margaritas are good, although expensive, especially the fresh margaritas. Prices were definitely higher here than other mexican restaurants in the area. Our waiter was very kind and provided great service. read more

Unpon ordering takeout on 3/22, the food was packed so absurdly and poor I couldn't walk even twenty feet out of the restaurant with all the boxes opening up and covers popping off with food falling all over. The pork with green sauce was all sideways with the pork all over inside the bag, the taco salad the person who packed never even attempted to close the plastic cover. All the foil fold over on it I had to remove and fold over myself. The taco salad was falling out of the box. I have no idea what even happened to the third box as it was smashed. The taco salad was able to be saved. I returned your mess and received my money back. Please talk to the person packing your food. I doubt Ill order again. read more

Very room with booths and tables.; I had a nice cut of steak on a bed of grilled vegetables, Spanish rice and a small dish of refried beans. Everything just right. Good balance of tequila and margarita mix in the goblet sized glass. Very good staff. Friendly and attentive. read more

The greet tacos were very filling and were cooked to order. Next time I would prefer to have my cilantro and onions on the side as I thought it was a little over powering. i guess my expectations were a little higher because im a bit spoiled and have the lyndhurst location minutes away from my house; i happened to find myself in parma and figured i would walk in for my favorite dish, Cochinita Pibil, however, much to my surprise, its just pork with MOLE- which im biased to my grandmothers mole... the beans and rice were great! margarita flights are only 12.99 today! not sure if thats a daily special or not. the staff was nice! just wish the food would have satisfied my hunger. read more

Excellent food here! Highly recommend the Texas Dip appetizer! The salads are amazing here too. The ingredients were super fresh and portions are substantial. The server was helpful and friendly. He was attentive and checked on us frequently. My only reason for four stars and not five is that the jalapeño margarita was a little bland. Loved the food and do plan to return here to eat more of the fabulous Texas dip and another salad. read more

This Mexican restaurant is top notch. Everything from the decor, tables and even their bathroom sinks look artsy. Truthfully I never liked Mexican food, but my husband does therefore I compromise. I've sat at other restaurants drinking a beverage while he ate. In this restaurant we actually met a waitress that listened. I decided that I would try and eat something. So I let her know about my food allergies. She went and spoke to the chef and stated I should try their carne asada / steak. The first time I ate it I was so happy that I can partake of a meal without worries. We went a second time weeks later and guess what! The same waitress came up to me and she remembered us. She was able to repeat the same meal for me. For anyone out there suffering from food allergies, this is so important. I thank Sylvia from the bottom of my heart for keeping me safe. This restaurant is worth the visit. It's great for a date night, I did see they had a bar in the back. read more

I have not been to a Don Ramon location in a couple of years and we were in the neighborhood and dropped in. I was happy to see the Mexican chicken soup on the lunch menu and it's an amazing g dish and a huge value ! Lots of white meat chicken and veggies and fresh lime and avocado. Great flavors. I added a single chicken enchilada a la carte. Perfect lunch highly recommended Great staff. read more

Have not been in about a year. Called just to order cheese dip and chips, I made a comment I also wanted salsa because it's sometimes not included if you don't specify. I was quoted $21? I asked why the price point was so high and she expressed "it's because you also wanted salsa". I'm sorry, a small cheese sauce, a small chip and salsa is NOT $21. Not my favorite Mexican restaurant, but we were in the Parma area and thought why not. The restaurant recently underwent a renovation. The upgrades give the restaurant a more open feel, less kitchey. The wait staff is gracious and very helpful. Service was a little on the slow side, but we had a party of 7 and we're celebrating a birthday. I ordered from the lunch menu, I always appreciate when I can order, even if it a small up charge. I had the huevos rancheros and it was pretty good. My husband had a trio of mole burritos and no complaints on his end. Margaritas and daiquiris were ordered and reordered, the mango was fresh and delicious. I guess we will have a return visit I when visiting Parma. read more

The service was decent. The hostess seemed annoyed that we were even there. Our waitress was pretty attentive for how busy the place was. Food was very good! Your typical Mexican fare. The menu is HUGE with so many choices. The chips came out hot which is a must. Everything was cooked well and tasted fresh. The margarita was just okay, barely any salt on the rim and the flavoring was overly sweet. Overall would definitely return. read more

Free chips and salsa, the queso dip was delicious, and the service was attentive but not annoying. I went with a friend who loves Don Ramon, and I'd never been there. She went with her favorite: chicken fajitas. I ordered a burrito, and I was ecstatic with it. I rarely finish a whole plate, but I finished the entire thing. It was the perfect amount of food for me. We haven't eaten at Don Ramon in forever because we usually just go to Cozumel, but recently, we had the opportunity to try it again. I didn't want to eat a full meal because all we do is eat on the weekends. So I ended up taking 1/2 of my dinner home. I believe what I ordered was called Lindo's Special. It had steak, shrimp, chicken, peppers, onions, cactus, cheese, and other yummy stuff. It was very good. It was served with tortillas, but I just ate it with a fork. The price was $12.99. I don't know the last time I had a dish with shrimp in it for under $15! My wife had a steak burrito and my son ordered chicken tenders and fries. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The server was a bit slow and he forgot things, but it was still a good experience. The leftovers were very tasty the next day. read more

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant to frequent. The food is good as well as the service here. They recently updated the inside of the restaurant adding a bar in the back as well as new menus. They don't hold back on replenishing your chips or salsa. The margaritas are somewhat weak though. We still enjoy eating here. My favorite is the carnitas with rice and beans. Service is always spot on. Carrie is our favorite server. We highly recommend. read more

I'd been here before, a few years ago and it was always ok. Giiiiirl... They stepped their game UP!! They redecorated and revamped the menu. When I went today they were having a bunch of spinach specials. We ordered the spinach cheese dip, the spinach enchiladas, and the spinach quesadilla. That spinach dip? It is by far the best I've ever had. With diced tomatoes and onions..... Giiiiiiiirl...... It's really easy to over cook spinach and make it a slimy disgusting mess. It's also easy to have it too watery and have it water down the dish. None of that happened here. Perfect! The salsa was spicy and on point. Marisol our server was helpful and attentive.
