However, the quality of service here is different. They're multigenerational watch masters with craftsmanship not many can replicate. It' saddens me to say this but this level of craftsmanship, artistry & attention to detail is difficult to find. For $150 his watch was given an extended life (they even polished it.) So, yeah you can take your watch somewhere else for probably $40-$50, but in the end it costed more by having to re-service the watch barely a year later plus time & energy spent looking for another place to fix it.

We stepped outside to discuss the purchase privately, and I decided I did not want the ring. While we were outside, another customer who had been shopping inside got my fiancé's attention and spoke with him. After that, costumer overheard employees including the manager making negative comments about me and my fiancé and calling me disrespectful names. Regardless of whether a sale is made, customers should be treated with professionalism and respect. The behavior I witnessed was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome.
