Moreover, there was an extra charge of $999 on the receipt that the salesperson MARIJOY AND coassociate MINA can't explain what it was for when my husband asked them. They then took out the UNNECESSARY $999 charge but our monthly payment was still only $20 less! Then they said they couldnt take it back anymore. This is something that small claims court can fix. I told her that I had been in about a month ago and they used the computer and everything popped up fine and she just ignored me. Thankfully, I found it immediately--it had fallen inside the car door by the window controls. We called the store right away, as it had been less than two months since purchase. To my surprise and disappointment, instead of showing concern, the staff implied that I must have hit the ring on something, causing the stone to loosen. They offered to reset it, and their jeweler claimed there was nothing wrong with the ring. They also mentioned it had been resized but never admitted to any issue with the setting. The ring was returned to me the next day. Because I was now worried, I chose not to wear it for weeks. When I finally decided to wear it again--three weeks later--the worst happened: the diamond fell out again. This time, I didn't notice until I got into my car. My husband searched around the parking lot and, thankfully, found the stone. When we contacted the store again, the manager once more blamed me, suggesting I wasn't used to wearing a ring of that size. This comment felt dismissive and presumptuous, especially since she had no idea whether I had owned similar rings before. The prongs were neither broken nor stretched, indicating poor craftsmanship in the setting itself. Unfortunately, rather than taking accountability, the store has repeatedly shifted blame to me. So I thought about the one that mixed well with my skin only they don't make it anymore. So I told all this information to Genesis R. She is like a perfume expert. She looked up all the different ingredients in my favorite perfume and asked me if it was flowery the smell and I said yes. She then got a paper and sprayed some cologne on it and that was it. It smelled really good on me and had all the ingredients as my last one did. She had me out of there in 10 minutes and had also taken a phone call helping someone at the same time. She reminded me of that Christmas movie with Marla Maples and Mimi Roger's called The Christmas List. In the movie Mimi can tell which perfume is what simply by the smell. Genesis was wonderful and they have a free club you can sign up for to get additional savings on future products. The store was immaculate and fully stocked. It's part of the Camarillo Outlet stores. If you want a cologne that will make you smell so good go here! Genesis will fix you up and you will leave with a smile on your face.
