At our house in San Rafael we heard scratching in our ceiling and noticed droppings in our garage. So we called 3 different companies for inspections. The first said they couldn't even do the inspection for almost 2 weeks. The second company said they could do it in 2 or 3 days. And Brian was able to squeeze us in that same day. Living next to Open Space is wonderful in many ways, but having rats get into the storage areas and under the house is not one of them.
