Posting again, as my review seems to disappear & reappear intermittently. I don't know where to start. So much positive to say, but I'll (try to) keep it brief. The last thing I thought I would ever do would be writing a review for a plumber. Donley plumbing has saved us - TWICE. The first plumbing need we had for Donley was to finish a job that another plumber started and messed up on. We contacted Donley due to our first plumber being flighty, unresponsive, unprofessional, unethical, unreliable, inconsistent, damaged our floor (in a spot in which they were not even working) and...I could go on. They talk a big game, act like there invested in your project but they're not. they also do not communicate with each other because we would be told different things from different plumbers within the company. After months of putting up with this company we contacted Donley Plumbing and they fixed the problem within a week for THOUSANDS less than the first plumber that left us hanging numerous times for weeks at a time. ( I can not name the first/horrible plumber/ company in this review, but I will be happy to share the name of this company with anyone/everyone that wants to know) Doneley's office staff and plumbers were compassionate, responsive, professional and get this - THEY ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. And, they did the first job for a fair price. The second time was for more of what we thought was an emergency situation but wasn't vs. a plumbing install as the first job was. The response could have been a little better (we had to call back twice). For the second job, they were still very personable, professional and down to earth. They explained things in a way that could be understood by someone that does not know plumbing or plumbing terminology. The cost of the second job was a bit high considering what was done and the labor involved (and was not an emergency situation by the way)..... especially since the materials, time and labor of the first job was more way than the second. Not sure if we received some type of first-time customer discount the first time or what, but we will likely continue to use Donely Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs..... as long as they don't start ripping us off too. :D Special thanks to Hayden, Walt, Matt and Ralph! read more

I had my water heater finally go out after 5 years of being in the house (The water heater was 14 years old so I was not that upset about it). I received Donley as a recommendation and submitted a form on Sunday via their website, received a call from Simone about an hour or two later to get additional information on the water heater I had, the space we would be installing it, schedule my appointment and received email confirmation of the appointment all at the same time. The next morning I received a call and a follow-up text from my assigned technician, Travis M. We were able to confirm my replacement heater and he arrived during the designated time I was originally provided and removed and hooked up my new heater with ease. I have had some service work done in my short time in AZ but this was by far the best customer service I have received from beginning to end. Travis walked me through everything he was doing, answered all of my random questions and we just shared stories while he worked. I would recommend this company for sure and if you happen to live in Pinal County, I would recommend Travis any day of the week. I recently called Donley Service Center to look at my air conditioner which had suddenly stopped working. (They had installed it 8 years prior) They came out and found that it was just a fuse which needed replacing. While they replaced the fuse, they also told me I would need a capacitor in a few months. As I was just putting on a new roof, I told them I'd have to look in to that in a few months as I could not afford it just now. Well, the technician, Daniel, called his supervisor, Carl, who told him to go ahead an put in the capacitor "for free". That never happens and I was so humbled and grateful.....In any case, I would most definitely refer Donely to all of my friends and family for air conditioning service or to purchase a new air conditioner. Both Daniel and Carl when above and beyond and in my book - you just don't hear of that in this day and age. I'll use them for all my air conditioning needs. read more

I hired Donley to install mini-split AC units at my house. At first the equipment didn't work and it was an absolute disaster. However, their response to the situation was a 10 out of 10. Their team was at my house until 8 pm at night trying to solve the problem and then back again first thing the next day. I've heard horror stories of sales guys not returning your call after installation, especially if there are issues, but that wasn't the case with Donley. The person who sold me the units was 100% invested into me getting the highest level of service. Their team and management was a true class act. Even though there were initially issues with the equipment, they have fixed those and have won me over as a lifetime customer by how they responded to the situation. read more

Donley has been servicing our AC's for many years. After our semiannual checkup, a wine cooling unit stopped working. They came over the weekend to discover it needed a new part. The store didn't open for several days. Donley had the store open at 9pm on a Saturday to get the part. Tony, the service technician, spent many hours in the middle of the night fixing the AC. They didn't charge us anything. There is simply no better AC service company in Phoenix. There isn't a better service company of any type in Phoenix. I couldn't recommend a company more than Donley. read more

Great company. We like the fact it is a AZ family owned business. Last visit was for water heater. Called in morning, they said they could come out that day. Due to an appt that day, I had them come next day. Ashley came out, emptied tank, went to get new tank. In short, she was knowledgeable, courteous, hard working and get it done attitude. We had another fabulous experience today with Donley! Our jetted tub water would not shut off so we had to turn off the water to the house which is inconvenient to say the least. Travis arrived on-time, was able to secure parts and fix our tub and repair a couple other fixtures (shower/sink). He was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to have in our home. We have used Donley Service for many years and recently had them replace the two units on our home. They took great care inside the house to cover everything and clean up any mess from removing the old units. The installation took longer than planned but the guys stayed on site late to make sure the work was completed. Donley is NOT CHEAP but the work they have done on my house has been very good. They had to fix up an incorrect installation by Orangatun home services (those guys were really awful), and now they just replaced my downstairs AC unit to a new quieter super-efficient unit. My elderly mother bought a service contract for Donley which entitles her to complimentary inspections of a/c, etc. Her a/c went out this week and Fred C. came out the same day, immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem, as he had the required parts in his vehicle. The a/c works better than it ever has. We love Donley. read more
