What a cute little place right across from Northridge medical center! I had to go to quest lab twice today so I parked in front of the donut shop and decided to go in after they withdrew the 5 vials of blood to reward myself and tip them for using their parking, which basically came out the same as if I paid for parking across the street. But I got lunch of it, and they were super friendly. I wanted an apple fritter but it was 4pm and they were out, they said. Someone who came in after me asked the same. I got a strawberry jelly donut instead and could taste the strawberry seeds, it was good. The Thai Shake uses blended vanilla ice cream so I was sold. Their boba was soft and chewy. I was concerned it'd be hard because it's a donut shop, not a boba shop, but I was pleasantly surprised! It's a cute little place that also serves hot food too. The workers and an older lady who looks like she'd be the owner also eat here too, so it's legit. I'd come back here next time I have to go to quest and am glad I found it. read more

Went here to try out their sandwiches and they did not disappoint. They croissant sandwiches were delicious and prepped very nicely. We also ordered their donuts which were good. We got the #11 and #12 both were delicious! The croissant is very big so you can eat half and save the other for later if you want. Just left donut time. I've had such an interesting relationship with them but I want to say this...today, there isn't a better donut/sandwhich shop out there. The same lady I used to have an issue with was just the kindest person in the world to me. It was our first time seeing eachother massless so I wonder if she knew it was me . However, what that says to me is maybe she was having a bad time back when we had issues. Usually I love going here but lately they hired new girls well I never seen them before and they have attitude and it feels like they don't wanna be working. I am so happy I found this place. This is the sister restaurant to DC Cafe Donuts on Victory and Reseda. This whole time I kept driving all the way down there when Donut time is literally down the street from my job. The staff here is so amazing and the quality of the food is bomb. This should be a five star review... I also should give them 1 star... Super friendly, great juices, and food. So why should I give 1 star? Out of 3 employees only 1 was wearing a mask -- the person at the register... The cook not only has no mask, she had no gloves, nor a hair net. She seemed to be the boss or owner as she was constantly talking over my food while preparing it... Customers came in with no masks and that was A-ok... I get home I find the cooks long hair wrapped around the toothpick used to keep my sandwich together... the hair was inside the container on my food. YUCK! WHY WHY WHY?! Come on!! Unbelievable! Such a good hidden gem but this is unacceptable giving the state of things and just mind-numbing daft even if we weren't still fighting covid. What a shame!! read more

Everything here looks soooo good I wish I could have 1 of everything I ended up going with the horchata boba slush, a turkey wrap and some donut holes. Everything was freshly made after I ordered it (sans the donuts-obviously) but wow I was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff. My turkey wrap was amazing delicious, something so simple yet so good. I am definitely coming back soon with the whole fam! Excellent Food! I just tried this place for the first time, and am very impressed. I was waiting for my car to be serviced, and needed a place that I could walk to. I tried the ham, cream cheese, and avocado,, on a sesame bagel and a mango, dragon fruit iced tea. The sandwich was full of all the ingredients, and it tasted so fresh and delicious. The iced tea is full of fresh fruit. It is sweet, but not overly sweet. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
