I've been coming to Donut time since I was a kid and the service is always top tier and the donuts are always amazing. However, when I came in today there was a new woman behind the counter who was very rude and short. I said "Hi how are you today?" and was completely ignored and met with a blank stare. First of all the donuts taste terrible. How did this place get such good reviews ?! Got some donut holes and they tasted like old bread. I ate 2 and threw the rest away. On top of that we got the devils food cake donut. Tasted dry. Yuck. Threw that away too. The lady charged me $11.60. And then I noticed a second charge on my card for $1.16. If you are looking for a quick in and out, this is not the place to go to, even when there is only 1 customer ahead of you. It is 3 stars because the donut was fresh and soft, but customer service was below average. I feel that no one smiles anymore. A welcoming smile makes a big difference, for me. This place has been great to order delivery from since COVID-19 hit. We ordered the crossisant breakfast sandwiches amd you can choose from the type of meat that you want. The crossisant is soft and big. They also offer smoothies and you can choose what type of fruit you like to include and Thai teas. They are very delicious. While they don't have any gluten free options of donuts I did visit this location because I heard they had boba drinks. I ordered a taro and melon one. They were boba smoothies not tea. They were really good and had a decent amount of boba in them. I would love if they had a boba tea option and even better if they offered a gluten free donut! The employees were very friendly and patient even when a customer came in who was obviously either drunk or on drugs and arguing with the gentleman. This place is really good! I come here weekly. I have noticed the new designs/logo change. I think its done the business really well. It was a good marketing move. However I do feel like this donut place is getting a little bit greedy. I noticed today they charged it less than $20 convenience fee... I usually leave a tip but I'm no longer leaving a tip if they're going be trying to get a convenience fee for not spending $20. I think that's a ridiculous fee and I do feel like that's taking advantage of customers. I completely understand that things have gotten expensive and if they need to raise the prices. But at least let your customers know don't just sneak a fee in there. Either way this donut place is really delicious, customer service is great. They're very friendly. read more

Recently moved and found this great local donut shop nearby our house. We typically stop here randomly in the mornings either on the weekends or before dropping my son of at daycare. He loves to surprise his friends with delicious satisfying donuts. The friendless of the staff and the customers is always so nice! It's a real treat to stop in here in the mornings. The woman working there always make an effort to talk to my son and he is always asking to stop to get donuts here. Their donuts are super fresh every time we come and a favorite of ours are their donut holes! Both the powdered sugar and plain are equally delicious! They advertise that they also sell boba drinks which are one of my favorite favs so I definitely want to come back for those next visit! Will update my review on those then! Stopped by here this morning. First time here. The store front is small but the donuts in the cases looks fresh and perfectly baked and glazed. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich and two donuts. Cost me around $6 and some change. The breakfast sandwiche was good. You can't go wrong with sausage, egg, and cheese inside a warm flaky croissant. I got a French cruller and it was super delicious!! The only problem I had were that both the people working there were not wearing masks. A few people came in after me and some of them didn't have masks on either. I want to support small and local businesses but I want to feel safe too. Maybe I'll give it another try if I see them wearing masks. read more

I ordered 7 different donuts, a bacon egg and cheese (no Mayo) bagel breakfast sandwich and a medium strawberry smoothie. I got the fruity pebble donut for my brother and he loved it, while I ate the berry crunch one. They were so soft, fresh and weren't too sweet. Placed my order at around 8am to make sure I didn't order too late to get the good donuts. The breakfast sandwich was also very fresh and tasted so yummy, same as the delicious smoothie.
