Today I returned and they made it right--110%! Not only did he apologize profusely, he gave me the 2 carne guisada tacos I ordered this visit at no charge! He said they are noted for their carne guisada and their barbacoa. The recommendation for carne guisada was a good one. It is delicious: the meat is tender and the gravy is very flavorful! The service is excellent. Nowadays, apologies are rare--I usually get excuses instead. One manager (at a different restaurant) even said, "I wasn't here".
