Awful. Food and service were both awful. Our waiter was too busy with the hostess to bother with us. When our waiter did stop by, he just started speaking each time interrupting my 89 year old father-in-law. We also asked him multiple times to turn down the very loud music so we could talk at the table. I finally had to get up and pull him away from the hostess and stand there until he obliged. The food was slightly better but not good. We had some big "something" in our guacamole the waiter watched me pull and and say "I don't know what that is." Hint, he dis not grab the guac or offer to help me dispose of the "something" which I ultimately dropped in the chips. My father-in-law's chili relleno had a big stem coved by egg batter... a BIG stem. My burrito was no bigger than my enchilada. The taco had different lettuce than I've ever had. Water was falling on our table from the condensation from the AC system above us. The air vents are clogged with dust. The tables were not cleaned off before we at down. The whole atmosphere is dirty. We ate there on Saturday, July 17, 2021. Our waitress was very nice though and apologized for the dropping water on our table and offered to move us. Completely unexpected. My expectation was that this would be another typical southern Mexican place. But here comes the shocker: Decor: typical stereotypical Mexican restaurant without any creativity. Not a lot of thought went into the decor. Service: ok, nothing special in speediness but waitress was friendly. Size: i was here for lunch and this place is bug! Hopefully they get crowded at night. Place can seem empty during a weekday lunch. Food: kids chicken and steak quesadillas. Wow! They actually put good size chunks of steak and chicken in the quesadillas and the seasoning took me back to Mexico City/SF Mission district. I would even order this myself. Burrito Grande was really tasty and made me enjoy every bite. Chilaquiles definitely hit the spot and if you know anything about good Mexican chilaquiles then this is a must order item on the menu. Summary: this place went under new management so dont be alarmed by the previous comments. Probably the best Mexican place in Roswell. It needs more marketing and an upgrade inside to take it to the next level. We'll definitely be back with the kids. read more

The nachos weren't that good . I ordered the nachos supreme added fajitas . Just didn't feel like it was made with LOVE. After every bite I'm telling myself it could be better! I eat Mexican 3 times a week, and I go to a lot of different places. This one is not that good. The chips are thick and taste stale, the ground beef has a funny seasoning to it, I have tasted that seasoning before and I never like it, so you might. There is no LUNCH menu so if you go for lunch expect to pay dinner prices. The restaurant itself is very outdated, and has a not so clean feel to it. Not that it should deter you. But if they are trying to cover up a smell, they are not succeeding by pumping out a odor that is hard to eat to, (imagine eating at Macy's perfume counter next to sampler ). Service was very attentive, the only reason I'm giving it a 3 star. I will drive by next time for something better. read more

We were driving home and it was almost 9:30 and we didn't want fast food. We were surprised to find this location stays open until 11pm on Saturday nights. We were shown to our seats right away. The restaurant is large and inviting with tables that are comfortable. The salsa was excellent not too chunky. The chips were still warm. My nachos were just ok, a different taste than most chicken nachos at comparable restaurants but not bad. Service was excellent. My son's cheese quesidilla and beans were great and my husband said his fajita chicken quesidilla was great as well. The three of us had soda and food and it was about $30 bucks so that is a great bang for your buck. I will go back. read more

This is definitely my favorite place in the Crabapple area. Elizabeth the bartender was charming and attentive and suggested the shrimp cocktail, which was simply fantastic. Just had the loudest experience in a public place I've ever been outside of a Led Zep concert. The food was ok but service was not so ok. Server never came to refill drinks and I had placed empty glass at edge of table. The noise level was the capper to dinner. We could not hear each other or the server even after leaning over face to face. The canton and hickory flat locations are much better. This is our "go-to" family spot for Mexican in the Crabapple/Alpharetta area. Great Margaritas, kid-friendly, and I love the menu options (they re-did the menu last year). I typically get the grilled chicken fajita bowl (my hubby likes the shrimp) and it's amazing. I've been going to this place for a long time. But the staff here just does not care to follow the state mandate on masks for restaurant workers. This is the 5th time I've visited in the last 60 days. The female blonde bartender doesn't even attempt to put on a mask. The hostesses always have them on but around their chin. Nothing over the mouth or nose. Today multiple employees not wearing them. This is the responsibility of the management. Plenty of safer restaurants options in the area. Ordered take out tonight - Order wrong (again) and coincidentally meal was higher priced than one ordered. With $35 worth of food - you get a tiny cup of salsa & bag of chips, add on $3 for an extra cup. Unfortunately this is at any Dos location - same story at Canton restaurant. Ok so We just moved from Cali and this place has been one of the best all around Mexican restaurants found in Georgia. The shrimp enchiladas were cheesy and delicious. What's up with the chorizo queso dip? Well I can tell you - gooey sinful pleasure it is! My husband practically drank the bowl. I must say every Mexican restaurant needs a signature salsas and Dos Margaritas does not disappoint- smooth chipotle and plenty of spice. We will be here again and again. We just went there and have been supporting this restaurant since the pandemic. The food is good and it's close to our house. However, today we ended up leaving. We sat down outside and was ignored by the waitress. We waited as she helped everyone else. My husband tried to get her attention but that didn't work so he followed her inside. She was very rude to him so we ended up leaving. I'm sorry but there is just no reason to treat a paying customer like that. We went to another restaurant. We have not been to this location since it was La Parilla, which we enjoyed tremendously when it was there, about 3 years or more ago. We thought we would give it a try last night. It was ok. Not great. Not bad either...well not all bad. The atmosphere is decent as most Mexican restaurants often are. The service was average. Most of the food was average as well. The atmosphere is very similar to that of La Parilla when it was there. They did not change much, but cannot blame them as this was already a Mexican restaurant. The decor on the walls was a slight step back from what you would find in a La Parilla. Like I said, it was Mexican restaurant good. When we entered we were seated immediately. It was a Monday night, so not a big crowd. Our waiter was at the table right away taking drink orders and supply chips and salsa. What made his service average was, after getting drinks and taking the order, the waiter was not around often. I appreciate that this is a fine line for the waiter to walk, but for my preference I would have liked to have seen a little more of him. He was a nice enough waiter....just average... The food is what you find on most Mexican restaurant menus. Along with the table chips and slasa, our table ordered Chimichangas, tamales, hard shell tacos, street tacos, etc...there were four of us so we wanted to try many items. The chips were good but lacked salt....literally they tasted salt-less. The salsa was very good...no complaints there at all. The tamale was disappointing. Dry, lacking flavor, I would not order this again. The hard shell taco was full of meat, but again lacked flavor. The beans and rice.....they were beans and rice. If you find a Mexican restaurant that screws those up....RUN! I personally had the Street Tacos. I was able to order 1 steak, 1 chicken, and 1 pork. They came with a side of sauce. The steak taco was very good and I would put it 2nd behind Mr Taco for a very good steak taco. The chicken taco was also very good and again the sauce was a perfect accompaniment to the chicken. The pork taco....worst one ever. The meat was so dry, it seriously at like pork jerky and again, it lacked flavor. I get how pork carnitas are made...but there is no reason to "crisp" the meat THAT much. The other knock I give the tacos was that there was only 1 corn shell per taco. I have never in my life had an authentic taco that did not have the double corn shell. I will probably try Dos Margaritas again. The location is good for where I live...but if my only reason to try them again is location....then I hope they do a little better next time. read more

The service was great but we got the absolute worst case of food poisoning from here. My husband and I ordered beef and chicken fajitas. I had 2 bites...The beef definitely tasted spoiled but I had a margarita with it and thought it was that. I never write these reviews but was compelled to write this. We've been going there for 2 years and pretty sure the owner changed within the last 2-3 months. We can never go back. We have 2 kids ages 2 and 4. Thank God we didn't give them any of it.
