They might benefit from a QR system so that orders could be placed efficiently if the other servers would all rather be doing other things. There seemed to be a lot of people around, but only one server was taking orders from 3/4 of the restaurant. When it came to the food it was lackluster at best. I had the crab cake (which was fine, remoulade was a saving grace) and the gumbo. The gumbo was absolutely TERRIBLE. It was very watery and flavorless and all of the protein in it was overcooked. Not even hot sauce could add any flavor to what effectively looked like thin sewer water. I normally love gumbo and Im aware it is a difficult dish to make, but it was remarkably poorly made.

SHE told us to get out of the doorway, but the only place to stand was either back in the kitchen or go back outside. So much for Southern hospitality. This one gives Louisiana a bad name.
