It's now two hours later, and I haven't been advised how much longer I will need to wait. Toyota in general used to be a very welcoming company when you brought your vehicle in for service. Often they had coffee, water, often snacks available while you waited for your vehicle. They usually offered a car wash too. I noticed this when my dad bought a Toyota in Mansfield OH and when I bought two Toyotas from two different dealers in the St Louis metro area. The Toyota customer experience is quite different now and I am beginning to wonder if I will ever buy another Toyota from a Toyota dealer. It feels like the customer isn't valued nearly as much. I don't know if this is a problem endemic of Toyota as a whole or just the individual dealerships. Somewhat recommend.

I really didn't get a chance to settle in to work while in their lobby before they were calling my name. They offer a no appointment "basic service" option where if you are just getting simple oil and filter changes and tire rotations...you don't need an appointment and man...they are busy. While I was sitting there it was a constant stream of cars coming in for service. We will keep bringing our Subaru here as long as things continue to go well. I have a '22 Forester so I wasn't surprised that nothing was found...but as my car ages...if I feel the pressure of "all these repairs to keep my car functional" I will not be impressed.

Squad Auto Sales hid and lied about the extensive frame damage and amount of rust. The foreign owner of Squad Auto Sales used Bondo to fill in the numerous rust holes and cracks on the frame, then applied a thick black goo undercoating to hide all of it. The front sway bar on the truck literally broke off because of the extreme amount of rust that they hid and lied about. When I called them to ask them about the problem, the Mexican owner became very angry and started swearing at me. He also said he was going to sue me for harassment and to talk to his lawyer if I have a problem. He doesn't have a lawyer. He's just a liar and a scammer. DO NOT TRUST THIS FOREIGN OWNED USED CAR DEALER. Take your money to an American owned dealer where you can trust them. I wish I could upload pictures of the truck frame.

We wanted to buy a $30k car and by the time they were finished it was a $40k car! Oh the finance woman will say, "we're completely transparent!" About as transparent as Musk. During the process she'll explain the extras, but they are never called extras, because they've already added them without your consent! If you start to ask about the cost she quickly says, "It's included!" Right, wink-wink. Just remember that they can only add tax, license, and doc fees. Doc fees in Ohio are $387.

This is not covered under the warranty. 3600 dollars to fix it. I can afford this.
