    a half eaten pizza

Am always wanting to support local business while this was my first time trying their pizza I will give them another go. - I ordered through door dash and picked up their pizza when I opened the box I was thinking where is the cheese??? Like I see it but not like your average pizza cheesy - the Stromboli was ok adding seasoning on top was a big no cause I was to overwhelmed like a heart burn feeling through each bite that black pepper - the dough is what won the pizza it was very bread like texture, almost like butter and the sauce was good too. - I will give them another try hoping they add more cheese lol m a huge cheese fan so r my kids.

First & foremost I'm truly thankful that they were open as we experience this winter storm! Secondly it was nothing short of amazing! Ordered the philly & Buffalo chicken subs, a medium meateater and 2 orders of wings and each item was great. The highlight was the Buffalo Chicken sub..the best sub I've had hands down. The wait was reasonable and the staff was friendly considering the line and the mini disaster we were facing.

Double Dave's is one of those old favorites back in college. Over time different locations have gone up and down. This one turned out great on Thursday lunch time. This place had the buffet running. Most are not running a buffet anymore which is unfortunate. Cost was $14 no drink. Dang, back in the day it was $5 with a drink. I started off with a nice simple salad. Mom always told me to eat my greens even if its a salad. I like rabbit food. The main attraction why I was there....pizza roles. I ate well too many and they tasted just as good as the old days. I did try a bite or two of some of the pizza and that was just filler. Think frozen quality. Like I said, pizza roles are why you are there. Would come back for the buffet next time in town.

This is how my small pizza arrived. Did the driver take a slice or was this Joe it left the restaurant? Either way not pleased at all!

Super disappointed in the pizza, although I only have myself to blame from ordering from them instead of Marco's or even Dominos! Small pizza looked like there was a slice missing (check picture for example) and it was cold and nasty I won't be ordering from here again!

I had a large take-out order that consisted of 16 or 17 pizzas. The managers worked with me and were very friendly, and the pizzas were ready on time. I would definitely order from them again and highly recommend them for large orders. I have also had pepperoni rolls from Double Daves, which are very delicious.

Great pizza buffet. Pizza of the month is always something funky and delicious!! Wish they had fed a bit more garlic but that's my personal preference.

First timer! Said it would be delivered in 45 minutes and got here in 35. The veggies are crunchy and fresh. The crust doesn't have much flavor but it is soft and delicious. I forgot to take a picture until halfway through it. Definitely have a new pizza place to go to. Four stars only because the crust would be perfect with garlic seasoning or something on top.

We ordered the pizza of the month The bacon Mac and cheese unfortunately it was not cooked all the way so we had to toss it and make nuggets and Mac for the kids instead

    $25 !!!

I got the thin & crispy supreme which was actually really good . My problem is charging $25 for a pizza that I polished off myself . There was NO one in the restaurant when I picked up my pizza and now I understand why . It's simply unaffordable .

    Mild bone in wings.

The wings were small and barely had any meat on them and we're covered with a thin breading that just tasted like old fryer oil. Could not taste any sort of wing sauce on them at all. Ordered them extra crispy and they came soggy. Ate a couple but couldn't stand the taste and had to throw the rest out.The blue cheese was in with the wings and got hot, Yum. The pizza dough was flavorless and barely cooked. The pizza had little to no sauce on it I actually had to peel back the toppings to see if there was any on it at all. A total waste of money. Pretty sure I have had better pizza at a gas station. If I could give them zero stars I would.

buffet....we showed up at 1:20 pm and the buffet ended at 2:00 pm and fresh pizzas kept coming out....

Why is there cheese wiz on top of the pizza, why is the food cold and where is the bread etc. Palermo, you should absolutely be ashamed of your restaurant. If you can't do it right because you're closing, say that. But don't sell BS on a platter for $50 and expect a customer to just take it. We got apps of cheese sticks and bruschetta. Sticks were ok, clearly frozen. The bruschetta has weird taste to me, not sure what it was. I got the chicken parm, my go to at any Italian joint. Was not good. The breading was mush and the chicken has no seasoning at all. It tasted more like boiled chicken that was in bread crumbs, then had canned/jarred sauce dump on it and tossed under broiler. The spaghetti reminded of high school lunch. Honestly, not worth the $71 plus tip. Food didn't affect tip, not waitress fault the food is trash. I'd rather go to OG any day than go back here.
