    Summerlin Takeout Commercial Kitchen

We arrived at the standalone building on the fringe of a shopping center, that turned out to be a commercial kitchen space with a sign that said 'Summerlin Takeout' on the front of the building. It was a bit confusing at first because there was no company sign on the building at all. When we walked inside the building, it was a disjointed hallway space with no one to greet us. We had to call the company and they told us to use the electronic kiosk there that other food providers also used for placing orders (like McDonalds). I ordered a Pepperoni pizza, paid for that, got a receipt stating the pickup time. I went back to my car and waited for the pizza to bake because there is nowhere to sit and wait. I received a text message advising the pizza was ready on time so I went back in the building to pick up the food via a locker with a unique number and code to use and it didn't work. So, I asked a guy lurking around Reception for help. He was able to unlock the locker so then we left the building because there was no dining area. By the time we had driven 10 miles home, the pizza was barely lukewarm so we had to put the pizza slices in the airfryer to reheat. Nowhere on their website does it state the size of the pizza so I measured it and it was 12" and at $19.99 it was quite expensive. Granted, when you buy specialty Vegan food, you tend to pay more but we felt the pizza was quite overpriced as we can buy the same Vegan pizza at Crossroads Restaurant and be seated in elegant surroundings, for less. The pepperoni crust and red sauce tasted awesome. The pepperoni slices and cheese were ok. I would like to see them experiment with Miyoko's Liquid Mozzarella on their pizza. Overall the pizza tasted good but for a first time visitor finding the building and going through the order and pickup process it felt clunky. We will likely return at some point but unfortunately with their current pricing and lack of seating, it won't anytime soon.

The flavor was lacking, and it didn't have the fresh, satisfying taste I was hoping for. The ingredients seemed decent, but everything felt a little underwhelming. The presentation was fine, but taste is what matters most, and that's where it fell short. Service: The staff was polite, and my order was ready in a reasonable amount of time. No complaints about the service. Price: Prices were about average for a pizza restaurant. While not overly expensive, I expected a bit more quality for what I paid. Ambiance: The restaurant had a casual, laid-back atmosphere. It was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to eat. Pros: Friendly service, clean restaurant, decent atmosphere, and reasonable prices. Cons: The pizza lacked flavor, wasn't very memorable, and overall left me disappointed. Overall, this visit didn't quite meet my expectations, but everyone has an off day. Since I've heard positive things about this place, I'd be willing to come back and give it another shot before making a final judgment.

Service was friendly, professional, and very efficient. The pizzas taste elevated compared to your typical spot--better ingredients, well-balanced flavors, and a clear attention to detail in how everything is put together. The atmosphere also feels a bit more refined, making it a nice place for a casual sit-down meal that still feels a step above standard pizza joints. Service was solid and the food came out at a good pace. Pros: * High-quality, flavorful pizza * Feels a bit more upscale than typical pizza places * Good presentation and ingredients * Solid service Cons: * Slightly higher prices than standard pizza spots * Not a super casual "grab and go" vibe Overall, a great option if you want pizza that feels a little more elevated without going full fine dining. Definitely worth coming back to. Stone oven vibes.
