Around 4:00 pm, the place was empty, but i was greeted warmly. When I asked for pancit, I learned that there was only a small container left. Food here is served cafeteria-style from display cases. Over half of the cases were empty when I arrived. The exception were the hot meat dishes. I bought the last of the pancit for take-away and ate it at home. I was a little disappointed when I discovered at home that it was a vegetarian pancit, but it went well with my roasted chicken thighs. Definitely, I have to get here earlier in the day to try other Filipino dishes.
