I called on a Saturday morning because the vent had come off our dryer, and David was able to come out that afternoon to give us an estimate. Actually, it turned out he could do the job right away, and in a couple of hours it was all done! We moved into a home a month ago and had issues with our dryer not working when it previously had. We called a dryer repair person and they told us to look into the ducts because our dryer was fine. David, aka Dr Dryer Duct, and his assistant were fantastic. My dryer vent cover had to be cut to allow him access to the vent. He told me about the issue and how he would handle it. He didn't charge me any extra for the cutting,and after he finished, he made it look as good as possible. Another duct cleaner wanted to charge me $250 for the same work while David charged me Dr Dryer Duct's base rate, $99. One other considerate thing that David did was to text me at 1 pm to tell me that he would probably be at my house at the tail end of his 3-5 pm window. This allowed me time to get some errands done before returning for the appointment. Also, he texted me when he finished the job before mine to tell me that he would be there in 45 minutes. Called Dr. Dryer Duct for an estimate on cleaning out a years long buildup of dryer lint under our house from a broken duct. Spoke to the owner David who was very friendly and forthcoming with advice on how to handle problem. My dryer stopped heating a couple of weeks ago. GE was able to service my machine yesterday. Daved and his associate are amazing. My dryer stopped drying my clothes, appliance repair man shrugged his shoulders and said "maybe clean out the vent?". Daved and his brother were awesome. I bombarded Daved with soo many questions and he kept his patience and answered everything. They were punctual and kept me updated in terms of the time of arrival. He showed us the ducts before and after and it was a world of difference. He even found some tears in our ducting possibly saving us a big hassle down the road. I had all of my ducts cleaned very well but the cherry on top was the dryer cleaning. Not only did he clean the lint from the dryer, he changed the actual duct for me because it kept coming loose.
