He was informative, proactive and had great bedside manner. He made me comfortable and turned an unexpected stay in the ED as enjoyable as one can make it. It looks like I will have very minimal scarring which is an added bonus. My post-op appointment was a great experience. His staff is efficient and so is Dr. Coccia.
