Our sewer line broke and sewage was backing up into our downstairs shower. Jerry took my call on a Sunday evening and arranged to come out the next day at 7am. He and his crew were very professional and definitely had the expertise to resolve the issue. They found the break under our driveway, dug through and found that tree roots had broken through the pipe as well as crushed another section of pipe. They cut the roots, replaced the pipe, compacted the dirt and poured concrete by Tuesday afternoon, just two days, all at a very competitive price. We called Dr. Rooter to unclog our kitchen drain. It has been a persistant problem for a long time. Jerry gave us a good price over the phone and a plumber was here within 3 hours. He was able to clean the clog at the sink but determined that there was stoppage further down the line. They ran the camera through our entire waste system and found the blockage at a piping itersection before the sewer clean out. We hydro jetted the entire waste system. In the mean time, their plumber found a leak in our hot water line. They repaired the leak. Of course, the work performed exceeded the price for the kitchen clog. Jerrys, the owner, price was very reasonable. He is a very fair minded man to deal with. Our drains are clean. The leak is fixed. I cannot say enough good things about the 2 plumbers that did the work here. They were courteous, thourough and very clean. Like many folks, we only seem to experience plumbing emergencies on the weekends (go figure), when most plumbing companies are closed.
