We went to the Tewksbury location and they were awesome. Very helpful staff, responsive on the phone, prompt delivery/install crews, and reasonable prices. We went at the end December 2020 (right when nothing was available) needing a whole bunch of stuff, some of it quite urgently. Our stove was broken and our dryer was ready to die at any moment. We also got a new washer, microwave, and dishwasher. We were debating getting a new refrigerator as well but after discussing it with the salesman, decided there really wasn't anything better for the space than what we already had. We had a few specific items in mind that ended up being out of stock until April so the salesman helped us find equivalents from other brands that could be delivered right away. He then helped us choose the lower-priority items we could wait a while for. Our salesman was knowledgable and helpful, didn't rush us in any way, and my favorite part was that it felt like he really wanted to help us find what *we* wanted. We'd been to a few places already where it felt more like they wanted to upsell us to make a better sale than get us what we were looking for. We ended up with some really great appliances that were all delivered on time with efficient and courteous delivery and installation. I would definitely recommend this company. read more

I recently went in to Dracut Appliance to look at some appliances for my home which I was remodeling. I went in and talked to Peter. Not only did he know what he was talking about but he was extremely polite and very funny. He immediately took away the "used carsalesman" feeling I thought we were going to recieve. We went in on more than one occasion (my wife couldn't decide). We finally ended up with a Frigidaire kitchen and we liked it so much we ended up buying a 32 " TV while we were there. Peter took care of us with the pricing and made sure we knew to call him no matter what we needed. He even came to our house to measure for us because I was on business and my wife needed some help. In this day in age with all these so called "super" stores , Dracut Appliance stood out above all and exceded our expectations. You will never get anybody from Sears or Home Depot to do a house call to make sure what we are buying will be a perfect fit for our kitchen. Smaller family owned stores is where you will get the best service and this is my proof. P.S. I never went to Dracut High school and the avg age was under 50 yrs old for the sales staff. Dracut Appliance is the best!!! I had originally scheduled my dishwasher repair thru Lowe's Warranty who set me up with a different company, who then canceled on me a day after the scheduling, saying it would be at least another 2-3 wks before they could get me on their list. I really didn't want to wait that long, so I called Dracut Appliance and explained the situation, they had someone at my house by 7:30 the next morning and had the part ordered and delivered to their store within 48 hours, and they just came back to install today. The other company told me 2-3wks before they would be able to schedule someone to come out just for the diagnosis alone, and then who knows how long before they would have actually been able to fix it. Dracut Appliance did the whole job from start to finish in a total of 6 days!!! Every single person I've interacted with at DA has been incredibly professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, and so so nice!! Just bought a fridge from these guys. Kevin Brown helped us get just what we wanted. In these Covid days of extended delivery he made it all happen in less than one week. That was a miracle that needed to happen as our current fridge gave out completely. If it hadn't been for Kevin and Dracut Appliance we would have had no way to store food and would have been living on pizzas & subs from the local sub shop. Then came the delivery, no disappointment there. The delivery guys were amazingly prompt, friendly and diligent. They happily took the old unit, cleaned away all the packing materials then completely set up the new unit, including shifting the door hinges as requested, leveling the unit and removing all the protective tape & stickers. We recently purchased a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer from Dracut Appliance. This was for new construction. We fund Dracut Appliance to be very accomodating and helpful. Their delivery people are some of the nicest and most capable that we have ever seen! Our first delivery was when the movers were delivering our furniture and the Dracut Appliance delivery people worked very well with them. After being in the house a few days we had what we thought was a problem with the microwave (turned out to be operator error). They sent a service person out the same day who instructed us on the proper operation. He was very polite and helpful. We went to Dracut Appliance because our builder had an arrangement with them. After checking their prices we learned that in fact their prices were extremely competitive with what we found on the internet. read more

After dealing with BestBuy.com, on a freezer I ordered on 11/12/2021, and getting pushed off twice to 02/03/2022 for a delivery date, I cancelled my order with Best Buy and contacted Dracut Appliance through their website, (whom I had worked with before), and got a quick response texted back to me. Craig told me I could possibly get a delivery by next week, I was never so relieved. Their quick response tells me that my freezer will be here long before Best Buy could EVER get one to me. Kudos to Craig and Dracut Appliance, for their quick customer service. And BTW, I'm getting a one year warranty from them, as they service what they sell. I shopped several stores including Lowes and Home Depot and found Dracut Appliance's prices were competitive but the customer service was incomparable. This was my first time buying brand new appliances and I'm sure some of my numerous questions were silly but the sales associate Chris Brown never made me feel rushed. I explained my priorities, Chris showed me several options, and we were able to outfit my kitchen and laundry room within budget. I was also impressed with the store showroom. I have made several small- and large-size appliance purchases from Dracut Appliance Center since 2012. Each time both the sales and installation staff have been attentive, informative and true to their word. I no longer make these purchases at big box stores because Dracut offers personalized service that is a phone call away. The installers arrive on time, are neat and coversant in the appliances they install. I also appreciate that they bring along a competent gas fitter who doesn't cause me delay. We needed a new refrigerator in our compact galley style kitchen. We found one that matched the size that needed to be replaced but realized that removing the old one and replacing would be very tight even after taking the doors off so we were concerned there would be delivery problems and/or extra charges.
