I really hoped for out of this world noodles or rice bowls. But that is not what we got here. Instead I received a tofu rice bowl with a few pieces of tofu and a garden full on green onions on a bed of rice. Very disappointing. I told the girl who took my order that I've never been there before expecting some excitement to help me create a bowl that would i enjoy eating. She was not helpful or excited at all. The beef broth with spicy ramen noodles is really good. The only thing they can improve on is the warmth of the soup. After adding rare beef and veggies, the soup is lukewarm. If you don't like eating half cooked beef slices, choose a different protein. The soup has to be hot enough to cook the meet all the way through. Not sure why they keep the soup at a lower temperature. The spicy wings are a hit! The service was great! 3 stars for lukewarm soup! read more

I heard this advertisement over and over again on the radio. My daughter loves noodles. So I thought this will be a great place to take the family. Boy was I wrong. One of the worse dinner decisions ever. I have never felt like I wasted money on a meal, as much as I did today. First of all, it's way over priced. So many great delicious places to eat at in vegas for $10. The small here is $10 and the large is $14. The ramen, you can find a way better place with bigger portion and better flavors. The pho, you could go any pho restaurant with bigger portion, more meat for $10. The rice dishes says infused. All they do is toss the rice around with a little bit of soup and couple slices of meat. It taste so bland. They should have more sauce choices to go with the rice dishes. Absolutely horrible. Should be ashamed of yourself to charge $10 for a small on a bland rice dish. Do yourself a favor. Don't waste your time. Yes the commercial sounds good with the traveling around the world to find the best noodles. First off - yum and yes and one of the only places that actually delivers on spice! Disclaimer - I've only ever ordered delivery from here (particularly late night, yay!), so I can't speak to the decor inside the restaurant. Also, bc I've only ever had delivery, the restaurant keeps the noodles/toppings separate from the broth upon delivery. Sometimes that means I need to microwave everything together for a few seconds to break up the noodles, for example. However, I assume they make that packaging choice to avoid soggy or disintegrating noodles, so I'm on board with their decision on that. I LOVE spice and routinely order the hottest levels on any menu where spice is an option, and often find myself disappointed by the lack of spice. Here, their spiciest level definitely makes me say, "Oh, damn, okay!" at first and keeps the heat coming, but is still flavorful and not just tongue-numbingly spicy. I'm not vegan, but I get the fire noodles, vegan broth, extra spice, grilled tofu, pretty much every single vegetable topping other than red onions, plus light garlic oil, and an egg. This place confused me. Not sure what type of clientele they're trying to appeal or cater to -- but it seems it's for those who have never tried ramen before? Not sure. My fiancé had to repeat her order multiple times to the server -- which I guess I understand can happen when servers are still under training and new! We both got the tonkotsu broth -- she got the regular and I got the sumo, but we didn't see a difference in the broth amount. The flavor alone appears watered down a bit, but she got hers with the black garlic oil and her bowl tasted okay. Presentation wise... I'm sure there's room for improvement there. What irked me is that you're expecting a divine bowl of noods because this was a pretty expensive bowl of ramen, lemme' tell ya that. The menu was also high up the ceiling it'll strain your neck that I had high hopes the bowl will be worth it -- sadly, it was not and my neck hurts. The ramen egg was also extra and my oh my that was lacking. It's egg. How can you dishonor ramen egg like that?! :( Don't expect much here! Came here Sunday for the first time. Staff was nice but need more practice of doing things efficiently. They were helpful when I wanted my wings more mild as I found out with takeout tonight, the regular way of doing their wings made me cry! So, it's definitely the milder version of them from now on. They are delicious though with their dipping sauce. I did a Noodles your way then rice noidles and tonight w ramen noodles. I prefer the ramen because it's a sturdier noodle. Both had Tonkatsu broth along with chicken meat. I added an egg as well. I loaded it with mushrooms and bokchoy is a must. I really enjoyed the rich flavor. I was definitely satisfied with my ramen both times. I look forward to creating more combos. Oh and I experimented with putting a tad of the wings dipping sauce in my ramen and that just made it over the top. I will definitely continue to be a customer. read more

We waited for so long for this place to open, and when we found out they finally had we made it a point to go. We went today, 2 days after their grand opening. And to say we were not impressed is a major understatement. I had the Yam noodles and tonkatsu broth, with pork belly, corn, egg, muahrooms, Thai basil, lime, and cilantro. The broth was bland, and the pork was tough and chewy. And the girl behind the counter put the basil and lime right in the bowl, so I had to fish them out; the basil was still on the stem, and the lime needed to be squeezed. The wife had the ramen noodles and tonkatsu, with pork belly,, egg, Thai basil, lime, bok choy, and bamboo. She has the same complaints I have with the pork and the broth - blanf broth and tough pork. She said the book choy was good, but that her noodles were sticky and gummy. The restaurant itself is clean and expansive...but the menus are hung so high up in front of the counter that you literally have to step several feet back to see them. And it wasn't busy, eith no other customers in the place at 345 pm, but they were out of mushrooms on the line and we had to wait for them. Not really ready for the dinner rush there. Overall we were rather disappointed. Waited so long for this place, but after trying we would rather hit Monta Chaya. read more

We were so excited to learn a new noodle place is opening up in our side of town. Came in with high expectation as they owned 3 locations throughout the valley and advertised on the radio. We had no trouble finding the place and parking was not an issue. Upon entering, the sun glare made the TV menus very hard to read. But no big deal. Upon ordering, the girl behind the counter was not able to hear anything because of the music and the kitchen hood behind her. That was annoying, especially with the masks on. She first asked us what noodle we'd like. We then have to stand there to wait for the noodle to cook before proceeding down the line to add the broth and toppings. I thought the process should be quicker but no big deal. Once sat down, I was immediately disappointed. The noodle was overcooked and the broth was flavorless. We asked for soy sauce and they must be training because the girl said they didn't have any and then the other person said they do but they just have to find it. They did find it and I appreciate her effort. We also ordered the chicken wings and they were actually pretty good. They are spicy so be aware of that. Overall, I would not come get for noodles. And the wings aren't good enough for me to come just for the wings. Unless they drastically improve, I would not recommend this business. read more

They didn't have any grilled veggies and after they made the bowls, they didn't even have a sweet soy glaze to put on top. Then they added broth to the bowls. Didn't know we ordered a soup bowl. I am a Jet Tila fan from watching him compete on TV. Flavor being something that I was hoping would be at his restaurant. I am disappointed. I will not be returning. I had the Thai Yum broth with grilled vegetables, mushrooms cilantro, Thai basil, onions, lime and ramen noodles. I don't know what is missing but something is. It gets a 3 due to chicken wings. Get to the car to confirm and missing an order of bao. Waited another 15 minutes to get the order. No apology just put the box on the counter and looked at me to pick it up. Once I got home, they didn't include the order of pork belly in the soup. Better than last time when missed 10 of my 20 wings. This was a very interesting and interactive experience for someone who hasn't exactly been familiarized with places like these. I have always been a huge fan of ramen; traditional, instant, you name it. This elegantly decorated spot took it to a new level of flavor and options for a picky kid, such as myself, to choose from and to enjoy. After I finished my bowl, I truly recognized how much work and effort they put into this establishment. Entering the restaurant, already, you get immersed into a beautiful land of essentially make it yourself ramen. I am overwhelmed with multiple options a lot of the time, but this wasn't overwhelming because of the fact that they didn't have too many complicated ordering standards. All I did was suggest my noodles of choice; they offered many different kinds, ranging from gluten-full to gluten-free. I ordered the shiritaki noodles, which I highly would recommend for anyone who is trying to eat gluten-free, low carb, and still enjoy the same consistency as your typical ramen batch. Then, you move slightly to the left, and order your broth. Tonkotsu is the most flavorful, and rather typical broth, but never fails to deliver in any given bowl of ramen. Proteins is up next. Don't order the chicken. I made that mistake because I didn't want the pork or beef, but the chicken was dry, hard to chew, and pretty flavorless. Get the pork instead. Especially if you like traditional ramen, get the pork. Again, you move to the left, and decide if you would like garlic oil. Now, this might seem simple, but if you are like me, and favor garlic anything, please ask for only a small bit of the oil. It is very greasy and thick in large amounts, and practically takes over the flavor of the broth. The toppings selection is relatively simple. You basically just politely yell your preferences, Subway-style, and they add them in you bowl. The sit-down experience was delightful, with two burn platforms that keep your ramen as hot as you would like it to stay, embedded in the center of the table. The service was nice, and they knew what they were doing besides the occasional confusion or hearing troubles from behind the glass separation. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for a simple spot to chill with a bowl of steamy ramen in your hands on really any day. read more

I just went about an hour or 2 ago and I always go in the morning or afternoon because one of the workers who is always there is very kind and sweet always greeting with a smile but I decided to go at night today and I literally regret it. There was some lady wearing glasses ive never seen before and she gave such little food. It was not worth it and she served the food like if it came out of her pocket. Visited the St. Rose location on the evening of Dec 12th ~6:30p. Will never return. Below are my pros and cons. Pros: 1. The restaurant is very modern and nice looking inside. Cons: 1. I placed my to go order ~5:50p online and was given a 6:15p pickup time. I arrived at the restaurant ~6:10 and the young lady at the counter advised they *just* received my order (hmmmm). She proceeded to make my order which was complete in ~5 min. That's when I should have known something was wrong. 2. They put the noodles in a huge bowl, but it's only 1/3 filled. Then they put the broth in a huge cup and it's at least 3x the amount of noodles (no idea what to do with all the extra broth) - and it's lukewarm at best and rather bland. 3. The "chicken" looks like mystery meat. 4. Standard veggies don't seem to come with the bowl. I guess everything has to be added a la carte (extra charge of course). 4. I had two bowls which totaled $25... what a waste :( No photos taken because I don't want any memories of this place in my camera roll. Most of the reviews of this place state similar issues - that the food is an expensive bland mess with mediocre customer service. Save your time and money and travel a bit further down on Maryland Pkwy for some actually good noodle shops. read more

#1 they don't take CASH but there is no notice of that prior to ordering. #2 I ordered a simple soup (small), ramen and shrimp and they gave me some combination with corn, potato, sausage and shrimp in a plastic bag on the side. Coke (glass) was $3.99. #3 The ramen was in a ball and had to be broken up. #4 I ordered the MILD Chicken broth with garlic and it was very spicy with hot chili flakes. I took it back, and they tried to replace it with a different chicken broth but it too was too spicy. #5 Everything seemed to be Ala Carte and by the time I was done, it was over $22. That is WAYYYY too much for what I got. #6 Spanish is the predominant language. Hard to understand. #7 Their ON LINE menu items is much more extensive than what is offered at the store. They don't HAVE a printed menu, just 8 items displayed on the wall. Very disappointing. SORRY, but for a simple lunch you can get a whole WAR WONTON bowl in any Chinese Restaurant for less than $12 bucks !! Not worth the price or the quality. read more
