Every aspect of our experience with All-Pro-Air, through Lowe's in Upland, was excellent. Brian De Cuir assessed our needs on his thorough walk-thru of our home and gave us an informative and reasonable quote. He was personable and detailed in comparing different options and answering our many questions. We decided on a new ducting system, blow-in insulation and energy efficient registers in each room. We also had some special requests such as: removing the existing plywood storage platforms - replacing them once the job was completed, and updating a non-operable light in our attic. Brian did some checking and was able to accommodate all of our requests. The scheduling for the existing plywood and insulation removal was on time and handled very efficiently by a joint collaboration through the staff at Lowe's and All-Pro-Air. On day one, Bryan, Jose P., and Jose L., as well as Jeff and Travis, worked hard and accomplished all the necessary demo and removal in our attic. On this first morning of work we also added a request to have our drop-down ladder replaced and Diane in the office at All-Pro-Air researched our alternatives and it was efficiently added into the job! The new ducting system was designed by Jeff and he and Travis completed the installation on day two along with our new plywood platform, drop-down ladder and light. Jeff always took time to answer my questions and review the plans with us as they moved forward. Brian, our salesperson, stopped by to follow-up with us and check on the job status. Day three was dedicated to Bryan and Jose L. blowing in the new insulation to complete our job. Everyone was very careful of our home, completely prepping with tarps and plastic, and using their shop-vac to vacuum any area that was impacted by the job. Customer service and professionalism were evident in every aspect of the work to complete this project. When an unexpected problem arose with the finish molding around the drop-down ladder, Sheldon, an All-Pro-Air senior technician, was out to complete the finishing details with new molding within a day! We are very happy with our decision to make these energy updates to our home and are already reaping the benefits now that the weather has turned hot! UPDATE: After getting the money together we were finally able to call and schedule. We were giving an install date of 1/11 but much to our surprise we got a call asking if they could do the install sooner. So on 1/6 in the pouring rain we had our new system installed. This company is great. Ok... I want it clear to start this rating is based off my initial visit only. My AC is leaking water when it runs. I have now had 3 companies come to my house quoting anywhere from 3 thousand to fix it to 18k or more to replace. Problem is 1 company gave me only a verbal quote and looked shocked when I asked for it in writing. The other gave me a written quote but no details on their equipment. Both of the companies wanted to get us financed through wells fargo because due to our finances we have to wait until December to use the HERO program. Last Tuesday we had Chris from All Pro come by. I explained what was happening, what we had been told and where we were looking to go. Chris was frank and honest with me which I appreciated. He also laid out several options for new equipment and had visual media for his equipment so I could see what it looked like not just a price. Chris was very understanding about our financial situation and did not push for outside financing, he only quoted me prices with the HERO program. Anyone can write a good or bad yelp review. We live in another state and the air conditioner in our unit in Riverside quit working....at 105+ temps!! It is hard to deal with a problem long distance. I was so afraid of getting a "bad" AC company that would insist I had to buy a new unit. Our tenant found All Pro Air on the web. After reading all the five star reviews, I gave them a call. The receptionist was more than helpful. She was able to book Dustin for the next morning. Dustin was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained about the part that had gone bad and replaced it for under $200. He checked the rest of the air conditioner and even though it is getting older, Dustin said he thought it should run for a few years longer. He did not try to sell me a new unit. A few hours later, I received the invoice by email and it was exactly what Dustin had quoted. I strongly recommend All Pro Air and Dustin. I can't say enough about their integrity and customer service. We will definitely be calling All Pro Air when we need to replace our unit in the future. Well, we had a Dave Lennox signature series xc 25 air conditioner and furnace installed late april and I just want to say that this AC unit is terrific. we've have had several warm days and well today it was 100 in corona and this unit operated as expected. The All Pro Team Sheldon, Barry and Chris who installed the unit did a great job. I recently had the corona city inspector come by for a final inspection and he was very impressed how clean the installation was completed he also stated that this unit is one the most efficient out in the market today. I want to say that this AC unit is one of quietest. Also the way All Pro set up the AC unit with dampers splitting up stairs from down stairs was one of the best things about this install, so you can set up different temperature settings for up stairs and down stairs the unit runs mostly up stairs so electric bill has dropped significantly. Oh my goodness...they were amazing!!!! Tom showed up exactly at the scheduled appointment time and was very helpful and spent a considerable amount of time explaining everything to me. Because I have an older home I had to have a hazmat team come in and remove a ton of asbestos left from the previous istallation of an HVAC system 22years ago (the previous company removed it from the old system and left it scattered around my attic...lovely) Tom scheduled the removal the very next day and they were great. Cleaned up everything perfectly and were very professional. The two man team that did the actual HVAC installation were beyond amazing!!!!!!!. It was 104 degrees the day they installed the system (130 degrees in the attic) and they worked non stop. They were very personal and professional. They worked until 8:30 pm to make sure I had air that night. I can't sing their praises enough. I have had many many people work on my home over the years as it was a fixer upper when I bought it and they have been the best!!! read more

Recently my husband and I decided to replace our aging air conditioning unit. We scheduled an appointment with All Pro Air and Brian came out to discuss our needs. Brian was punctual and seemed to be very knowledgeable. After he evaluated the home, he showed us 4 different options for equipment and made recommendations on how to make our home more energy efficient. After researching and having multiple estimates and discussions, we chose to go with Brian and All Pro Air. We decided to get the XC25 with the SL280V furnace and we absolutely LOVE our new system! The installers did a great job and they were clean, kind, and professional. A bonus is Brian was able to assist us with getting a large rebate back from the city of Riverside, which allowed us to add R38 insulation with no cost to us. These people are extremely professional, efficient, and courteous. Barry and Sheldon installed a completely new HVAC system including new duct work in two days. (And the old system did not include air conditioning, so quite a bit of additional work, including new 220 wiring, was necessary.) They had the furnace and ducting up and running the first day (so I could use it that night) and finished the air conditioning installation the next day. I got three quotes from three well-known HVAC companies and All-Pro was the least expensive, yet they did an incredible job. In fact, one of the other quotes was for the identical system, yet All-Pro beat the other company by $1,000! Also, the new system works extremely well, keeps the house much more uniformly warm (and cool), and uses far less gas than the old one. I very highly recommend All-Pro. read more

I can't thank you enough, Jervon, for fixing my a/c. To all of you who looking for a company to service your a/c I highly reccomend All Pro Air. From setting the appointment to the service call they are very professional. Jervon wore protective foot covers so not to mess up floors. After he diagnosed the problems he came and explained in detailwhat was wrong and what it would take to fix the problems. When he was done he came in to let us know everything was taken care of and we asked a bunch of questions, he answered each and every one of them in a cheerful manner. We had a very good experience with All Pro Air. First, our old unit was on its last leg, and they repaired it. I told them of recent problems with it and let them know I wanted a new system. They did not charge anything for fixing my old unit and scheduled to put the new equipment in about a week later. The install went great, don in about a half day. They used good American made Lennox equipment and it works really well. Runs much less than the old one, and is also quieter. I hated the way I had to change the filter in my last furnace, this one is awesome. A small door lifts up and just slide out the old filter, put a new one in, and flip the door down. Love it. We arrived home from a trip to Denver to find that the temperatures were peaking at well over 100 and the air wasn't working. We had a pre-existing monthly contract with RighTime Air...like so many others, we found that they were a total rip-off, up-selling for things that we did not need, and totally overcharging. We found All Pro through Yelp and had an experience similar to those we read here. The technician, Dustin Ramker, arrived 20 minutes EARLY !! He was professional and courteous. Very professional and excellent work and completed job in timely manner. Josh, Alan. and Justin came out and perform the replacement of my furnace. There was a little hiccup on one connection that wasn't guite tight enough that was causing my Freon to leak, but Josh friend that brought us the Freon got out his detector gauge and found the leak and re-tightened the connection and stopped the leak. I am extremely pleased with the professional job they performed to get everything done correctly the first time. We were very please right from the start with the phone conversation in getting answers to our questions, scheduling the desired date for a service appointment and being able to take advantage of their discounted price, and then receiving the call we were advised we would receive to confirm we were home and then give an estimated time of their arrival. All Pro Air put in a whole new unit for me, Air Conditioner and Heater, about 4 years ago. They even showed me how to program my new thermostat to go off and on when I am not home. I have saved so much money on my gas and electric bills since then, that the unit has almost paid for itself now. I called them once about a year and a half ago when the heater did not seem to come on enough and they came out the next day and replaced a small part and there was no charge.
